After being unhappy with my full set today, I asked for a refund. I arrived at 9am with my daughter who got a gel mani and pedi and I asked for a basic full set with French tips and white toes. I didn't leave until 1:30pm. Upon arrival I was sat down and shortly after a family of 3 walked in who were catered to and offered water etc. while I was practically dismissed and talked to with no regard. The manager expressed it is her business and how she makes a living without acknowledging that people also spend their hard earned money for these services. After being told that they all know me "so well" and that I'm "picky" she told me not to return which I respect, I'd be mad too. Again, I have no hate, I genuinely used to enjoy coming here, all while only maybe 2 people Ivy and Tracy herself have ever met my "picky" standards. MIND YOU, I always get the most basic sets. After several attempts to schedule a refill and pedicure appointment with "my nail tech" Ivy at this place.. she was able to book me. She told me my appointment was scheduled at 1pm. I get there right on time. The salon if full of clients and she's working on one. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting. She had another worker sat me down on the pedicure chair to start my feet soaking in the water. I waited another half hour and she was still not done! I politely asked for a towel to dry my feet and walk out of there. No apologies, no nothing! Very unprofessional behavior. They over book and try to keep their clients by sitting them on a pedicure chair. Mind you, I had to leave work early and have someone else watch my baby to get to this appointment. I will never come back here!!! read more

5 Stars I absolutely love my nails! Tracy did an incredible job -- exactly what I wanted and more. She's so talented and detail-oriented. I also had a pedicure done by Ana, and it was equally amazing. Both ladies were professional, kind, and made me feel really pampered. The shop itself is super clean and has a relaxing vibe, which made the whole experience even better. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Definitely found my go-to nail spot in Lathrop! This shop is my favorite around. The man at the front desk is always welcoming and accommodating anytime I call or walk in. Chi is my go to girl! She is hands down amazing. Every time I've gone in for a pedicure, she has taken her time and listens to my requests (length, shape, color, etc.). The gel polish they use is great quality and I have never had any issues with it peeling or chipping. You will not be disappointed with your pedicure when you come in here! Just moved to this area and came here initially for pedicures. I really enjoy them and they can usually take a walk-in or you might have to wait a bit usually in the evenings. I love their deluxe gel pedicure and I recently got a gel manicure which I loved as well I like how detail oriented they are and really take the time to clean up the cuticle and clean up anything the might have messed up. read more

I walked in today 10 minutes early, all the workers turned and looked at us and said nothing, I said hi we have an appointment for 2 pedicures, and got no response. We sat and waited for 20 minutes and ended up walking out and going to a different salon. Its not that hard to greet your customers and let them know there is a certain wait time. read more

At first it was great and loved having Tina as my Technician. But scheduling is absolutely ridiculous . Scheduled appointments thought this was the way to go but not. Had to wait 15 minutes x2 . Man that was scheduler forgot to add me for manicure/ pedicure so only got one service done and someone else had to do my manicure. Showed up yesterday 15 minutes early for appointment was told it would be " 15 minutes and would be ready for me . BUT because of last appointment rescheduled to this morning for 9:15 am . I've received two pedicure services here. First time (a Friday) I had the paradise pedicure with gel and it lasted me almost 2 months, no chips and feet were super soft afterwards. Second time I went for the gel removal and the paradise again (on a Sunday) and went with my husband. We got lucky without an appointment and it wasn't too busy. Seems like they don't have much staff toward closing so I recommend going earlier in the day and ask how long the wait is. I was happy with my services both times and I'm VERY particular with my pedicures! read more

They redid the interior of this salon and it has a contemporary feel to it. At that time they got new chairs too so when you get a pedicure you don't have to worry about a broken massager or anything like that. It's very clean and sanitary and I have never had any problem getting manicures, pedicures and acrylics from them. I even take my teenage daughter here to get her nails done with me.
