I love the way my lashes looked for the first week but as soon as week 2 hit they all started falling out at once. This consistently happened and anytime I tried to talk with the front desk they were absolutely awful. I love this place! They are professional and have great customer service. The lashes last for up to 3-4 weeks :) Also, they are more courteous than the other locations and actually call me when they have spots open up in their schedule to better accommodate my needs. Wish I could give a negative 100 for this location. It took over 3 hours for a new set of lashes. The little girl glued my lashes together and did not bother to tell me. She had to get help from a co-worker. She left me with my eyes glued and taped closed while she said she was going to "get something", when in reality she needed assistance from her trainer. II visited this location August 2016, and agreed to a 3 month membership. And as of last week, my card was charged every month without my approval. WHICH IS THEFT! I spoke with the Manager (Domonique) who stated that this isn't the first time this has happened and agreed to refund my card for the past 4 months. Supposedly the system only allows you to refund for the last 120 days. The remaining charges would have to be disputed with my bank. Here I am again UPSET AS HELL! To anybody reading this I am unsure at this point what to do about this facility! I am going to write the BBB and contact their corporate office because the employees and service from the FRONT DESK is just AWFUL! From the last reported incident I made on Amazing Lash Studio in Pearland, the Manager called me and I was very pleased and my lashes was AMAZING and beyond what I expected. The manager compensated me for my inconvenience and made my visit a pleasant one. After my full set I THEN scheduled another appointment with the same lash stylist for the 28th of November and they reassured the appointment was set and the manager made sure I was pleased in every way in which I was. I then called back on Thursday the 26th of November to confirm my appointment and what I beyond rude front desk rep by the name of Ashton! She stated I didn't make and appointment and the person who did my lashes was not a stylist there and that they are and in and out stylist where they come in from time to time. NOW MIND YOU I was told this was a set person and I could see her in 3 weeks as I normally go. Then Ashton begin to laugh on the phone as if it were funny that I was upset as if she didn't take my business serious as if I am not a real customer. This is FAR BEYOND anything I have ever experienced in customer service history. I then explained to her that I don't find anything funny seeing that I have been inconvenienced since I have been going here and now you telling me ONE I don't have and appointment and TWO the person I wanted will not be there because she is NOT a permanent person. I WAS BEYOND FURIOUS! I then ask to speak to the manager and she asked me "what manager because she is not here." I told her I wanted to spak to the manager that was there when I came to get my lashes re-done which is the manager of the store in which Ashton KEPT BLOWING ME OFF!!! SHE THEN SAID "Well I can have the manager give you a call tomorrow", I told her I wanted to speak with someone today. Seeing that this wasn't getting anywhere I just told her okay in which she then said okay and hung up the phone on me! I did not call back nor did I go up there and NOR have I heard from the manager or anyone else for that matter. This front desk representatives are far beyond rude and I am not sure where they get these people from as I said prior. The manager asked me to work with her and give her a chance and that she had not been there long and is cleaning up the people she had meaning keeping some and getting rid of some and she was so nice that I was like okay I understand. But to turn around and receive an even worse experience that I received in the past is beyond horrible customer service. I received an eyelash refill on 4/21/17 at 9.a.m. This was my 4th time at Amazing Lash Studio. This refill left me with small burns on each one of my eyelids and swollen red eyes. I visited the studio the next day and spoke to the manager. She instructed one of the stylist the remove a few of the lashes. I questioned the sterilization and cleaning of the supplies and equipment. I also questioned if any of the products were recently changed. No answers from the manager regarding ; how often patients have reactions, what type of follow up is in place to serve clients with problems, etc. I returned on Sunday to have the lashed removed. After a painful process that removed some of my own lashes, the person at the front desk attempted to charge me $30 for removal of the lashes. I wonder how much for the eye infection?? I asked for the manager to call me. I have yet to receive a call. I'm not a eyelash novice. I have never had this happen before. I am a Registered Nurse and have many questions for the aseptic technique in this establishment. read more

