Went in early expecting to get a good pedicure and full set ,but the lady just rushed it when no one was even there to begin with. Nail cutter and everything were already used & was not new. She was also being very rough which made me feel super uncomfortable. On top of that the lady who did my nails kept cutting my skin and felt like she didn't even know what she was doing. She Kept getting annoyed when I told her my nails were uneven. A day later my polish is already coming off my pedicure and I had gotten gel, which is weird because they usually last long. I'm actually a loyal customer to Lisa who is the NEW owner of Amazing Nails. She used to be located at luxury nails by Home Depot but I followed her to her new location because Lisa is GREEAAAT! I always get acrylics and a pedicure. A fill every 2-3 weeks depending how busy I am. My nails have never...I mean NEVER lifted. So when I run my nails through my hair, nothing gets caught. IYKYK. She does my nails exactly how I like them EVERY TIME. I'm actually getting my nails done as I type this with one hand in rotation. Place is not loud. First time coming. It was very nice to receive water during my visit. Unfortunately Tracy did not do a great job. First during pedicure she cut my skin making me jump. Then manicure was very ruff and again cutting the cuticle hurt and I told her to stop. Then the owner took over and I showed her the gel on my manicure was too think and it needed to be fixed around the cuticle. Why would I have to show her. After paying I was never informed there would be a service charge using my cc. Nowhere is it listed in the salon. The next day I sent a picture to the owner Lisa and she offered to redo it. Very nice. Now I tell her when I'm available the fee is now 50% off to redo my nails. How and why would I now go back with that comment. I really wanted to like this place but wanted to let people know about my service. Now when I tell her I will dispute the charge she changes her mind. I don't feel good about this at all. Told her to do the right thing and just refund my cc. Will update if she refunds Update 9/8/2025. Manger NHU offered to refund me and have me come back at no charge. I will see if she follows thru with the refund she stated she will call back. update: Never got the call back from manager so I text the manager asking when will I receive my full refund? she offered me $40...what I paid $105 which you agreed to refund me. I got the Paradise Pedicure, it came with a hot stone massage, callous removal and she took out my ingrown nail. My nails weren't doing so great after 2 weeks. My nails were done by Oanh so I would avoid her as your nail tech if you do end up going. The other nail techs seems to go a fair job. I knew these nails wouldn't last long because I had to tell the nail tech to fix one nail that didn't have nail polish on the side before I even left. I would leave a 0 if I could. I had an appointment for a mani and pedi. Started with my pedicure and I can't even say it was a pedicure. It lasted in total 20 mins she used the drill on my nails that had no gel on them. And proceeded to stab me in my big toe where my skin meets it, hard enough to make me bleed. Not only do they not actually rub your feet or legs but the gel was painted onto my skin and cured (which is a HUGE NO NO). All this cost $51. Made my feelings known, never asked for a discount or anything. I paid in full without tip. Went STRAIGHT to Top Ten Nails to get an actual pedicure and manicure. (They gave me a discount for my bad experience at Amazing nails.) Will never go back to Amazing nails. The pretty vibe of shop is a front for bad service. read more

My nail was bleeding all over her nail buffer and nail clippers which came from her little makeup bag! They did not come out of sterilized pouch which says a lot about their hygiene ethics. 1 star because my pedicure was great. But 0 for my manicure that I paid full price for and did not get. I called in advance for an appointment for acrylic removal, manicure and pedicure. I've been getting my nails done for ages, I'm from the bay area where they don't rip your nails off and make them bleed like this place! She tried blaming my pain on me being pregnant, I said , no No the pain is because your ripping my nails off and now I'm bleeding. When I ask why they don't soak off, they said because it takes too long. However, after seeing me in so much pain and bleeding, she proceeded to soak off my other hand ( which she should have done in the 1st place.) She kept rushing, making my nails uneven and some other worker told me I should have let her know i needed a soak off! As if im supposed to know that they don't do what normal nails salons do to take off nails? After noticing she was still rushing, (6:30pm she probably wants to go home), I told her I'm okay and I do not need polish or anything else. I wanted a relaxing manicure since I'll be having my baby soon, I didn't want to be hurt anymore by this woman who was obviously in a rush to get me out of there. So when I was going to pay, the female "Ham" (short grey hair female) told me $75, even though i did not get a full manicure, just the nail Ripping off and cuticle removal. No massage, no polish... NOTHING! She said that's my fault, I let her know im in pain and bleeding. She says I'm just in pain cuz im sensitive from pregnancy ... are you kidding me? I said I'M IN PAIN BECAUSE I'M BLEEDING AND SHE RIPPED OFF MY NAILS! I ended up just paying her because karma will get her in the end, Always does! What kind of nail salon does this to their customers? And using my pregnancy as a scapegoat? Yeah lost my business! I rather drive an hour back to the bay area where they know what they are doing and never hurt me physically or make me feel bad for being pregnant! Way more sanitary too! read more

So I've been here plenty of times. The times that I've gone everyone has been nice EXCEPT this one lady. Unfortunately I forgot her name. She has been rude every time my sisters and I have gone there. I honestly tolerated the times she would do my nails and was being rude towards me. BUT yesterday Friday I've had enough of her rudeness. So it all started when I sat down and she kept saying "relax" (in a rude way) . She kept saying I'm so tense I need to relax but she could have said it in a different way instead of being rude. She kept pulling my hand aggressively and turning my hand aggressively like if she was annoyed. She was making it seem like it was my fault that SHE is not patient and apparently hates her job. All the times I've been there she always wants to make her own nail design and that's what she did to me , she seems lazy to do the nails as requested by client. She also told me in a rude way to "watch tv " and not my nails so I won't be so tense but again in a rude and annoyed way. She clearly seemed annoyed for no reason super BAD customer service. I called the manager to let her know so to be honest I hope she gets rid of that bad apple because she will for sure lose a lot of customers. I even told a lot of my girls to NOT go there so they will prevent themselves from having a really horrific experience with her! WORST nail appointment/experience ever in my life ! I've been looking into salons out here and this place had a good stars to review ratio I'm new to tracy so I thought instead of going back to San Jose where I live Ide try somewhere new put here But the lady I had. I mean the fact that I had to have her go back over my nails because she missed almost half the nail with polish on both my fingers and toes! My skin above the nail was painted black too I had to have her go over and ask her to clean it up. She rushed through the whole pedicure . I wanted to like this salon really bad. my nails came out cute with the designs, but it felt like she was rushing as i had excess acrylic around my nails. i asked for a fill and i believe she filed my nails too thin, i got my nails friday and already two have broken. My left pinky nail is also MUCH shorter than my other pinky nail. i'm very upset as the design was super cute, but i wasted a good amount of money just for my nails not to last a couple days is such bs. i would rather get a refund and not get another service from here. The nail tech cut my nails too short, rushed putting my gel on and didn't wait long enough for the gel to dry just to give someone else service that was sitting right next to me.
