*This has not been 'fully resolved'. I am still waiting on the August refund. I received no confirmation of my autopay being removed as I canceled in person in June! I had to call twice for the refund in July and I was assured the autopay was removed then. And another charge comes out in August. Refund the August and REMOVE THE AUTOPAY! I canceled my monthly membership in June 2025 in person as requested. I was charged the monthly fee in July. After multiple phone calls to receive the refund and confirmation of cancelation, I finally received the refund. I was then charged AGAIN in August. This time im pissed. I had to go back through all the calls and I even emailed a screenshot of the charge. I spoke to Mya over the phone who ended up hanging up on me. So, I left work and I drove to the location in person to retrieve physical evidence of refund and membership cancelation. You can clearly see they are not removing the autopay from their system. DO NOT DO THE MEMBERSHIP. On another note, I waited two hours to be seen on my scheduled appointment (I was 5 mins early), the lash artist never showed up and I had to be seen by another provider. Other locations may be fine, I don't know gor sure, however, I would avoid this location at all costs. Unless you want months of aggravation and rude employees. read more

When I arrived at this establishment the receptionist did not seem friendly at all and I thought this was not going to work out especially because I explained to her that I had received a discount email and she didn't believe me. I also told her I didn't want to sign up for a membership not knowing if the lashes would stick on mine since I didn't have many. Amazing Lash was totally honest with me. They could just have taken my money but gave me a true evaluation of my eyelashes. I don't have very many lashes to begin with and they would have just fallen off so they suggested I get a prescription or let them try to grow out. Vinh was very professional as was the manager that came out to speak with me. I appreciate this more than anything else since I had already gone to two previous techs who did a terrible job and just took my money and probably made my own lashes worse. The manager said that they would honor my discount once my lashes grew back and made a note on my account as well so that I wouldn't be considered a previous customer otherwise I'd have to pay a higher amount. This speaks volumes in my book and I will definitely recommend them because of their honesty. I will be back once my lashes grow back. Thank you Amazing Lash! I had went in for a new set didn't like the service so I didn't bother to book for a refill, 2 weeks later I get charged for a new set not even a refill and mind you I never booked an appointment with them after my first appointment I called and they said they booked me for a refill but they never told me ! Originally had a membership at the Baytown location and had to switch to Pasadena because they closed without any notification to any on the clients. When I got this appointment at this location they charged me for an entire new membership after saying I could move locations at anytime! Should have been a red flag than. Horrible service and performance I went in for a hybrid set and was charged $140 and left with a classic literally nothing! The stylist was rude I'll update with her name she did the bare minimum and was the most unwelcoming person ever. I called to have them fixed and was put in with a Mr.Vihn who was very pleasant but I could tell didn't set my lashes like they should have been and I figured it was because I was a "redo" I left happy and I kid you not they ALL completely fell off the next day! I have never had lashes fall off the next day and be almost completely done the next week! This was an absolute waste of money!!! Be careful!!! If I could give them zero star I would. I had an appointment today for a complimentary lash service with Tip involved. My appointment was at 6 pm. I left my home well before time so I could be early. Unfortunately unexpected traffic on Fairmont push my drive from a 15 minute drive to an almost hour drive. Sherry the manager called me at 6:08 pm to ask if I was still coming and I apologized and let he know yes I was that there was unexpected traffic on Fairmont in which she understood. She's asked if I'd like to re schedule and I told her know Becuae I was already in traffic for that long. She stated that was fine they were aware to he expecting me and she'd let the lash tech know. I show up at 6:23 and for sherry, the manager to tell me that they'd be re scheduling my appointment after she had just made it real clear there were going to take me. I asked her why didn't she then tell me no almost 20 minutes prior so I didn't have to waste additional time stuck in traffic and couod have just driven home and been done with it. She got attitude the whole thing got heated I guess these Girls just want to get home early for their personal plans to tend to. Would rate it 0 stars if possible. Although staff was lovely, after getting lashes for four years now I have to say this was the absolute most hideous job I've ever had done. Hideous being an understatement! The glue was literally so crusty it looked like flakes and made my eyes hurt from how heavy it was. I was BRUISED on my eyelids from this, and its my fault because I should have known better when they made me sign a form dedicated to the eyelash glue. Mind you i have had lashes WAYYYY fuller than what was done here and have never experienced heaviness in my eyes or a glue feeling so disgusting. I got what was considered a "mega volume" and legit left with my set looking like classics. I must add that application was horrendous, more crooked than my two year olds drawings. Not to mention I paid $190 for this disgusting of a work set that took no longer than 1hr. Never in the four years of being lashed have i left a place within the hour when asking for a volume set. I was lashless within one week because they were falling out everyday constantly. Its been 3 weeks now and I have not a single lash left but instead I am left with chunks of glue still on my natural lashes that seem impossible to get off. I received a classic set of lashes on December 31st, it is currently January 5th and more than half of my lashes have fallen out. The second i got home 3 had already fallen out and multiple people have said i have had lashes on my face that have randomly fallen out throughout the day.
