I found this studio on Facevook through a friend, made an appointment they let me text them which was a total convenience! The salon is gorgeous, modern and great service! My lash stylist Kaitlyn Franklin was absolutely fantastic! She was very easy going, ambitious and light handed. The application was quick to! Absolutely the worst customer service ever! So I cancelled my membership last summer after the glue used for lash application caused my eyes to swell shut overnight and seeing is an important aspect of my daily life. Imagine my surprise when my January bank statement includes a brand new charge from amazing lash for $120. So I call and explain this to the studio and Kindly ask them to simply remove the charge and all will be good. Today, Nicole the manager leaves me a message to help me understand the cancellation policy because she has decided that my membership has simply been on hold. Huh? I cancelled last year so I could see. Nothing else has changed except my bank account is $120 light. What is it that I need to understand and where is my money? I call again and I am met with someone who tells me that Nicole is not there and she is completely unable to help me in any way. Yes, she did actually tell me this over the phone. Save your money this place will take it even if you don't authorize it. 12/7. Although the business claims to have refunded my money there has been no funds returned to my bank account. Clearly my intention was to cancel my service with amazing lash because I could no longer use these services at all. I was told that my service was cancelled. What happens behind the scenes on the amazing lash computer system shouldn't have to be of concern to your customers, but clearly it is. read more

Horrible fill/customer service experience I've ever had. Appointment was at 11:30 AM and didn't bring me to the service room until 11:40 AM. Ended my appointment at 12:20 PM, so that's about ~40 minutes or less of appointment time including set up. Front desk girl seemed extremely rude as well after I expressed my concerns. Experience could have gone better all around but feel really cheated on my fill. Super disappoi te 01/11: here's an update on the review above. I called the number provided by Katya. I tried to reach her 3 times on the number she provided, left call back contact for the manager. 4th try I got a hold of the Natomas store manager who forwarded my information to Roseville store. Called Nichole, the store manager at Roseville 2xs (with call back contact provided). On the 3rd call, I finally got a hold of the manager. Here's the rundown of how the conversation went down: I expressed my concerns of how my appointment went. She then proceeded to tell me it's because I booked my appointment with an intermediate stylist and that's why my appointment was short because they have shorter appointments times. When I completed my appointment and I stressed my concern to the front desk about how my appointment was so short and that I thought my appointment was an hour, they confirmed it was an hour and that maybe the stylist cut my appointment short because they didn't need the full time. Why didn't she tell me my appointment was 50 minutes right then and there and at what point in time is a member suppose to know appointment times are shorter for different stylist? Where is this information posted or verbally expressed? Apparently only when you have to call the manager 6-7 times to have her to explain that to you. But why was my appointment less that 40 minutes? Still haven't answered that question. I was very frustrated with that conversation and I stressed it in my voice. Basically manager made up a bunch of excuses and offered a free upgrade loaded onto my account to use at that location. Sounds like a bunch of bull to me since I don't normally go to that location and won't be interested after this experience. I ended up getting another fill at another location 2 weeks after that and fixed everything I didn't like about my eyelashes. Just wasted an entire credit on a fill that wasn't worth my time or my money. read more

Staff was very welcoming and so friendly. As this was my first time getting lash extensions, staff was informative about all my options. Ester was my stylist, she is very sweet and did an AMAZING job!! My lashes look great, I'm getting so many compliments! The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars, was because the receptionist that checked me out didn't provide all the information on the two membership options. She just sold me the most expensive option. If I would have known there was another option I would have gone with the 2nd option. I LOVE AMAZING LASH! The girls are great from the moment you walk in (Olivia is a sweetheart!) to the moment you walk out after your service as they walk you to the front. Aimee is a great stylist. I had Jessica do my eyelashes and dont get me wrong she was very nice and beautiful although i requested my lashes to be thick, long, and luscious.. i didnt get any of that. As i woke up from the 3 hours i saw my lashes and thought they looked okay as a natural style then as days went by i wasnt really into them anymore because they were very little, less, already falling, and damaged my natural eyelashes. I would come back here but afraid not, I've found a really nice place with a good decent price "Milan by sidney le" and now my lashes are EXACTLY what i wanted. After going through the process of getting my eyelashes done several times I decided to freeze my account to save money (they convinced me to do this instead of cancelling like I originally planned). To me the lashes just weren't worth it, they were fake looking (plastic and inflexible?) and heavy on my real eyelashes. I probably have less eyelashes than when I started... but honestly the lashes are not the part that made me upset. My main issue is that I asked them to cancel my account *before* I was charged again, the $60 per month, and it still went through anyway. When I first spoke to the front desk the gal reassured me I could get my money back onto my credit card, but I waited and it simply did not happen. I called again and when they looked up my account it still had not been cancelled! I finally went in person and they told me that my account had been cancelled, but there was no way to give me the money back. They allowed me to purchase retail instead and said that was my only option. I bought the makeup brushes since I wouldn't be needing lash products anymore, I tried using the $25 makeup brushes (for two brushes) and it literally broke the first time I used it. It just snapped in half. There's a lot of misinformation. Management should probably keep the policies more concise since I was told different things on the phone vs in person. I am not coming back it was a very annoying experience and a huge waste of money. read more

