I was easily coordinate a contact with AADC via a Yelp contact /email. They responded quickly. An appointment was set within 48 hours of the contact and established price. Dillon performed the work, expeditiously , completely, no nosense of trying to selling me new products. He was able to thoroughly clean our long Dry vent run. Amazon scheduled by HVAC duct cleaning quickly and arrived right on time. The technician, Mike, was friendly, professional and courteous. He removed the return vents for cleaning. He inserted a small hose into the supply vents to clear them. The job took about 2 hours. Overall, I pleased with the work and I will call Amazon again when I need another duct cleaning. The only caveat I'll add is that if you suffer from allergies and need a more thorough cleaning, you might want to look at other, more expensive, options. For the money, Amazon does a good job though they pressured me for a 5-star review. read more

I have to echo all the other reviews and say that Jayson is seriously incredible. we've had our dryer vents cleaned 3 times before, but nothing even close to this kind of service. We called Jayson to fix a recently (badly) installed dryer duct. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning our dryer (which we did not expect but apparently is just part of the job to him) and fixing the poorly installed air duct, he also correctly diagnosed a mechanical issue with our dryer, noticed that the recently installed new gas line hadn't been done correctly, and then called in a personal favor to get a professional out to fix it same day. Turns out, Jayson was right, it was dangerous. All of this came at a lower price than we have ever paid even for basic vent cleaning. I don't even want to imagine what could've happened if we had called a different company, or if they hadn't sent Jayson. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it. We will never use anyone else for any service that this company provides. read more

Once he arrived, he courteously removed his shoes upon entering my house and told me exactly what he was going to do regarding cleaning the dryer vent. I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Jason and Jasson just left. We needed our dryer vent cleaned and found out it actually needed to be replaced. About 30 feet was removed and replaced. Jason and Jasson showed up on time and did an absolutely fantastic job! I now have metal ducts rather than the original cracked and broken plastic ducts that were installed in 1973. We live in a condo with a very hard attic to navigate, but the team here today were able to do everything within 3 hours. When they took out the old vents they were completely filled with lint. No air at all was making it through at all. Needless to say, our dryer was not working anymore. It took 4 cycles to dry a small load and we knew we needed professionals. Super clean, courteous, friendly and professional. Both gentlemen worked non stop till the job was completed and it included cutting a new hole in laundry room ceiling and routing the vents correctly. They cleaned up every speck of dust as if no one was even here. Cosmetically perfect too. Alex was the person in charge of scheduling and he made sure they were right on time today.
