0 stars. I had my lashes (6D hybrid Gorgeous) put on Wednesday, February 12 one week review update on these lashes. All the 6D have pretty much fallen out on my left eye. I'm disappointed for paying for good quality lashes and not receiving that it almost feels as though I was scammed for my hard earned money. Since day 1 I've used their regimen of caring for lashes and they didn't even last a whole week. Wow! My best friend had her lashes done a week before mine elsewhere (not amazing lashes) paid less and her lashes look better than mine. I would absolutely love to cancel the membership I signed up for if they don't correct. Review stands. 1 month review came in for my fill, 2 weeks ago they corrected the problem and I had given them another chance and kept the membership active. Left eye continued to fall out and was left with 1 lash 2 weeks later. The outcome with this is I didn't get what I paid for! I feel extremely robbed at this point, and god knows I'm glad I canceled that membership. They are not customer friendly and honestly I was better off going to a place where they don't up charge you for every volume lash. What's the point in getting eyelash extensions if you end up looking the same with the classic lash. At that point your membership service is useless and just proves that you are a scam because the end result the customer will be unsatisfied with the way the lashes look for what's included in that membership and will be forced to pay the up charge of 20 total coming up to 100 with a master stylist for those lashes only to last two weeks. I'm better off buying eyelashes. If your late and let them know they cut into your time which is understandable but man don't leave your customers feeling robbed because she came out looking like she still needs a fill. Not a dime more. You guys seriously will end up with a bad rep. I see ladies coming in spending money like pendejas probably having the same problem and just not getting there moneys worth. Smh! I will not be a pendeja and god knows I kept my cool and kept a good demeanor while I went back hoping they would do something to help a girl out but no. They want more money and don't care about their customers satisfaction. read more

When getting a membership it's really complicated to freeze the account because they continue to take money from you after a freeze is supposedly in place. Also I left there today for a lash fill, there was black "power black" bonder on my eye lid. I asked for a qtip or the flat head brush that was used during my service and she said NO. Allowing me to leave the lash salon with messy black color on eye lids, not my lash line, my eye lids!!! The lash stylist said that the black will come off with my first wash (which is no sooner than 24 hours after having them done) so I would have to keep black color on my eye lids for 24 hours.. i explained I was going to be going to work but she still denied me a qtip or soft flat brush to remove the black color. That's unprofessional and the least they can do is provide quality customer service because the price we pay to go there is more than enough. I'm going to be looking for another lash service in Redlands, there are many more to choose from! read more

Truly upset I went into the study very excited about getting my lashes lifted as it was my first time. Lady was very nice but unfortunately for me I have small lashes and when I came out of the appointment you couldn't tell anything was done. Again that could have been totally been me with having small lashes but that isn't what I'm upset about. I told them how I felt about the work and they Understood and were going to book another appointment free of charge to redo them with a different stylist. But this is now my third attempt trying to reach them back and they are not responding back. So the front desk girls were changed from the first time i got their So at first it was good then I got the pass the subscription or whatever it's called I got it because I was paying so much so the girls in the front don't comunicate one tells me one thing the other a different thing they are. So many rules I'm a rule follower but this is to much you have to wait to pay your monthly goes thru then you can use your 2 passes but only individuals and classics plus you still have to pay for masters if you want anything else it's over 100$ then I ask for a full set all the time then they tell me only 30 minutes we gotta give you what we can or nothing at all they told me a full set was a hour after that incident then they tell me again we can not do a full set because no time even though I ask for a full hour and full set but they can do it with certain people if you don't tip them good they don't treat you good then they change brands and I get allergic to it hen the stylists feel like im to delicate I feel like they don't want to deal with me because there is no communication with them so they put me late when I'm their 30 minutes early everytime then they tell me shit when it's the stylists who puts on the time she starts the lashes but the front knows im early 30 minutes all the time so the girls infront desks get mad because my eyelashes fall out to quick the sensitive glue does not lasts long then they but they decide to blame that on me and blame me for them falling out alotand I hear shit then they get mad at the stylists for not using a harder glue I don't like it because it burns then the stylists ask front desk what to do really !! like a surgeon asking front desk "how do I so this operation " no no no then they put a really strong glue because front desk told them i get allergic reaction which I never had even with that glue but they changed gluebrand again then they say you need a test done on eyes which I had done before but they did not write down then they blame me oh and they had a recording of our conversation but don't put when I said full set they told me full set is a hour so I said hour but for a full set they should know how long a full set takes and they treat me like an idiot and gained up on me when they know they are wrong so many rings happened in such little time it's impossible to write every thing by the way management in every amazing lash studio does not care about clients they won't fix anything they don't care how you get treated they will take no blame and try to make you look bad with lies I'm done with all amazing lash studios so sad it went sideways some stylists are not bad they always get new ones but some new ones that they put as master too early they really poked my eyes wow I can not believe how this was so great then it was like 360° twilight zone ok so now I will give review after a while because they might be nice at first because everyone is nice at first then they change so quickly. that's read more
