She explained ever part of the process to him so that he understood exactly what was going on and how everything would feel as she performed the work. He was in the chair for almost an hour but was completely at ease and relaxed thanks to her kind and compassionate nature. My son is usually not good with anything that even sounds painful but we had no issues during any of his visits. In fact, even after having a tooth pulled, he still isn't afraid to go back and I think that speaks wonders to Dr.Mann's abilities as a pediatric dentist. My son was very excited to see that they have tv's with tons of kids channels, funny sunglasses, and many cool scents of laughing gas to help make the visit as painless as possible. He didn't even notice when she took his tooth out. Now, only 5 hours later he is totally pain free and as happy as can be. If you are looking for are looking for a great dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Mann. The office is very clean and everyone is super friendly. What impressed me the most was the actual work performed, the dentist working on me was very diligent, careful and in the end did a fantastic job. I never had my teeth cleaned so well, with other dentist it was in and out but not here. The cleaning and check up last close to 45 minutes and it was a pleasure sitting in that chair. This is my new dentist :)
