Taylor my esthetician does an amazing job. Highly recommend her. The studio is modern and clean. However some of the front office are deceptive in their dealings concerning the contracts of their members and non members. When I called to cancel my membership after they took my first month's membership payment out of $139.00. Their contract states you can not cancel the membership until AFTER the first payment is taken out of your account. You have 7 days to cancel before the next billing cycle. So when I did cancel, I was told I still had two credits on my membership that I can use for a 'hybrid eyelash extension" , since I was still a member for my upcoming appointment it would be $45 for the additional charge for hybrid. When I checked out I was charged $65! I asked the front office girl. I was told it would be $45. She then proceeded to tell me I was no longer a member! But they took my 2 membership points!!!! When I explained this to the girl. She acted 'dumb, and asked what do you mean? I explained again and she clearly did not know what she was talking about..... at this point I was certainly glad I canceled my membership at this location. Front Office has no clue what they are doing and very high pressure for a membership sale. Prices are high for their services. It's too bad, I loved Taylor as my the esthetician. read more

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and painful. I went in for a full set and requested the sensitive glue. I followed all the aftercare instructions, but the lashes from the first application didn't even last a full day. I've had sensitive glue at other studios, and it's always lasted at least 1.5 weeks, so this was surprising. When I reached out, they offered a second application with a master stylist who was supposed to have better retention. While I appreciated the offer, it made me wonder--shouldn't all their techs provide consistent quality? Several techs also mentioned their sensitive glue isn't the best. The team was kind and tried to help, but I was left feeling like my only option was to try the regular glue and risk an allergic reaction because their sensitive glue didn't last--no exaggeration--more than a day. I've gotten lashes with regular glue before at other studios and I never had a major issue, so I thought it would be fine. Unfortunately, I did end up having a pretty bad allergic reaction. My eyes were extremely red and watery (people kept asking me what was wrong), plus I had a runny nose, sneezing, and an itchy throat. My doctor confirmed it was a reaction to the glue, and I'm still recovering days later. I get that allergic reactions can happen, but if their sensitive glue and first application had worked properly, I wouldn't have been in this situation. Now I'm out over $200 between the service, tips, medical expenses, and the time I spent going back in. I didn't even have lashes for the event I originally got them for--and I still don't. I asked for a refund for the first set, since they didn't last over a day, but was told it's against their policy. I understand businesses have policies, but sometimes there should be flexibility when things don't go right. I am bit concerned with the quality of care from their lash techs. My girls lash tech Emma did not have a mask on and she coughed in my girls face! Gross and unprofessional. I saw them not wash their hands before doing my girls lashes. And then my girl got her lashes done, then they looked crooked and they were the wrong style. She asked for cat eye and they look like spider eyes. Now a few days later, she's dealing lash mites and we have to go the hospital. The manager Trish handled the situation poorly and it seems like Emma needs lesson in customer service since her vibe was terrible. read more

I had a scheduled first visit, but walked out shortly after checking in because the 2 check in girls and my technician were whispering and giggling to each other while I was filling in the new patient paper work. I tired to be patient, until I hear "she is over there" (I was only one in the waiting area) and realized they were talking about me! I called them out on this, and they said that the technician was ready early, hence why they were waiting/talking. First of all I've only ever written 2 reviews in my whole life. I have now been to 2 of the Amazing Lash Studios. I had never worn fake lashes before. So I booked an appointment online at the Paradise Valley Salon. I received a minimum of 8 reminder text messages not to forget my appointment. Really over done. It was for the next day. The salon was neat and clean. I booked a special for a full set for $99.00. I booked my appointment by time not who was available. So evidently I was scheduled with a superior lash expert. The girl was extremely good. but she did not nor anyone else tell me the care. I paid the extra $20.00 for the superior lash expert. The salon texted me and said it's time for a 2 week fill. So I found out they have Amazing Lash Studio near where I live. I booked for my fill with them. Pleasant front staff. they asked me did I do my Lash Wash before I came in. I said not sure what they meant. evidently there is a special wash you use. I explained no one from their other salon even mentioned that to me. Of course they wanted me to join the club. I said I'd wait to see how my lashes came out. It was a horrible job. Hardly any lashes were put in. The lash technician might have been a beginner. When she was done. I looked and told her there were several blank spots. And I said are you only allowed to put so many in. She said no it's their discretion. I told the front desk I was very unhappy. She said well if I start losing them, I can come back and have another technician do them. Mind you I paid $89.00 for the fill and not half of the lashes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO! You're lack of care or even professionalism is embarrassing, you couldn't even pick up a phone to call me because you knew how bad you guys have messed up. I've already called and emailed numerous times and you still don't know how to pick up a phone. I pray the owner reads this as well as all of the other recent reviews and puts two and two together and realizes maybe you don't give two shits about the customers, her business, or even your job for that matter. Regardless of whatever training they've had, I'd say it's safe to say by all the photos it's probably time to go back and even clean house at this place if this is how the results always turn out. I have tried for months to cancel my subscription to Amazing Lashes, but they won't cancel it. Twice I did everything you need o do to cancel. I called to cancel. They say you need to fill a form out to cancel, so they emailed the form. I filled form out and emailed it to the email address on the form. I have done that twice now and still received another auto payment. I will dispute the bill again with my bank. I started trying to cancel in November 2023. It is now May 2024 and they still keep billing me. Do not ever sign a subscription with these people. read more

