First appt., tech spent two hours on my left eye. So, she ran out of time on my right. Needless to say, my right eye was very sparse. I called to ask what they could do and the receptionist was really nice and apologetic. She said I could come back in and she'd put me with a Sr. Tech and it would be no charge. Had my lashes done for the first time ever..... And choosing to come to Amazing Lashes was the perfect place to get it done! The staff was so welcoming and had all the info I needed to be sure I got wht I wanted. They set my appt up with Monica, who was not only great at wht she does, but has one of the sweetest personality ever! She was so patient w me and explained the entire process before and while she was doing it..... Step by step. It's a perfect escape to relax and unwind. I have been a member of Amazing Lash for a few months now, with my home location being one in Chicago. I've been to different studios in 3 different cities now and this one is by far the worst I've experienced. I called for a fill in appointment, got seen the same day. Now I'm no lash tech but after you get your lashes done frequently you can get an idea of the normal things the techs do, for example brushing your lashes out before and after for a fill. This is where I noticed things probably weren't going to be 100% when I never got my lashes brushed out. When my appointment was done I was never offered a mirror to see what they looked like, and when I went up front to pay I checked the small mirror and had 3 lashes already ready to fall out. Asked for a brush and 3 more fell out right in front of the girl. I was done with my appointment at 5 pm and by 7 am the next morning I have counted over 13 MORE lashes that fell out, when all I did was go to sleep and brush them once, like normal. I called this morning to ask for a correction before I leave town, and the girl on the phone told me they had to have someone look over my lashes to make sure I wasn't lying about having almost 20 lashes fall out...not even promising I would get my correction if they didn't feel it was necessary. Basically implying I might be the reason they fell out if I can't care for my lashes...but it was less than 24 hours so its not much I could have done except sleep. I explained I would have to get a 45 minute Uber back to their location and don't want to come if I can't be told I would get a correction and still...same thing. Needs a second opinion, to then accusing me of lying just to get more lashes. I will pay for more lashes if I want more, but when THAT many fall out of ONE eye in just over 12 hours I should have been apologized to and told to come in right away for a correction. This is why I like my home location better. I will not be coming back here and am not surprised when half the reviews say the same thing as what happened to me. read more

I was always a little scared to get my lashes done but the girls here are amazing!! I've had Mariah and Kaitlyn do them they were both awesome and my eyelashes came out gorgeous!! I've Been going to Amazing Lashes for almost a year & absolutely love it! The place I was going to prior was way more expensive, less friendly & l didn't get all the perks that I do at Amazing lashes!. Since I'm a member they give u a discount on the makeup & skin care products as well as they have a reward program now. I have a great experience every appointment ! All the receptionist are all so friendly & very knowledgeable.Courtney and Olivia are always Smiling very upbeat & so sweet! As far as my lashes I get compliments almost every day they do a wonderful job give u tons of different options to fit your eye shape , & style preference so that u get exactly what u want. Besides the studio itself I had the most amazing worker fix my eyelashes that were done terribly from another salon. MILA is awesome and so adorable and sweet. Amazing lash waived my removal fee which was very kind. I have nothing bad to say about this studio in particular maybe just the company in general. I have been getting lash extensions for four years now and I've never been to a place where the estheticians were forced to finish in a certain time. Also they can only use a certain amount of lashes (one box per eye) which I found very strange considering the front desk was pushing a member to pay a bunch of money for some reason I didn't quite overhear. Also I was told that they weren't aloud to give out the little brushes you use to brush your lashes??? I've been to many different places for extensions and literally every place offers you like five. I got the vibe that they were clearly only concerned about making money rather than making the clients happy which is the most frustrating thing when you are picky with how your lashes turn out. Thank god I had Mila she was kind enough to ask if she could spend more than an hour on my lashes (which in my opinion you shouldn't have to do if the customer is paying 150$ ) . Overalll the fountains in Roseville is by no means a bad studio, I just think this company is more based on making a quick buck rather than making clients happy. read more

