I said "yes, keep the appointment" but if something opens up for the weekend to give me a call. Weekend passed by , no one called and i went to my scheduled Monday night appointment to find out that it was cancelled because per this lady in glasses she spoke to me and i said to cancel the appointment (she was telling me that with an attitude when i was standing in their office lobby for my 7 pm appointment). She said they will gladly see me and what was i there for? I answered "fillings" and she gave me an attitude again and rolled her eyes saying that the lady who made an appointment marked deep cleaning instead of filling and implied that its my fault that one made incorrect note for the appointment and another cancelled appointment. After all these attitude comments from this lady i walked away. Always trust your gut. I regret i even went to this office again because 1st bad sign was when my boyfriend got implants done on front teeth with them and year later one tooth fell off and he had to go to another doctor in this clinic that they will screw the tooth back in (the doctor who did bad job is not there anymore), next bad sign was when i went there for only tooth cleaning and was charged extra because of their fancy machine X-rays (no one even told me upfront its going to be extra and i never pay extra for just the cleaning procedure). Then they told me i only need deep cleaning and 1 crown. I said i wont do deep cleaning after my cleaning (their up-sale technique). Amazingly but just less than 3-4 months ago i was there for all the work and was told all good with my teeth and now i have no filling in one of them. i never return there again because of this rude lady who also gossips about her colleagues behind their backs in-front of the customers. Today was enough of her terrible customer service and treating the customer so poorly. Highly NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I called them and although they were about to close, they stayed open for us. The receptionist and dentist were incredibly nice and so good with our understandably upset toddler. They even managed to get some x-rays and gave us recommendations until we had a follow up a week later. Fortunately everything turned out okay and the follow up appointment was an equally great appointment. So great that we decided to use them as our children's dentist and made appointments for cleanings while we were there. It is very clean, they take precautions due to Covid, are punctual, and are genuinely nice people. Highly recommend!

Otherwise, you may spend hours trying to sort out billing discrepancies. Dr. Kaplan, the owner, seems highly focused on collecting payment immediately. In my experience, I received calls and text messages demanding payment before I had even heard back from my insurance company. At one point, follow-up care for a poorly fitting crown that their office had installed appeared to be contingent on immediate payment. The practice also has frequent staff and dentist turnover, and some staff members have been unprofessional. I have stayed with this practice for more than 30 years, largely because I liked one particular dentist and had developed a long-standing relationship with the office. During that time, I never failed to pay a bill, yet I was still being pursued for payment over the July 4th holiday weekend. When I finally received the bill and tried to pay it by phone, I discovered that the office had provided a different balance than the one originally communicated. I ended up spending about 40 minutes on the phone with the business owner trying to reconcile the numbers, only to arrive at the same figure we had started with. I wanted to be a dental patient, not a billing expert. While some of the clinical care has been good, the billing practices and collection approach have left me deeply disappointed.

We saw Dr. Tahari today and she was so gentle, friendly, and calm. Then April, hygienist, did the cleaning and flouride treatment and was also very gentle and friendly. I was so surprised at how calm and forthcoming my daughter was during the entire visit. My daughter's first visit back in Mar was challenging as my daughter was crying and scared which was expected due to the new environment. During that visit, the staff were great as well, Dr. Matt worked quickly to examine her teeth, and the hygenist managed to get in a quick brush and flouride treatment. Staff were supportive of me, the mom, knowing how hard and stressful these milestones can be. Highly recommend this great office!
