They take extra caution to make sure the tools stay clean (present them in sterile bags) and that means the world to me since I had a bad experience at another salon a number of years ago. They take their time and make sure you feel like you're getting the spa experience you're looking for. Once, I came in with an entire bridal party and we had only called ahead an hour in advance. lol They made arrangements to accommodate us and still have a great experience. On May 10th I went for a pedicure, the lady hurt my toe so badly it was bleeding. She was laughing and told me next time you come make sure you're drunk so you don't feel the pain, the pain did not go away until now. When I called them they didn't want to give me the manager name so I talked with a different lady and I asked her that I want I need to go to ER. My toe is hurting and I barely can walk. She told me now don't go to ER. You're wasting your time you're gonna be waiting there and there's nothing they can do come back to me. I will take care of you. I do not trust them. They're serving wine and tequila for customers. I don't even know if that is legal to serve alcohol in this kind of place. I definitely will contact some higher level of our authorities to inspect this place. I don't even know if they're even licensed if they know what they're doing I would not recommend anyone or myself to go again there. read more

I'm actually a loyal customer to Lisa who is the NEW owner of Amazing Nails. She used to be located at luxury nails by Home Depot but I followed her to her new location because Lisa is GREEAAAT! I always get acrylics and a pedicure. A fill every 2-3 weeks depending how busy I am. My nails have never...I mean NEVER lifted. So when I run my nails through my hair, nothing gets caught. IYKYK. She does my nails exactly how I like them EVERY TIME. I'm actually getting my nails done as I type this with one hand in rotation. Place is not loud. Seems like a lot of the other customers followed her staff to here as well because I do recognize two of the other nail techs. Went in early expecting to get a good pedicure and full set ,but the lady just rushed it when no one was even there to begin with. Nail cutter and everything were already used & was not new. She was also being very rough which made me feel super uncomfortable. On top of that the lady who did my nails kept cutting my skin and felt like she didn't even know what she was doing. She Kept getting annoyed when I told her my nails were uneven. A day later my polish is already coming off my pedicure and I had gotten gel, which is weird because they usually last long. I debated writing this review but after today's service I will no longer be a customer to this business. I have been going to this nail salon for the past 4years and even stayed loyal after they sold it last year. The remodeling inside looks great. But the quality of service has gone down tremendously. What is listed on the menu and what you pay for is NOT the service you get. The tech that did my manicure the last 2 visits rushes through her work, left nail polish all over my skin and didn't clean it up even after I brought it up twice when I was paying. Then during my pedicure the chair kept malfunctioning with the tub of water. All the services I paid for in both my manicure and pedicure were not done. The chair kept malfunctioning, tub of water was having issues and they didn't seem to care. This business has really gone down after the old owners sold it. First time coming. It was very nice to receive water during my visit. Unfortunately Tracy did not do a great job. First during pedicure she cut my skin making me jump. Then manicure was very ruff and again cutting the cuticle hurt and I told her to stop. Then the owner took over and I showed her the gel on my manicure was too think and it needed to be fixed around the cuticle. Why would I have to show her. After paying I was never informed there would be a service charge using my cc. Nowhere is it listed in the salon. The next day I sent a picture to the owner Lisa and she offered to redo it. Very nice. Now I tell her when I'm available the fee is now 50% off to redo my nails. How and why would I now go back with that comment. I really wanted to like this place but wanted to let people know about my service. Now when I tell her I will dispute the charge she changes her mind. I don't feel good about this at all. Told her to do the right thing and just refund my cc. Will update if she refunds Update 9/8/2025. Manger NHU offered to refund me and have me come back at no charge. I will see if she follows thru with the refund she stated she will call back. update: Never got the call back from manager so I text the manager asking when will I receive my full refund? she offered me $40...what I paid $105 which you agreed to refund me. I do not recommend this place of business. very sad I had to call back and follow up. Only received $50 back even though my Pedicure was also an issue. Not just the manicure. read more

The ladies here were very nice and took me right away. The place itself is a pretty shop. I am not from here and decided to go with one of the most highly rated nail salons on yelp out here. I got the Paradise Pedicure, it came with a hot stone massage, callous removal and she took out my ingrown nail. I don't know how exactly to spell her name, I think it may be Wan, she did a wonderful and careful job. I would definitely come back here again. See you next time I'm out here . My nails weren't doing so great after 2 weeks. My nails were done by Oanh so I would avoid her as your nail tech if you do end up going. The other nail techs seems to go a fair job. I knew these nails wouldn't last long because I had to tell the nail tech to fix one nail that didn't have nail polish on the side before I even left. My nail was bleeding all over her nail buffer and nail clippers which came from her little makeup bag! They did not come out of sterilized pouch which says a lot about their hygiene ethics. 1 star because my pedicure was great. But 0 for my manicure that I paid full price for and did not get. I called in advance for an appointment for acrylic removal, manicure and pedicure. I've been getting my nails done for ages, I'm from the bay area where they don't rip your nails off and make them bleed like this place! She tried blaming my pain on me being pregnant, I said , no No the pain is because your ripping my nails off and now I'm bleeding. When I ask why they don't soak off, they said because it takes too long. However, after seeing me in so much pain and bleeding, she proceeded to soak off my other hand ( which she should have done in the 1st place.) She kept rushing, making my nails uneven and some other worker told me I should have let her know i needed a soak off! As if im supposed to know that they don't do what normal nails salons do to take off nails? After noticing she was still rushing, (6:30pm she probably wants to go home), I told her I'm okay and I do not need polish or anything else. I wanted a relaxing manicure since I'll be having my baby soon, I didn't want to be hurt anymore by this woman who was obviously in a rush to get me out of there. So when I was going to pay, the female "Ham" (short grey hair female) told me $75, even though i did not get a full manicure, just the nail Ripping off and cuticle removal. No massage, no polish... NOTHING! She said that's my fault, I let her know im in pain and bleeding. She says I'm just in pain cuz im sensitive from pregnancy ... are you kidding me? I said I'M IN PAIN BECAUSE I'M BLEEDING AND SHE RIPPED OFF MY NAILS! I ended up just paying her because karma will get her in the end, Always does! What kind of nail salon does this to their customers? And using my pregnancy as a scapegoat? Yeah lost my business! I rather drive an hour back to the bay area where they know what they are doing and never hurt me physically or make me feel bad for being pregnant! Way more sanitary too! read more

I would leave a 0 if I could. I had an appointment for a mani and pedi. Started with my pedicure and I can't even say it was a pedicure. It lasted in total 20 mins she used the drill on my nails that had no gel on them. And proceeded to stab me in my big toe where my skin meets it, hard enough to make me bleed. Not only do they not actually rub your feet or legs but the gel was painted onto my skin and cured (which is a HUGE NO NO). All this cost $51. Made my feelings known, never asked for a discount or anything. I paid in full without tip. Went STRAIGHT to Top Ten Nails to get an actual pedicure and manicure. (They gave me a discount for my bad experience at Amazing nails.) Will never go back to Amazing nails. The pretty vibe of shop is a front for bad service. read more

I've been here twice and Hailey did not disappoint either time. I love my nails. I'm very specific when it comes to the shape and length of my nails, and the fact that she got it right says everything. I love how she doesn't rush! Friendly nail tech. I will definitely be back.