I went in for a full set a couple of weeks ago. My stylist recommended the 6:1 flare lashes for volume. At first glance they looked great. However, I looked closer when I got home I noticed they were glued together in clumps. I followed the instructions and used expensive products recommended but by day 6 they had fallen out in clumps (multiple flares glued together) taking a few of my lashes with them. When I called the studio they wanted me to come back and pay for another full set. I asked if I could think about it for a couple days. When I called back and asked to speak with the manager. The employee I spoke with took my name and asked me why I was calling. I politely asked if I could talk to the manager about the reason for my call. She was rude and told me someone would return my call. It's been a week. No reply. I'm uncomfortable leaving a bad review but I think others should know. I wish I'd done my research first. read more

She walked me through which style would be best, asked thoroughly what I wanted and what I was looking. I decided to go with the hybrid lashes and they are awesome! I've had lash extensions for about 3 years now. I usually have the same tech do them- when she's not available, I go to another place in Rocklin, where I occasionally get them done. I've never had any issues with anywhere that I've gone to get them done. With that being said, none of the ladies that normally do my lashes were available, so I remembered seeing the Amazing Lash Studio while I was at the Fountains last week. I looked on Yelp and the reviews were ok, so I called them and made an appointment for the following day. This was my first visit ever to an "Amazing Lash Studio" location. My lash tech promptly greeted me after I filled out all my paperwork, she looked at my lashes and said that they don't have any lashes like the ones I have in- which are volume lashes- she told me they'd be getting those in next month. She proceeded to advise me to go with the Natural lashes. Normally when I get a fill, it takes 60+ min. I was surprised when she was done in just over 30 min. I went to pay and was kind of irritated as I was pushed to get their membership, aftercare products and so on. After politely declining any additional services or products, I was told I'd only be charged for the their touch up fill, since it didn't last an hour. It was still $59! That's what I normally pay for my 1 hour fill with my regular lash tech. When I got home, I gently brushed my lashes with my lash brush and was surprised when about 8-10 lashes fell out. I'm not sure if they weren't glued in well or maybe it was the lashes grown out from my previous fill. But my lashes look cheap and thin- like I glued them in myself. I won't be coming back here and gave this place 2 stars because my lash tech was friendly and did the best she could with the lashes they have to work with. read more

I've been searching everywhere in the greater Sacramento area for lash EXTENTIONS that are done just the way I like. Amazing Lash Studio in Roseville, they by far have the BEST deals in town, different personalized application options, and even color choices. Ive never been so happy with the outcome of lashes, not only are they full and long, it's beauty made in a very affordable membership ( which of course I've signed up for ). I've seen Jessica, who by the way is an absolute doll. And the second time I saw Kara.. BOTH times Ive gotten soooo many complements, definitely been recommending to all my friends! read more

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. I had a great experience. I was 15 minutes early as they told me to be so I could fill out paperwork. I've gotten eyelash extensions before so I didn't need them to fully go over the info and I let them know that. My lash artist was on time, friendly, and professional. I asked for the natural lashes, and that's exactly what I got and I love them. It took exactly an hour which is amazing because in the past at other places when I have asked for fuller looks it took 2-3 hours. So far none have fallen out as I have been very careful all day (as you should be during the first 48 hours after they are applied). The pricing was reasonable and I am very happy with the outcome. In the future if my usual lash lady is unavailable I will definitely come back here. The one improvement they could make (the reason I took a star off) is there was one receptionist who was not entirely welcoming. One of them was super happy and peppy and I loved her, but the other was a bit cold, she could have been having an off day and I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt. Just wanna update my last review to when I said they've scammed money out of me numerous times as in they still are doing it! My mom and I cancelled our membership here back in February it is now July and we just recently noticed they still have been charging my moms credit card 69$ each month for the membership. that's over 300$ they took from us without us even going in for a fill or anything. we haven't been inside amazing lash studio since February and they have just been charging our card each month. What kind of establishment or studio thinks that this is okay. Basically stole over 300$. read more

