Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. When I was about five minutes away from my appointment, I received a text asking to push my appointment back by about an hour and a half. Since Mary was no longer available, I was scheduled with Lucy instead. This was, by far, the worst and most painful lash appointment I've ever experienced. Throughout the appointment, it felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out. She also placed several extensions directly on my skin, which caused irritation, dryness, and discomfort afterward. To make matters worse, I get a hybrid set specifically because my natural lashes are very fine, and I always request a combination of fans and individual lashes. Lucy only worked on my fill for about 30 minutes, and the final result did not reflect what I requested or what I normally receive. When I politely expressed my concerns, she was dismissive and rude instead of addressing the issues. Thankfully, Mary was able to fix the lashes afterward, and I truly appreciate her for making things right. I would absolutely recommend Mary, but I cannot recommend Lucy based on my experience. She is the sole reason I'm leaving a one-star review. If I could leave zero stars for her service, I would.

My weekend and that morning specifically- God forbid you miss their call and text because of having a life- Thanks for nothing guys- and of course do it at the end of the month when i have already paid for the following. so they get to double dip-for doing nothing. $210 for having a single set done- beware-and for goodness sakes-be ready to arrange your life around your lashes.

When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work! I've been to several area locations and this one is the best. Tina is incredible - consistent results, remembers what you like and is incredibly punctual. I've never waited more than a minute or two for her to greet me. She also is skilled in removing old lashes without causing pain or damage. I don't have glue clumps anywhere as she always cleans the lashes up and separates them (hard to do with the 6Ds) so it is never a problem. The location in general is quite good - they always have two people up front so you don't have to wait to check out, but they are always busy since the phone rings constantly. Well-run in general. It's an expensive beauty addiction, but frankly as someone who doesn't wear makeup every day and who has pitiful natural lashes, I cannot imagine my life without it. I had an eye infection a year ago (unrelated to lashes) and had to go for a couple of weeks without them. I hated it. I looked old and tired (I'm 49 with a four year-old, so not surprising but still!) Expect a few extensions to fall out the first few days but not many (1-3.) I prefer the 6Ds as I like the way they still look good after a few weeks with no obvious "holes" due to missing extensions. Again, I highly recommend Tina, but I've never had a bad stylist at this location. read more

This is about my third time coming back to ALS - Vintage Park in about a year plus. I will admit my first visit did not go well because of the customer service ppl at the front desk and my second appointment was cancelled two minutes prior to appointment bc the stylist was sick. But today was a great day! I guess the third time is a charm. I would first like to use this time to commend the Front Desk Coordinator by the name of Sierra or Ciara. Not sure of the spelling. She is magnificent. She is a better front desk coordinator than any of the past coordinators put together! She was diffusing issues, checking customers out, checking customers in, setting appointments at the same time. She is so professional. Her professionalism saved me as a customer in general. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. As customers, we have to admit that we aren't always right and that sometimes we can be hard on businesses. Today, Sierra / Ciara reminded me of that through her interactions with a different costumer. Good job Sierra / Ciara. I hope that your manager recognizes your expertise and willingness to help. You are the best front desk coordinator that they have hired in the past three years !! I will be back! read more

In response to the reply for Amazing Lash Studio. I appreciate the acknowledgement of my review. Also, I will acknowledge the fact that the Manager from this location did call me. However, I will not accept generalities and neither should anyone that reads this review. We all have different experiences as customers. As a Manager, it is important to address and act on any complaints to rectify the situation. Just because someone is considered a "top technician" does not make them good at customer service or act professionally. Not only was there a problem with "services offered" (or better yet lack there of), but also, while I was there, no one tried to ensure my satisfaction. I had an appointment, and my eyelashes were not even applied. This is more than just dissatisfaction. If you pay for a service (auto pay) monthly, you expect to receive the service you are paying for when you have an appointment. Comparing the experience I had with "most people" is dismissing the fact that my experience was horrible. I still don't have the beautiful look that I wanted to achieve, but also, I'm out of a $45.99 charge that I will not be able to recoup for a service not performed. read more