So after I received the comment from management at Amazing Lash I decided to keep my appointment to give them another chance. It was for tomorrow. I called today to see if MAYBE they had a cancellation so that I could come in today. Once again the receptionist argued with me that if I have no lashes they have to book me as a full refill and that it doesn't matter what I want. If I have no lashes on right now that's how it is. I explained once again that I was very happy with the look I had once all but about twenty fell off and that's what I want. No go. She said I can come in but it's up to the stylist to see if they will do that. WHAT!?!? No way. It's been too much trouble and too much arguing over getting a simple twenty lashes per eye. I understand that it sounds odd but I put mascara over them anyways because I like them darker. It's my lashes and my money. Only after I told her that a manager commented on my review that it's whatever look I wanted is when she said that I can come in anyways to ask the stylist. I cancelled my appointment for tommorrow. After reading the great reviews, I made an appointment with this location. My appointment was in 10 minutes when I pulled into the parking lot when I received a call from the receptionist. She informed me that the stylist was running late with her client that I needed to reschedule!! Reschedule???? For another day, not time!! I was very upset, because I informed her when I made my appointment that I really needed the earliest appointment because of my out of town engagement. It was my first time at ALS I was beyond nervous and excited. As I was already inside I expected a explanation of how everything was going to work and nothing. So, I was like okay maybe at the end she will explain to me how it works and nothing. During the process my eyes were kinda shaky but because I was uncomfortable by the energy of the lash tech from the start. As she kept going she told me that "If you aren't ready for services don't come", at that point I wanted to get up and leave because I was in complete shock of how rude that was. Instead of making me feel relaxed she made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. Also the lash tech took approximately 40 minutes doing my lashes which I was surprised by. But, because of that my lashes were literally falling off the next day and are still falling off and I haven't reached a week. I don't think I'll go back to amazing lash especially with the lash tech that I went to. read more

Today was my first day going to this location. I automatically assumed I would get great service because this is PEARLAND. Well I was proved wrong. My appt was set with Jennifer. I should have known something was up because she the only one that have on Strip Lash. Anywho she started on my lashes at 11:40am and I woke up at 1:06pm and only half of one of my eyes were done. I asked her how much longer she got and she said she having a hard time using the new glue. I said you should have told me this in the beginning I have wasted almost 2 hours here. I am leaving this place 1 star, because I was lied to and as a result my lashes look the same as when I came in. I called to book a full set the day before my appointment and I specifically asked for someone with lots of experience because I am used to going to master stylists. The receptionist suggested I book with Jessica, because she is a "senior stylist" so I took her word and booked with Jessica. My full-set which usually takes a little over an hour, lasted nearly two hours and my lashes look horrible, some of them are even leaning and hanging to the side and I've had 3 fallout and it hasn't even been an hour since I've gotten them done. When I noticed my lashes were not noticeable at all, I politely voiced my dissatisfaction to the receptionist at the front (I think her name was Alexis) and I didn't even get so much as an apology. I know of nail shops that offer better service. To say the least, I definitely wasted my money and time patronizing this place. read more

Very disappointed, the lashes look totally fake! Actually, I think the drug store has better lashes. When I expressed concerns about how my lashes turned out the staff were more worried about signing me up for a membership than about me being unhappy. Even the stylist admitted to "messing up" saying she didn't do both eyes the same. Honestly, if they would have acted the least bit concerned I might have chalked it up as a first time fumble and may have even signed up for the membership but it became quickly apparent they didn't care as when I asked how I could fix them I was told to wait until they fall out in a couple of weeks then tell the stylist how to fix them at my next appointment???? Really!!! I have no problem spending money but quality and courtesy are a must. Hindsight I should've taken the reviews more seriously but was hoping their business practices had improved. If you do decide to take a chance going to Amazing Lash despite the reviews be careful as the lighting is terrible in the rooms which makes it very hard to see the true results. Amazing, not at all:( Got lashes Sunday and they're already falling out :( ****Although my experience was pretty crummy, I want to commend Paige for reaching out to me to discuss my concerns. Paige offered for me to come back in and correct my lashes however, after I did not initially take her up on her offer she reached out again:). The first time I went here, the person that did my lashes was on her phone the whole time. She kept getting texts. Then she left the room to meet her boyfriend in the waiting area. Lashes looked fine to me, but kept falling out. Went to the other closest location for refill and was told that my lashes weren't done right. One of the ladies was nice enough to schedule me after hours for refill. Kept going to her, but this last time she was on vacation. I decided to give Pearland location another try, but requested someone else. Laying on the table, with the pads on my eyes, I tell the girl my story... Then Paige from the front desk walks back and tells me because I had them done elsewhere, they'd have to charge $30 to remove the lashes and do a WHOLE new set!!! That's BS! I got my set done 10/14/2016 and I wanted to love my lashes so bad but the same day I got them done one fell off and now half of my lashes are gone, some have even fallen with my real eyelash.The eyelash tech was so eager to clock out she rushed the whole process. I would NOT recommend this location. I moved to this are a year ago and at my first appointment I was more than 15 mins late (some due to traffic and some due to I didn't know where I was going) they made me sign a paper stating they weren't responsible if there lashes turned out crappy because I was late. I was a little frustrated but I understood. Two appointments later I'm at next my appointment I was 15 minutes EARLY and they are 15 minutes LATE. Turns out they do not have a policy making themselves responsible to be on time but make their customers to be on time... hmm seems one sided to me. After that I decided I would finish my contract (which was a year) and find someone else. On my last appointment I am finished and told the front desk I do not want renew and said I will have the manager call you. I waited the manager called and said okay your account is deactivated but if you see any charges on your account please call because are system doesn't work. Oh okay? So the NEXT DAY what do you know a charge is on my account I call and tell the girl on the phone what is going on and she said their is a signed receipt from you for that amount. Wait what?!! So I drove up I had to have them print out the contract I signed a YEAR AGO to prove that wasn't my signature and now I was to deviate my debit card file FRAUD on my account. read more