I called for information on how to go about canceling my membership and SHAWNA was extremely rude. I asked to speak with a manager and was denied which I find odd. At first this seemed too good to be true. $60 membership with free fills and discounts. But after two months, this really isn't worth it. The very first time I got my lashes done, they lasted a day before rapidly falling out. I went for a correction and again, a few days later they started falling out. It was very frustrating because I followed all the rules. (Don't get them wet for 48hrs, no oil based remover or makeup, don't pull/touch them) I would even wash them and towel dry them, just to find all my lashes in my towel. I just got them done on Friday and again, a few days later, I'm left with one eye with barely any lashes and the other with a little more. I'm in the process of cancelling my membership because ultimately this is a huge waste of my time and money. I even spent a ton of money on their foaming lash wash a some product that's supposed to make the adhesive last "forever", money that I'm sure I won't ever get back even with the receipts. I really wanted for this to work out, but I think I might just stick to false lashes instead of extensions. The only reason I'm giving any stars is because the workers are very friendly. I just think the quality of the product may be faulty. read more

This studio is very disappointing. This was my first experience getting lashes. They sold me on a membership and have no customer service. The first visit the lashes went sideways had to get corrected, the 2nd visit one eye was shorter then the other, then my 3rd visit they got the days mixed up. I came to get lash extensions because it was one of the most popular places and had good reviews after now coming to the studio since around January or February of this year I cannot say anymore good things about Alyssa she is by far one of the nicest people and she does an amazing job on lashes I have referred many people to her because of what good customer service she provides. She is so friendly and welcoming and it honestly feels like I'm getting my lashes done by a friend. She makes the long lash process quick easy and painless I honestly don't even feel her touching my eyes the whole time and my lashes come out perfect every time I've ever gone to her. Well, I had exactly the opposite experience when I went to Amazing Lash Studio. I had an appointment on 2/3/17. I had a very nice lash technician who asked me what style of lashes that I wanted. I deferred to her professional judgement which ones would be best for my eye shape and face. I spent the next 90 minutes comfortably reclined, having the eyelash extensions applied. When she was finished, she shared that she didn't use all of the lashes in the kit and that she had used the shortest length lashes, so that they didn't "endanger the integrity" of my own lashes. I looked in the mirror and was disappointed at the lack of improvement of my eyelashes. I thought I would give it a bit of time and look at them in the daylight. I was then escorted up to the front and bought the recommended lash brush and growth serum for my scrawny little lashes to encourage them to grow longer. I checked out and spent $185 (without tip) for my products and extensions with a recommendation to come back for a "fill: in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I was still very disappointed with the lack of improvement in the look of my lashes. My family and friends couldn't tell the difference either. I wrote a letter to the owner/manager on 2/17 (most of the contents in this review) and didn't even get the courtesy of a reply from him or her. My experience was anything BUT amazing. What a waste of time and money. In my opinion this is no way to run a business.. read more

I had heard about this place and submitted my information online for an appointment. I was excited when they called and were able to get me in on the day of their grand opening. I showed up and filled out the necessary paperwork and was led back to wash my eyelashes and get ready for the application. I had requested the "natural" look and for them to be a little longer than my natural lashes. The lady who did mine seemed nice enough but I could tell she was very inexperienced. I understand that I only paid 80 bucks to have them done so my expectations weren't super high. The woman told me about how she does hair but "dabbles" in eyelash application... as soon as she said that I became a little worried as this was my first time getting lash extensions. She was a little rough when moving my head around and there were times when it was even uncomfortable. My eyes were even burning a little from the adhesive she used at times. I tried to just suck it up because I kind of just wanted to get it over with at that point. When she pulled all the tape off my face some of it was stuck with adhesive and was a a little painful to remove. When it was over I was shown the lashes. They were a bit longer than I had hoped for and there were a few that even looked a little sideways. Those ones actually fell off not long after getting home, which I wasn't entirely disappointed about. She was very quick to try to up sell me on products and told me how it was her job to do so. She also told me how I should sign up for a membership. All in all I ended up with $80 lashes and some glue left on my eyelids. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to this type of service. The staff was all very friendly and the place is very nice and clean. Good location also. Not sure if I would come back unless I knew the person had more experience doing this. read more

