Jamal picked it up and was extremely detailed with his explanation of what he would do. The seats in my car were water stained from when I left the windows down and it rained. Every time I would get in my car the smell would envelope me. Well Jamal took his time and got the seats looking like new again! He was able to get out the bit of melted crayon on the back seat and a piece of candy or gum stuck that was stuck on the floor board. I wouldn't know what his services were like never showed up. First time he had a big coustomer he had to do work for. So I let it slide and we made arrangements for the next day at 7 a.m. Never showed never called to say what happen. I was getting my deceased father's truck detailed for my wedding and I had to on the morning of my wedding do it my self. If he didnt want to do it he could of told me and I could of made other arrangements because this was scheduled the Monday before. So about 2 weeks ago, I left a can of Dr. Pepper in my center console and went to work and came back 9 hours later to my entire interior coated in sticky soda syrup from an exploded can from the heat. My mistake...I get it. I also waited until I got paid because I knew detailing could be expensive and the local car washes I was looking at had fair reviews at best coupled with a $200 price tag. Then came in Jamal. We spoke on the phone and asked to see pictures to do an estimate. The estimate was more than fair and I jumped to have him come over. Just as scheduled he showed up with a partner and started to work on my car right away. Outside of the exploded Dr. Pepper, there was the usual "I commute 400 miles a week" coffee stains, soda stains, kid stains in the backseat...you name it. Jamal worked for almost 3 hours and when I saw the finished product - I was stunned it looked that great and all of the stains that I thought would of have had ruined my car, were ultimately gone. Jamal and his team did such good work that my wife already asked him for a quote (once again, extremely reasonable looking at the stains) and after seeing his work on my car - she scheduled him immediately.
