We searched for someone who also uses the extreme lashes and would work well with her.. but I'm sorry.. no one has her magic hands. I am not going to sit here and bash the new lady. She was nice and all.. but I left with my lashes looking like I put mascara on them. If that's what I was going for.. j would put mascara on them. When I began getting lashes I was going through issues with my skin (which she also helped me with) and I was insecure. So I decided to get lashes done to boost my confidence. I also have commitment issues.. so I had 5829123899 questions for her that she patiently, and intelligently answered one by one. Right off the bat comfort is a priority at Jennifer's, and I am usually so comfortable I pass out and snore while she works her magic. (Which speaks for itself.) I now drive from San Diego, to Sacramento (Roseville) what has been about once a month to get my fill and always leave feeling brand new, with the best pampering sesh I could ask for. The works. The lashes were supposed to last for a long vacation in Costa Rica where we'd be in the hot and humid jungle as well as snorkeling in the ocean. I was hoping they'd last two weeks but they have EXCEEDED my expectations and a month later are still looking fresh and beautiful. One of the best experiences I'm having with these lashes is that they are super light - I have sensitive eyes and lashes in the past weighed them down and made my eyes uncomfortable. Kim has had a ton of training to do what she does, and it's evident in her work. She has helped me learn how to take care of my lash extensions when I'm not with her, which makes them last longer too! I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again