Terrible honestly 10/10 DO NOT recommend I went in feeling rushed and pressured to immediately buy their products I paid for the biggest and fullest size and walked out looking like I just put mascara on my own lashes, most of the time I was crying because she kept either plucking my hairs out or stabbing the skin on my eyelid and after the appointment I was so disappointed and they just kept shoving products and promotions in my face they obviously only care about money and when I said I didn't want to buy the products or leave a tip today their whole demeanor immediately changed as if I just insulted them for doing a terrible job and trying to make a quick buck out of me. The lady looked at me in disgust because of this. Worst experience at any type of salon ever I figured because they are an actual lash studio there is no way for them to ruin my lashes but your honestly probably better off going to a individual lash tech that does it out of their house. I called about 9 months ago to cancel my membership...thinking they did so I was confused when they began charging me again months later... Rather than cancelling my membership they only froze it to unfreeze it without my consent and begin charging me again. They will not give me a refund and won't even return my emails. When I first got my lashes done by what I think was an inexperienced technician, I was very disappointed, some of the lashes were glued on sideways and some fell out when I got home. I called the office within hours of leaving and requested for them to be fixed, they were great about it and did it for free. After that I asked for someone with more experience. The lash lady that I have now is awesome! Kara does a fantastic job, always takes her time and gives me exactly what I want, she is the only one I go to! I'm really not happy with the monthly membership that you are stuck with for a year (& will Not sign another contract that's for sure!) There is no way you can stretch your lashes for a full 4 weeks because you will have patches of missing lashes (plus their glue sucks) and they say that you will need to pay for a full set if you wait 4 weeks. I end up paying for the $60 per month membership plus $65 fill and that does not include tips and if you want volume lashes that's an additional $20. I'd say that's not cheap at all. Plus they just raised all their prices without telling their clients ahead of time, that's not right!!! The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful, I appreciate them!! :) Over all my experience was OK, I only go back because of Kara, I love how she does my lashes, she really cares about her clients and always does her best! read more

I give them no stars, only because no one told me how it works around there. They charged me for a full set 89, but only gave me a fill. If I would have know the fill was about 10 lashes, I would have paid for a full set. Which was 89. Does this make any sense??? When I was finished, I looked at the 3 girls up front and asked what they thought. They all said it looked good. I got home to find out it was horrible and I basically went home with only a few more lashes, then when I got there. I left a message, at 5:07 they close at 6. No one returned my call, but they listened to it. I decided to go back to ask questions and the lady had said she listened to it, but was too busy to call me back. There was no one in the store. LOL Well, they got my money but I will never go back. Beware consumers ask questions and get an experienced lash artist. Mine was horrible, but a sweetheart. I didn't pay for sweetheart! I paid for crappy lashes. Also, I have been getting my lashes done for 4 years and this is the worst place ever. I am so upset that people can run a business this way...... read more

