I had see BumbleBee Skincare and waxing on my way to and from work and just passed it thinking parking would be inconvenient. However, I made a hassle free appointment using the MindBOdy app and realized they have free parking around the corner. I was a little skeptical initially so I only booked an under arm appointment. When I entered the business, I was brightly greeted by their amazing front desk associate. She was kind and professional. I really miss that quality of care in customer service but had become accepting of it. This was a great change. I was also happy to feel taken care of by a very knowledgable professional. I happen to ask how long they've been in business and was not surprised to find out it was 19 years. You can really tell when a business care for their employees and their well being. I really wish I had started my waxing experience here. The wax or method they use is fast, effective and pretty much painless. I left happy and with a wonderful face scrub and was happy that I found a new home for waxing. It feels absolutely luxurious and spa like. I went home and booked a brazilian for the next day. The usual dread of certain areas that are usually very painful were unperceived by the conversation. My surprise at how efficient and fast my wax was left me beyond grateful and knowing I'd found a new go-to place. I have thin eyebrows so there is not a-lot to thread but I still feel like they come out neater than waxing and it lasts longer. Turns out it was a smart decision as it's hidden in a plaza with a Publix. Felt out of place. Both the location and my actual person. I am so used to going to the same European Wax Center that I forgot the last time I had been asked about a bunch of forms. No matter - I did it on the app beforehand, but it felt weird. Jamiaiya wound up attending me as I had chosen the first available person. She was very sweet and she had the magic touch. Very gentle. I nearly didn't feel a thing. Only reason I even felt a glimpse of pain for my upper lip was because it had been too long, but believe me, I've been doing this for years, and Jamiaya was amazing. Anyhow, when all is said and done, I'm pleased with this location and the services I received. I also found them slightly cheaper than my home European Wax Center in South Florida, so there's that to think about as well.

I wanted to come back in to have it fixed. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and said I could come back and they'd fix it. When I get there a different lady starts on my nails (I assume she's the own/boss by the way she was talking to the other employees). I show her that now three of my nails have gel that is either peeling or lifting. Instead of removing the gel, she simply paints over it!!! While she does this "patch job" she's engaged in a somewhat feisty conversation with the older lady that snatched the tip money from my husband the previous night.
