DON'T GO HERE!!! I've been a loyal client of Hailey's eyelash services for three years, never canceling or rescheduling last minute. Recently, I had an emergency and had to cancel last minute, resulting in a $30 fee, which I paid. However, Hailey has canceled on me last minute three times, costing me a full workday and pushing me into higher price points for her services due to her limited availability. When I questioned the fairness of the fee, considering her cancellations, she sent me an unprofessional text saying she would no longer service me. It's clear she doesn't value her clients and is only interested in their money. While Hailey may be talented, her handling of bookings, cancellations and client relations is disappointing. Find you a Lash tech that values you and your money as much as you value their services. read more

Not what I expected for $150.00 Worst part, the manager tried to convenience me that "they look good"!! - arrived asking for the 99.00 classic (super hard plastic feeling) so they convinced me to get the 149.00 set (super soft lashes) - they told me it'd take 45min to 1 hr which ended up being 2.5 since the tech had to "fix" my left eye - after the "fix" lashes were still bad looking on one eye and my poor eye was red and tearing since the tech went too close you it I told the manager I wasn't happy to which she insisted that I looked good ...o can't believe it She offered me to redo the whole eye which I refused as it was already burning 10% discount of my balance was applied ($10.00) Malock Ta was the person who according to her did cat eye style... so dissatisfied! read more

I've been a customer for a couple years and have been happy until recently. I was actually so happy. I've been driving an hour and a half each way to my appointments. But there are scheduling problems. I was marked as a no-show on two appointments rescheduled and one that I was actually there. So my last appointment of hybrid lashes all fell out within two weeks I guess if my lash stylist is told I'm a no-show she did not do a good job. I hope they get this sorted out. Skye lash is a hidden gem. I've been searching for a lash studio in Pearland but it was slim pickings until now. Skye Lash was a great experience from beginning to end. Elizabeth did an excellent job. Elizabeth asked what style was I looking for before I even laid down. The studio is clean, quiet, and the beds are comfy. You are in good hands here!!! I will never return here. Christine is rude, number 1. 2, I have been going here for about 9 months and to be honest it's been hit or miss. Some visits they look great, some they look terrible and I have to come in a few days later. But the icing on the cake was that all of a sudden, after wearing lashes for years, my lashes are too weak? No, I've been wearing lashes since 2016 and I've NEVER had weak lashes. So the issue is the products used here are low grade products breaking down people's lashes. To top it off, they charged me for a two week volume when she barely spent 30 minutes, if that on the fill! Recent comments say the same thing with how long the lashes are holding. Worse lash studio ever!! So I guess I'm banned from Skye lash due to me complaining about my horrible lash extensions. The lash technician need more training when it comes to lash extensions. You know your lashes are awful when you can't even blink your eyes because lashes pull and your lash line is swollen and feels raw. When I pay $80 for a two week fill I expect them to be good. But since they said they don't think any lash technician can satisfy me (I guess with good lashes) that I'm no longer able to go there. I'll add some pictures of the horrible lashes I got by Selena. I was very impressed of the cleanliness, professionalism of the front desk staff and the technician Haliey is simply amazing!!! I needed to make a change in my appointment- due to my crazy work schedule? They were very accommodating. I was very surprised to see that they offer little candies and drinks for their clients. With inflation, many companies aren't in the position or simply don't- give away anything, so this was nice to see. I got sooooo many compliments on my lashes!!!!! I absolutely love this place! Lana has always done my lashes and she always makes them look so fabulous! She is so patient and takes her time to makes sure my lashes look perfect I followed Lana from a different salon to Skye Lash and this location is so cute and chic. It is so clean and bright and trendy inside. The beds and pillows are so comfortable too. I fall asleep every time I get my lashes done here. I have been going to Hailey for over a year now and she is amazing and so sweet! She is very detail, takes her time, gentle, and my lashes always feels and looks great afterwards. This is a new studio she is at and it is so nice there. The staff is nice and friendly as well. You can tell they use great products because my eyes never burn and lashes last. I go with volume lashes and they are so light and full. Also you can book your appointments online and it makes it so convenient to look at what times and days are available base on your schedule. My sister has also seen Lana the other lash stylist there and she was very good too. Honestly best lash place I've been too and I've been getting them done for awhile now. Hailey is by far the most professional and courteous lash stylist I've ever been to. She does a superb job, and makes me feel so special. She always greets you with a lovely smile each time you arrive for your appointment, even through this very stressful time with everyone dealing with COVID-19. As a matter of fact, I have felt more safe here than just about any other business establishment during this pandemic. The staff keeps every area spotless, and are doing a great job of practicing social distancing and wearing of masks. They are so thoughtful and helpful when you need to reschedule an appointment. The table (mattress) you lay on is soooo comfortable and the music so soothing and relaxing that I fall asleep every single time, only to wake myself up snoring! So embarrassing! It's just such a pleasant experience that instead of it feeling like something I have to do, I actually look forward to it. My lashes always look great and I have people ask me all the time where I get them done because they look so natural.