For some reason, the girl thought it was OK to tell me that Mikayla was not in, right after I asked did she have any appointments for the date i wanted(by the way this is my first time getting lashes so I don't even know who Mikayla is)Afterwords, she goes on to ask me what are the last four digits of my phone number, which I gave her, and then proceeds to tell me that my appointment is set for The next evening. I called because I could not find Amazing Lash from my gps system just to find out that I have not only wasted gas coming to amazing lash, but my appointment was never set. This is such a horrid experience to say this would have been my first set of eye lash extensions. Not only that, but I have a wedding that I'm in and I have no lashes.I am so upset right now. When I scheduled my appointment I requested the latest appointment available due to my work hours and was told 5 pm was the latest available and it would take about an hour to apply a full set of lashes. I booked my appt more than a month in advance as this was my 1st time getting them done and it was going to be for a special occasion. Approximately 1 week before my appointment the receptionist called me wanting me to come in earlier. I asked why and she said there was a training taking place that evening and wanted to know if I could come at 4. I told her no, I could not be there at 4, due to the time I get off work- I would not be there on time, etc. She said she would try to find me another stylist and would call me back. If I scheduled my appointment more than a month in advance why is this even an issue? Anyway, she calls back and has found a stylist who can do my lashes at 5. Wonderful. The day of my appt, she calls me to tell me there's been a cancellation and they can get me in at 4. Lol. Wth? I once again told her the appointment time I requested the prior month worked best unless they didn't mind me arriving 10-15 minutes late, which she said they did. I arrived to my 5 pm appt on time and got taken to the back within 5 minutes. The stylist wasn't really helpful in terms of helping me figure out what to get when I told her this was my first time. The pictures they have to show you the lashes are cartoon-looking pictures so you can't really get a good idea. You kind of just have to hope and pray you don't look like a clown after it's all said and done. The whole process took 2.5 hrs instead of the 1 hour the lady told me. My lashes were pretty for the first few days but within a week the lashes were falling out all over the place. One eye is nearly bald, I kid you not. Idk what that lady was doing for 2.5 hours. This place is a complete sham I booked my appointment on 6/4/15. I was so excited because I have never had my lashes done before. I was told by the receptionist that because I made my appointment for Sunday I would only have to pay half price of the $79 fee. She stated that the lady was new to this salon and they where trying to bill up their clients I would get my lashes half price. I made two appointments one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter rescheduled her appointment for Saturday, after her two hour appointment they charged her $80. My daughter called me and told me what they did and I should call and cancel. I called the salon to get an understanding about the price before I came on Sunday. These people where rude and flat out lied stating that the person who made the appointments earlier in the week was only giving the discounts because the ladies who where doing the lashes needed to finish their clinical hours. The manager was now stating this was not the case and all appointments where being charged the full fee. I told them this is false advertising and fraudulent business practices. I had to leave my credit card number to secure the appointments and told I had to cancel 48 hours or I would be charged. I didn't have a problem with the $79 price but I can't stand to be lied to under false advertising. I'm going to report these people to the BBB. You can not make appointments four days in advance and change the price on the day of the appointment. We would have had a problem Sunday if I hadn't called before I came. This is not how you build a business or your client list by lying to your customers. So I will not give this salon my business. So don't go to Pearland salon. read more

