The greeter kept encouraging me to call customer service as the store has nothing to do with online orders. While I was getting my nails done, I was peeping others nails as they were checking out, and they were beautiful - very pretty art. They have scaled back on staff (due to COVID and it being winter), so there is almost always a wait, but it's worth it.