Then first of all they will talk in length so you understand your first visit ask questions too. Cleanliness ~ Ambiance ..so important especial during our crisis.I have come at least 38 months. Staff..I am directly in contact with all front desk mtgs.like Rijja! They great you by name. Listen I am not a push over. I know they can look down and read b4 you hit the door whom has the next appt. After almost 4 yrs, yeah I believe the know me. They make you feel great, which could lift most everyone's self esteem. Comfort is a plus to. They have supplies of filtered cold water and often with lemon with that spa touch. My stylist tech is "Q". However they have a staff of very skilled employees. For me getting or keeping this perk gives me extra time with eye makeup Applicant is so easy and when you have great looking quality lashes, Often that is my regime, add eyebrows and a touch of lipstick. My tech Tiffany was amazing. I will go back to her for my refill. I have the most sensitive skin, almost anything can make my face swell up like a marshmallow, which made me nervous about getting the lash extensions. I AM HAPPY to say my skin did not react to the lash glue and I am so in love with how they look! After I was done and went to pay, I felt something poking my eye, (it was one of the lashes) I asked the lady at the front desk if she could see the lash poking me in the eye, being the first time I ever got lash extensions I had no idea what to do of if it was dangerous... The lady at the front desk told me I would have to make an appointment the NEXT DAY to get it fixed because they are booked and seemed annoyed that I was worried about it.... I found it to be so rude. DID she really think I was going to spend the next 24 hours with an eyelash poking my eye???? The younger lady at the desk ended up helping me brush it through.... that was all I needed a little guidance on how to maintain these lashes! read more

I love my lashes! I don't wear a lot of makeup and I am 48 years old, so having the hair that I do want on my body is very important to me! I am impressed with this Lash Studio as I was allowed to do a couple of tests lashes, just one or two on the outer corner of each eye, in order to see if I was allergic to the glue as I have had allergy problems before from different things. However, after 24 hours, I had no reaction so today I went ahead with the full installation and I am beyond thrilled! These are the lashes I had when I was 35. Nothing over-the-top nothing that looks artificial just healthy lashes that match my healthy hair. I did not start a membership today but I will be because this is definitely a habit worth maintaining. You almost can't put a price on waking up and looking radiant and healthy, can you? If you are used to Magnetic or strip lashes but for some reason or dissatisfied with that process, I highly recommend going to Amazing Lash and just go for it! read more

So I was super scared to try a new lash stylist when I moved into Houston. I am super picky about how I like them! However, after my first visit with Hannah at the Vintage Park location...I realized that I was in the best hands! I absolutely love how she does my lashes, and her ability to switch up the lash styles whenever I request! Just left from getting my birthday lashes and Hannah gave me the perfect set. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt but should have known this would happen not 2 times but 3 now. I will be contacting corporate due to this unprofessional situation. Freezing my account ro allow me to use my credits only so I wouldn't cancel my membership and now you charge me non membership prices!!??? Excuse me but it was the directors decision to do this now your employees want to treat me and charge me as if I'm a non member okay fine I canceled my membership now since I'm not appreciated as one. Before I found out about this place, I was going to someone who had their business at Vintage Park. It was so difficult to book any appointments with her and if I had eyelashes falling off the next day, for some reason she would never answer her calls or even be in the salon. I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Staff and service is Amazing! I get compliments on my lashes all the time. They usually last 3 to 4 weeks. I've recommended this place to many friends and they are all happy and satisfied with them. If you want long natural looking lashes, come here and hurry. They book up fast! read more