I walked by the store front and saw a picture of a lady with beautiful eyelashes so I went in. They gave me all the information and I decided I would try the eyelash extensions service. When the tech got done I was not impressed with the lashes because they were very sparse. Not at all like all the advertisement pictures in and around the store. That night a few fell out and some were bending sideways. I called and went back in to have them fixed by another tech. They were still sparse and in a couple of days they were falling out and still some started to point sideways. I called and they said that a master tech would fix them. She did add some more lashes but still did not look at all like the advertisement pictures. I purchased all the products needed to "keep" them maintained. The products did not work. I called to talk to the manager and she was short and rude to me blaming me that I was not giving them a chance. She said she could once again have an expert put on the luxury lashes. I said I did not want to spend even more money and why should I have to put luxury lashes on each time to be satisfied. If what I got is the best I can get for the money I am spending already then I just want to return my products and take them off. She said it would be $40 to take them off. She returned some of the products and told me to decide what a wanted to do. I had the lashes taken off and wanted to return the growth serum and she said no she would not give me the $70 back for the serum. I asked to talk to the owner. Nobody called be back so I called the manager back and she yelled at me and told me that I was harassing them and she would have the owner call me. I have never had a business upset me so badly. The owner never followed through to get a hold of me. I left the $70 product with them hoping I would get a refund. I finally decided to give up and was afraid to call back. They still have my returned product I left and have not contacted me to give me a refund or to discuss my issues. The manager is very confrontational and will not listen to your complaint. She dose not have the skills needed to deal with customer complaints. This business is more interested in getting more and more money out of you then making you a satisfied customer by backing up theirs products and services. Don't even walk in the door!! read more

I came to Amazing Lash Studio on account of my eyelash lady cancelling very last minute. They were able to fit me in within 2 days. I was so beyond excited to try amazing lash studio, I came in 10 minutes early to fill out my paperwork as recommended. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for my lash tech. She was coughing and sniffling throughout the whole two hours, and even once blew her nose, then made no effort to clean her hands before putting them back on my eyes. I know for a fact you are not supposed to do lashes with any sort of cold. Lashes are supposed to be painless but she was constantly apologizing for poking me in the eye & what felt like plucking out my lashes? When I opened my eyes to see the finished product... I didn't see one. My lashes were even more non existant than when I came in, not to mention I payed extra for volume. My tech said she used all the lashes they gave her which was hard to believe. I was devastated & just wanted to leave at that point, when they kept trying to upsale me on all their products & memberships. It was my first time here. I've been getting eye lash extensions filled every month for the past two years. I've gotten them done in Newport Beach and in San Francisco. Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with how my lashes turned out. I did not want to say anything to my stylist because she was so nice. However, after laying in the chair for two hours, my lashes do not even look finished. It looks like I still need a fill. I have white clumps of dried glue throughout my lashes as if I had dried up eye boogers along my lash line. The dry white glue is visible on my eyelashes. I had told her that I didn't want my lashes too much longer than my real lashes and these are way too long and look like spider legs. The material of these lashes are straw-like and when I try to comb through them, they feel notty and really dry. With my past eyelashes, I could comb through my extensions and it would feel smooth and effortless. After my appointment, my lashes were twisted and I had to brush them out and it hurt because of how notted and dry the lashes are. I do not like how they look and I don't like the material used. I live two hours away and I don't wish to have them redone. I had to pay someone to remove them ASAP because it looked so bad. I tried emailing them personally and no response. I'm usually not one to write a negative review but this was necessary. read more

I have gone to this Roseville studio six times and have been extremely disappointed. I know five other people that get their lashes done there personally and three others are having the same exact issues. I went for the last time yesterday and as of this morning I have lost 10 lashes on my right eye and six lashes on my left. Every time I go back to get a refill I have maybe 4 to 5 eyelashes left. The staff are really nice people but make excuses every time saying they just don't know what's going on with my eyes. My friends get the same response. I have never written a review on yelp but felt compelled because this product is so crappy and you get locked into a contract for a year. If this was once or twice I could overlook, but it is every time. Got them done on Friday and this is now tues, and I am having to use mascara because I have lost most of the extensions. I have done everything they have suggested and spent a lot of money on the essentials that sell you on. Sorry, it doesn't give me the option to respond to your reply. To clarify it wasn't just the last time I came in that I wasn't happy, it was six times that I came in when I left the lashes looked great with in a week most of my lashes came off. I don't feel it necessary to talk to The manager over there, I canceled my subscription and will not be back. read more