I've been coming here for over two years now, literally haven't been without lashes for more than a month. They are a part of me now! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They lost 3 stars because I got my eyelashes done two days ago and my left eyelashes are falling off extremely faster than my right. (I sleep on my right side so it is very confusing) I have been getting extensions for 3 years, I take care of them appropriately and have never had problems with other places. I just washed my face (with a wash cloth) and blotted my face dry. When I went to brush out my eyelashes, I counted losing 12 eyelashes on my left eye and 2 on my right. I wouldn't even give this place one star but I have to because that's the lowest it goes. amazing lash did my eyelashes for a special event that I wanted to look my best. when the girl took off the covering of my lower lashes my lashes were stuck together. I could not open my eyes and in order to let me open my eyes she removed both my top and my lower lashes on the outside of my eyes on both sides! she never said a word and directed my to the front desk. they ask how I liked them and I finally saw, on my horror that I only had lashes in the middle of my eyes. the staff said they could give me a 20$ discount. I said no I want them fixed, that not really being possible. I tried calling the corporate offices and still have yet to hear from them. this is a company that doesn't train their employees and won't back them up ! I have made two appointments with the Desert Ridge location and each time I have showed up 15 minutes early for my appointments (as suggested). I have waited 30 minutes before anyone has appeared to talk to me and have then been told that the stylist I have booked with has called out for the day. Before making my appointments, I read all the reviews and was very thoughtful with which stylist I booked with. I received 3 emails and 3 text messages confirming and reminding me about my latest appointment. On the morning of this last booked appointment, I was texted a reminder at 6:40am. So sad. read more

I started going here maybe a month or two ago. I've had 3-4 lash sets and out of all of them, 2 times my lashes just fell out a few days after. When I signed up for the membership they made it clear they would help if my lashes started falling out. We'll both times I brought it to their attention my lashes are falling out and the only thing they helped with was a $15 credit when you're paying $140 a month!! Terrible customer service. If I'm paying for lashes I expect them to last longer than 4 days. I also would expect the customer service to be more professional as when I called to cancel my plan since Shaz said there wasn't anything they could do besides have someone "look at my lashes" and it was the second time its happened I asked to cancel my membership. Shaz told me to keep the situation chill, regardless that she was ignoring me saying numerous times I want to cancel. Telling a customer who actually was being chill to chill, isn't professional at all let alone even if they weren't being chill you shouldn't be telling your customers to chill. Disrespectful front staff and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Edit to add: I've already submitted the cancellation request and spoken to two managers. I walked in for a brow tint and they were able to get me in right away. The staff were efficient. The girl that did my eyebrows was very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed with was my brows were way too dark. I was told she was going to use a light brown, I am a blonde and my eyebrow hair is mostly blonde, but they ended up very close to black. It was quite a change and way darker than I'm used to. She did admit that she wasn't super familiar with the new tint they had. I wish she would have erred on the side of caution and used a way lighter tint and did it twice versus once and getting them way too dark. Oh well, it will eventually fade. read more

I had my lashes done less than a week ago.... brought in on their $89 intro special. I was quickly upgraded to a master tech with an extra full lash and some supplies to maintain my "new lashes" Quite frankly I am severely disappointed. I spent way over $240 with the upgrade and the master technician and the lash maintenance staff and 80% of them have fallen out. The quality of the lash is pretty pathetic is like a course bristle fake spider.. One of my eyes barely have any left it's either poor quality poor service. No matter what super overcharged for lashes that lasted less than a week. I am completely disappointed and I really wanna remedy or I'm just gonna contact my credit card company because this was really a major fail. Disappointment to no end to spend this much money to have worse eyelashes then when I walked in with. The girl was sweet everyone in the store, everyone was sweet but who cares if the actual work or lashes or quality of goods is crappy. Worst money I ever spent. And the upsell made it even worse because if I had bad lashes for $89 maybe they would be tolerable for a week but bad lashes for over $200 not acceptable They Offered a refund they were extremely apologetic they requested a consultation so they can see if I was allergic to the adhesive and they offered a remedy of the service and the manager was exceptionally nice she didn't blame it on my eyes or anything like that.
