Now, I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair! Every time I go, the service is outstanding. They always remember me by name and the quality of their work speaks volumes. I also get spray tans (BB Sprays) here. Sometimes with sprays when you workout it peels really bad and looks funky. But whatever solution they use doesn't do that to me and it evenly fades. When i asked for a refund for the fill ins her "policy" would not provide that either. None of this "policy" was told to me nor is on the website. I would strongly caution anyone considering a perm at Toppers Salon…read more I brought in an inspiration photo and left with something that looked like an overprocessed 80s hair band style. The technique alone was alarming; neutralizer left in for about a minute, hair towelled immediately after perming, and then combed right away. It's no surprise the result turned out the way it did. What was supposed to be a trim turned into harsh, uneven layers that made the hair significantly shorter than discussed. When a fix was requested, the response was even worse than the service. Instead of accountability, there was belittling and dismissiveness. The most telling part was when the boss stated that this is how she trains her staff to do perms. At that point, it made complete sense why the boss didn't even begin to know how to correct the situation. Fortunately, I was able to have my hair fixed quickly at another salon, but that doesn't undo the experience here. I would not recommend Toppers Salon, especially for chemical services.