Poor service and customer service. Paige, the manager, has been very unprofessional on several occasions. She argues back with customers when her stylist make mistakes. The stylists come and go here. You can never get a good consistent stylist. When someone makes a mistake, they put the blame on everyone else. Don't go to Pearland Amazing Lash. You seldom get same technician. They do not return calls when they know you have an issue. I called the manager 3 days ago about an issue I am having and she said she would get get with me and send my complaint to a district manager. I am not satisfied with the service and they have not lived up to their commitment as I have honored my commitment monthly. This is not the first encounter and they are not eager to solve the clients issues. Customer satisfaction is not very important to them. I have informed all the people I know that are their clients and they all have had several issues with satisfaction. I have never participated in submitting reviews but this one I will not stop here. BEWARE!!!!! I no longer have my lashes and I noticed on my bank statement that I was still getting billed for my membership fee ($49.99 every two weeks) so I called the Amazing Lash Studio, where I had signed up originally, and was informed that there is a no cancellation policy. I asked what that means and she said you CANNOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP EVER. So if I never use their services again and I live another 50 years, I am obligated to pay these people $100 per month until the day I die. She said "it's in your contract". She said the only 2 instances that you can get out of your membership are if you bring in paperwork from a doctor that says you are allergic to the glue or if you bring in proof that you permanently moved to a state where they do not have Amazing Lash Studios. I called their corporate office in Scottsdale and only got voice mails and no one returns your call. BEWARE before you sign their contract! I have been a member at amazing lash studio for a year now. I am highly disappointed because I am a very loyal customer. I recently went in for my visit which I do every month and knew that soon my year contract that I signed would be expiring. After my visit the receptionist tells me that my contract was due for renewal which to me was no big issue, how ever she tells me that since the prices went up after I joined with them that my rates would change. Now ,mind you when the prices went up I was also told that the coustomers that was with them before would be honored a complete LIE . They told me since I didn't sign up for auto renew that I wouldn't be honored. No one ever reached out to me telling that it was such a thing. I called the location serveral times before my call was answered the young lady at the front desk was very straightforward and rude to me. She was not willing to give me any of the manger contact information to contact . She then got my information it's been three days and no one has yet to reach out to me. I feel scammed to the max being that I have spent OVER 5000$ with this company and always tip my stylist. I am not one to complain but I only feel that coustomer service is key and this company has completely failed me. I did more research and spoke with another manger from a different location and found out that I was given false information. The young lady that I spoke with told me that there was no such thing as auto renewal when I first joined which is another LIE . I was never told because when the rates went up they didn't want to honor my lower rate so they chose not to inform me which is a huge slap in the face . I get my eyelashes done elsewhere on a regular basis and the place I go to is about 30 minutes away from my house. When I saw amazing lash studio opening in Pearland I got extremely excited as I wouldn't have to drive so far anymore. I waited a month and a half for my old lashes to fall off to start "clean" at amazing lash studio. I had an appointment today at 4:30pm and I just received a call to cancel my appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I was leaving on a business trip tomorrow morning and needed to get them done today. She didn't seem to care...didn't even offer to try to find me an appointment at a different location. Long story short, I called my old eyelash place and they will be able to see me today so if I want to go to amazing lash in a few weeks I'll probably have to pay an eyelash removal fee!. I really wanted to become a customer at the Pearland location but based on my experience and other reviews I am not sure they are reliable and for someone with a busy schedule keeping an appointment is extremely important. read more

I started off with a 90 days trial membership and I never was completely happy with the services provided. The lashes never stayed on and it was difficult to schedule a revision within the 3 days deadline. After the 90 days trial I informed Amazing Lash that I did not want to continue services. Imagine my surprise when I discovered they are still drafting money from my card. I found after being contacted by one of there associated telling me I have a credit, and do I want to come in for services. I again, voiced my unhappiness with the services and asked why are they still drafting my account? Their associate told me, my membership is still active which left me frustrated. I was then told I had to produce a doctor's note or speak to the manager and so I requested a call back from the manager. I waited 1 week and never received a call. So I decided, I will give this one more try by setting up another appointnent. I showed up to my appointnent this morning at 10:45a. At 11:15, I was informed my technician was stopped by the police, they are not sure if she will be in and no one else had room to complete the service. At this point, I felt like enough is enough and requesred my money credited back to my card. I was told the manager wilk call me when she come in at noon. At 12:15, no return call. So I called, and my call was forwarded to voice mail. Since then, I have made 4 additional attempts and my calls continues to be forwarded to voice mail. I am very very happy with the way this business treats their customers. At this point I am investigating how to move forward legally. read more

Extremely pissed off! It took me months and many different attempts to finally start my lash experience. The application was done well but the length of the lashes were way too long. I told the technician I just wanted short & medium alternating length. I trimmed them down & made it work & scheduled for 2 weeks out to get my first fill. So the day before my fill, someone called me to confirm & I did confirm. About 30 min later I decided I don't need to fill yet because they have barely started to shed some I called the number back & nobody answered. I left a voice mail with my number & asked to get a return call to reschedule because i am canceling the confirmed appointment. No return call after some time went by. So I called again. No answer. 2 hours later, called again & left another voice-mail. No answer. No call back. Store closed for the day. The day of, I get a call 30 min after my appointment while I'm in the library at school. The woman tells me they got no messages and will charge me for the no show. Oh, Hell no! I went to the store and showed them my call log & called the number again and put it on speaker. She could hear the voice-mail say "Thank you for calling Amazing Lash Studio Shadow Creek" but no one knows what phone the number belongs to & said they can explain it to the manager and reimburse me. Reimburse what??? I didn't buy a membership. She said they took the charge from the card they insisted be on file! They charged me $35 for not coming to an appointment I called numerous times & left 2 voice-mails to cancel! THIS is exactly why I don't do "memberships" for all these stores that want you to be locked in to pay consistently! I will never go back there even if they do give me my money back. They don't even know who called me to confirm from the number I kept trying to return the call to but they going to stand behind that confirmation! read more
