I've been here 3 times now and I was definitely skeptical before trying it out. I had been getting my lashes done by someone who owned her own personal lash business but I just could not afford her prices that were constantly being raised and she was constantly moving. I decided to give this chain a try because it was close by, seemed more affordable and reliable, with LOTS of availability and this Mama just wanted to do something for myself that made me feel good and help me feel put together everyday when I don't have time to do so with a toddler. The last Master lash technician I got a fill from was Amanda and she was super easy to talk to. Of course there are times I just want to lay there and relax but she made you feel like a person and not just another client. I highly recommend her and this business. I personally selected the cheaper membership plan which covers 1 fill every 3 weeks and I'm glad I did. Whatever product they use lasts really long and well! My lashes are not suffering and I really love the lash shampoo they offer to use in order to keep your lashes clean and healthy. Check them out ladies! read more

My experience as a FIRST TIMER and REPEATER: FIRST TIMER: I came to get a 3D cute full set with my friend one night. We called that day to set up 2 appointments and when we got there apparently through some type of miscommunication they thought we only had one. So I took the spot. Now it's your appointment time, so show up when it's yours to get the full service, they talk to you about the lash type and try to see what you want The stylist Desi is super sweet and I thought she did a good job. Now when I walked out my eyes were BLOODSHOT red, for someone's first time this was a little scary, but the problem was that although i wasn't allergic to the glue or anything the fumes are strong. Make sure your eyes are CLOSED FULLY during the procedure. Needless to say, my eyes weren't closed so I had multiple problems that arose. My eyes were still red a couple days after but it eventually went away, however the lashes I had on basically all came off. Since you're not suppose to get your lashes wet the first 24-48 hrs and my eyes were watery for the first couple it broke the glue and didn't hold. I went to yelp writing a review of the issue instead of calling to speak to the stylist about what to do, I was then contacted by the manager and she was so caring and wanted to help me, she asked me to please make an appointment so we can figure this issue out. I had an appointment with a new stylist, and the way she taped my eyes were more comfortable so it was no issue closing my eyes. I have very chubby cheeks and slight Asian eyes so I can see where there would be a problem. This time NO REDNESS NO ISSUES! RETURNING CUSTOMER I LOVED MY LASHES AND MY STYLIST BRI, came back for refill had no issues. They care about how you feel and if you feel confident about your lashes. Today they got in a new style of lashes, and I also decided that I really wanted a change up the type, I walked out of the appointment and just felt they were a bit too much for me, I'm not that showy and for them to be very long kinda made me uncomfortable, but I'm that type of girl that if they messed up your hair at the salon I'd still walk out and be like I love it. I left and drove away and just thought to myself I can't, I drive from Lake Elsinore to this lash place and I just am not happy, but this was MY FAULT AND I CHOSE this. I called and said Im sorry but I can't do this I'll pay for a fix would pay for a fix and was begging for a time today and Grace at the front desk worked her magic and booked me an appointment. I am grateful because they want you to walk out feeling confident in yourself and they want you to be happy with your service. You just need to communicate with the stylist! I was a member. 6 months. Went to this place multiple times for my first month because the lashes weren't staying, they kept falling out. We tried everything from me buying everything they're offering, even the expensive nature lash. I went back multiple times; even trying the volume/hybrid/3D/6D. It was expensive. After a week of having a full set, i will have sparse lashes again and had to come back for touch up which costs me to front more money. It was getting ridiculous. They never last more than 10 days. They fall out like crazy! I did everything to maintain them. I took care of them because they cost a lot. They told me it's because my lashes were sparse that it couldn't hold, that's why they fall out. Or it's because of the lash cycle, etc. The lash technicians that did my eyelashes were nice, they make you feel comfortable so I don't have anything against them or their skills. I really thought it could be my lashes, until I stopped going back to them. I just let them take money out of my card every month but not used them. I went to a different company/place to get my lashes done. To my surprise, the lashes lasts for 3 weeks, it was still beautiful until my touch up. Last month, I still have 2 credits left at Amazing Lash studio. I asked them for a refill so I can use it. The lady said "you haven't been back here since October, do you still have lashes left?" I told her I went to a different place. She said "we can't do fill on you if you went to a different place". Something about they don't know what products they used on me, etc. I guess it's a contraindication? I don't know their rationale. So I said fine, I'll get a removal. That costs me $35. The full set costs me the 2 credits that I have ($69.99 x 2 = $139.98 for a full set with membership). So I used up all my credits left. Guess what, those lashes didn't even live up to 2 weeks. They started falling out around 5-6 lashes a day. They told me they have different glue but it still didn't last. And the individual lashes they use look so thin compare to other places. So now I know it's not my lashes that cause these individual lashes to fall out. It's their product. My last payment for my membership was December 19. Boy I'm so glad I'm out. Boy bye. read more

This is easily the worst customer experience I have ever had. I wish I could give this less than one star for the lack of communication, the disturbing end result, and the horrible reaction I had to the eyelashes paired with their extreme lack of customer service. This is the worst waste of $214 I have ever spent for 2 days of wear. I went to have my eyelashes done for an event and was worried because my eyes are fairly small and easily overshadowed by heavy makeup or eyelashes so I booked with a master stylist. I had a patch test done because my eyes are also very sensitive beforehand. I called ahead of time explaining that I would be less than five minutes late and they very kindly said that was completely fine, no issues. When I arrived I explained to the person who was asking which style I would like my concerns about making my eyes look smaller, but also wanting something that looked nice. I went with their recommendation of the hybrid 3D. Then when I went in my stylist asked me what length I wanted with no examples of what any possible lengths looked like, except bigger or smaller than theirs which I was able to say definitely smaller. The eyelashes I got didn't look anything like the example they had to show me at the beginning and they were as long if not longer than the stylists. They explained AFTER the appointment that I had been moved from the master stylist to someone else and that there was an additional $40 charge on top of the $110 charge for the intro appointment and then a recommended $20 tip, adding up to $179. Later that day I was driving to the event and my eyes began to burn and water so bad that I could not see and had to frantically pull over. I wrote it off but the same thing happened the next day where the burned so bad I was in tears and couldn't keep my eyes open. I had to make an appointment have them removed two days later at the closest Amazing Lash Studio to the event. To make sure I didn't get charged extra I checked with the person on the phone and she quoted me $40 to have them removed so I was confused when they charged me $45 for the removal, and the person at the front desk just said in such a snotty way that they were mistaken on the phone, but it is $45 and asked me to give gratuity. What a nightmare and a waste of over 200 dollars, only to be in pain and receive such poor attitude. read more

This was my first experience getting lash extensions. I didn't know what to expect. The customer service is incredible! From the moment I contacted them on Yelp, they were very receptive and got me same day and when I arrived everyone was so wonderful. The studio was pristine and had a spa environment. The lady that did my lashes was great. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is the lashes themselves are not as dramatic I thought they'd be. Nobody has even noticed them! I would've had to pay an extra $50 for that and at $89, I couldn't afford to shell out more $. :-( It would've been nice if they would've had a first time customer incentive but I think the business is more focused on getting monthly memberships- which is not what I'm interested in as this was just a special thing for my wedding. read more