I got married Saturday and went there on Thursday to get my lashes done. Wedding stress, high sugars diabetes, and anxiety attack all happened when I arrived for my appointment. The ladies there were sooooo awesome. They gave me water, lowered the AC, talked to me about everything under the sun to keep me calm and get my lashes looking so amazing!!! I wish you could put 0 out of 5 stars instead of 1 as the lowest. I already had my reservations about paying so much for professional eyelashes when I can do them myself. But to top it all off...this location was a horrible 1st impression! I've been to this location a few times and they're absolutely amazing, the front desk girls change so much & never have a manager but Alicia (I think that's her name) is always so helpful and sweet most of the time she's there by herself but she is such a hard worker and tries her best to help each & every client to her greatest potential. I won't be going back to this location again. This place was a rip-off. Service was not good at all and it is not worth the money you spend. My lashes were falling off before I even made it to the parking lot. And when I asked for them to be looked at, "I was told it was the natural shedding of the eyelashes." Not a good answer. But these are franchises maybe another location might be better, I am not sure. I am sure that this one is not a good location! read more

I decided to set today for a day of beauty starting with ALS, well a phone called put me late to my 9:30 appt. Mia and Ashlee were so helpful in switching my appt time and the service with Junior Stylist Tina capped my morning off with a "fuller than a full set!!!" Refill. Tina worked well and fast and sweet as pie. She was still able to replace all the twisted ones. If possible, I suggest any ALS account holder to make Vintage Park home. read more

I went to to one of those other places where they charge $79. What I got was a hot mess. I called on a Saturday, and was greeted by a very nice man on the phone. Rob was caring and sympathetic to my situation and was able to get me in that afternoon. When I arrived I was greeted in a warm and welcoming manner and was shown to a chair to fill out a few pieces of paperwork. From the moment you walk in you feel like your in a 5 star spa. I was offered refreshments and then was shown to a cozy little room with a fluffy, oh so comfy couch. I was offered a complimentary paraffin hand wax and indulged.i watched a quick video and the owner sat there with me and at the end explained things further and asked if I had any questions he could answer. You will also notice the ceiling, they have decorated it to mimic stars twinkling in the sky, very soothing. I was then introduced to my lash expert Trang, she escorted me to her room and I was situated on a heated bed and covered with a cozy blanket and tucked right in. I must say my lashes were a mess, too much glue was used and half of my lashes were missing from being stuck together. Trang was gentle and meticulous as she cleaned the glue and residue from my existing lashes. Then came the wonderful part she applied my mink lashes and then all was right with the world. Oh also before she started she noticed I needed a clean up on my brows and was a master at her craft. I have never ever ever had my brows styled so well. Once the lashes were done I was truly amazed with the results and her skill. The appointment took longer because of the clean up job and even though they are suppose to close at 6pm they stayed to 7 pm to make sure I was taken care of properly... If you want a superior job done and done right the first time then you will go to lashology, going anywhere else would make no sense and as my grandfather always said " You get what you pay for" I hope you try them out, tell them Shantel sent you, you will be taken care of and not disappointed.

Went on line and used Yelp and found Lashology and to my surprise the place was only 5 minutes away from the office. So after driving around it like a shark I just walked in, was greeted by Rob, he took the time to explain everything and after I realized that he was still all ears to my questions I simply booked my appointment fr that same week with Lisa Lam. The first time I went I had to be patient with the results because I had lost too many lashes due to overlashing from the prior location (placing too many lashes on 1 lash) but after the 4th refill I was looking so much better and to improve my results, Lisa suggested I purchase the Lash and Brow product to improve growth and it did make a difference. Lisa Lam is my beautician and she is attentive, dedicated, funny and she gets my style because we both are ver alike except she's taller, lol. Anyways I just like her. Thanks you Lisa Lam :) Before I finish, I want to also share that on Tuesday 04/15 I will write my 2nd review but this time about my experience with the new product called CryBaby which is a Mascara for upper and lower lashes at $75. For now I will do my lower lashes, maybe I'll get a discount for being the guinea pig. The product says to last from 2 - 3 weeks and it could not come at a better time. I am going to Bermuda for 5 days and I will get to test the product to the max - 5 days of salt water, everyday showers, chlorine water, moisturizer, sun screen, sun and heat - that's a lot for a product to live up to but who knows, it just might surprise me. Even though I never got a complimentary paraffin hand wax or a free starter kit, these guys go all the way to accommodate you, but hey I'll settle with a free refill next time. :) Thank you Lisa, Rob and Liz -- Sandra H.