One day I was upset because my appointment had to be moved and even with me yelling at her she kept a smile and did her absolute best to get me in with another lash lady. Came to the studio an and had lash stylist Ariana take care of me! While I wasn't super fond of the front desk people, they weren't very friendly and this could be due to the very busy nature of the shop that day. This was my first ever experience getting lashes and I was honestly nervous! Ariana took such great care of me that I was so relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process! She did an amazing job of ensuring that my lashes still looked natural to the outside world yet still noticeable to myself that I had paid for the service. My lashes lasted the full four weeks! FOLSOM LOCATION REVIEW They will not refund me after cancelling on me!!! It was my first time ever getting lashes for birthday/big trip we had planned. Unfortunately they fell out within 24 hours. I called and they booked a redo in time before my trip. I got a babysitter on an already busy day, drove 45 minutes, walked in the door and their employee didn't show so my appointment was cancelled.! No phone call. No warning. They could fit me in only if I sat around for 3 more hours. I was livid! If you cancel on your appointment any sooner than 48 hours they will change you the full amount owed for you appointment. I called the manager, she would not refund me. Called their corporate office, no response, asked to at least go to another location closer to my house to apply my money to that appointment, no. SO unprofessional!! If they did my lashes and I walked straight out the door without paying, they would have a problem, but they can charge my card without providing a service?! DO NOT GO HERE! I drive all the way to the Laguna location for my fills and I live in Roseville! This fountains location is the worst I've been to! I've had such bad experiences going to this particular location. From the lash stylist over gluing my lashes, to 90% of them falling out after washing them post 48hrs. Not only do they look a lot prettier when done from the Laguna location, they last me three weeks before I need a fill. I've also been to the Loehmann's plaza location and they are really good as well. I suggest you go anywhere but the Roseville location. read more

BEAWARE OF THE MEMBERSHIP AND WHAT YOU SIGN! I didn't know they charge you monthly! It was my first time ever doing eyelash extensions and at the location in Roseville. Signed up for it because I thought it was just a one-time fee plus $40 extra for 2 free refills for the next month that was my understanding when I had asked the front desk receptionist unless I heard wrong. I only had my eyelashes done once here and when I had looked at my card statement, I was drafted out $140 the next month! It is NON-REFUNDABLE! To add on top of that my lashes didn't even last 2 weeks.... had a scheduled appt. to get refilled and when I had gone in the stylist said the fills are going to look spaced out, because I didn't have all the eyelashes on, so ended up not getting it done. Had to re-schedule another appt. to get a full set to pay an extra $30 for it which later they canceled...I am very upset and disappointed especially being it first time ever getting my eyelash done... read more

Do not get their membership. If you do not schedule your appointments within five days of your draft date which is the date the money comes out of your account they will charge you on top of your monthly membership. I thought once you pay your monthly fee you can make your appointment for any day of the month. Wrong. And if you make it for the wrong day they will not tell you that you will be charged $75 extra for your full. You also need a doctors note to cancel your membership. I'm canceling as soon as possible this place is jacked. read more

Do not waste your money on a lash lift! One eye lifted and curled beautifully and the other didn't....yikes. When I called to let them know they went on and on about how they had never heard of this happening. Also, the manager was suppose to call me back, which she never did. So, now I am back to using a curler on one eye, well I guess that's 50% better than both eyes, but I think I should get a 50% refund for one uncurled lash :( read more

She is very tedious(which is a good thing with lashes) and always does an amazing job everytime I go. I am on the membership and get them done every 3 1/2 weeks. TERRIBLE/CIRCUS/Get u in & out philosophy! Terrible! I was booked with a stylist who stated she had been there a while - turns out a few days! After the procedure, "I went for the fullest set", it did not look any different. When I asked her if this looked good to her - she got mad at ME and said I was 6 minutes late and she's on a tight schedule. I was NOT late and in fact, was there early... they just didn't get me back to her on time.... But wait there's more... So I complain and they reschedule me to come back and said one of their more "experienced" stylists would fix it, I get there and after 1 eye was done, she says she's out of time!!! They then frazzled to find another stylist to finish me!! I waisted my time and $! This is a business about getting people in and out as quickly as possible! A sales driven environment who's focus would be better served trying to focus on their quality versus their sell! read more

My lash stylist, Valeria is amazing! I'm a little over 6 months pregnant and she is always making sure I am comfortable on her bed. I love my lashes every time I leave. She is very professional and so sweet. The only problem I have is they keep taking her off the schedule on the days I can only do it. It's obviously out of her control, they just keep cutting her shifts back and now only works 2 days a week. I live over an hour away and never had a problem with our scheduling until now and will probably not be coming back because of that, unless they put her back on some more days. She's pretty much the only reason I go and will only see her, that's how amazing she is! I give the Lash stylist a 5 and the Lash studio a 3. read more

This place does not deserve any stars to say the least. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get screwed over. They are the worst business I've ever been to hands down!! The manager Kayla Carriker is even worse. She was not sympathetic at all to my elderly Mom's concerns or issues with all the charges she has received on her account. This place will rob you out of your money. My mom was told she would get reimbursed for charges previously discussed with the staff still currently working for the manager Kayla Carriker and she gave us 10,000 excuses why she wouldn't reimburse those charges. She would not take accountability for her staff praying on my Mom by promising reimbursements they had no intentions of honoring. That right there tells me the leadership here is a huge red flag. She had no concept about customer service and how to treat customers. As soon as this happened I had my Mom immediately cancel services here and we will never come back ever again I guarantee it. I will also be telling everyone about this and warning them not to come here as well. They've already charged my Mom hundreds of dollars that we won't get back and she just started this service since Feb. I made sure to make a copy of the cancellation paperwork and get Kayla's business card so I can warn others out there to be aware. read more

This was my first time getting lashes. I decided to go with the clusters of 3 lashes for each of my natural lashes. I was so excited to have long beautiful lashes. Until I looked into the mirror when the lash lady was done. It looked like I got nothing done. My lashes were the same length as my natural ones. They looked brown! When my lashes are black. I payed extra as well for the clusters. Which were supposed to be "dramatic" I literally went home and cried. They wouldn't fix it, because it was "too late" I had to add mascara to my lash extensions to even see I had lashes. Never ever going back. And they pressure you into paying monthly. read more
