Mykhaylo arrived on time, removed his shoes, performed the procedure quietly & efficiently, was very friendly and polite. After the job was completed he vacuumed up everything, he even cleaned the dryer's lint filter. Thank you Mykhalo for doing a great job & taking the stress away - now I know the dryer is good to go. Brian arrived early and was respectful about removing his shoes and cleaned each vent thoroughly. He explained any questions I had with knowledge and patience. He took before and after photos of every vent and return. I couldn't believe some of the stuff that came out of the vent including a beer can. On the phone I was told the cleaning cost $287 for a single unit plus tax and was charged for that. For additional services, you get a price on the spot and can decide to get it done or not. I'm not sure whether the individual sent out was new to the field, but there were problems all the way through. When I called to see if I could switch companies, I was told "No". The first furnace ordered, by them, was a "Downflow". One would expect from the name, that this type would be installed in an attic. When I asked about this, I was told "oh, yeah we can change it", because it was going in my basement. The installation left a hole in my wall and the new unit (which they came to measure for before ordering) went past the door frame and left me unable to close my utility/laundry room door. When I called to ask about coming back to fix it. I was told "maybe a curtain could work instead". I moved on and took the loss. Now they refuse to remove me from their calling list and keep calling with sales calls. When I tell them to stop calling and "fuck off", They call back like 8 year olds playing on the phone in the 80's. This is not a business I can recommend in ANY way. Stay far away unless you don't mind having your home damaged and then being harassed by the people who did it.

Choice Warranty sent Bella to fix our heater. Elton claimed he had to do a full maintenance ($400) job on the furnace before he could diagnose and repair the starting issue. The maintenance job lasted 15 minutes and then he spent 2 hours trying to find out why the furnace would not start. He finally left saying that Choice would send a second company to diagnose and fix the problem. Bottom line the second company repeated Elton's diagnostic steps cleaned a vacuum tube and solved our problem.

Terrible company for A/C Bosch units service. Charged me over $700 to schedule the seasonal tune…read moreup. Did not perform any cleaning or condensate drainage tests, performed what seemed like a visual inspection, "discovered" a leak in one of the coils but informed me they can't file warranty claim since units weren't installed by them (would be nice to know BEFORE signing a service agreement), offered to pay $5000 to replace the coil. No reports of any kind were submitted as a proof they did any service/inspection/tune up. Called to speak with the Service Manager, was promised to get a call back. Emailed, called again - no answer. Taking them to small claims court to get my money back. PS Hired another company (Royal Comfort) which confirmed there is no leak in the coil, willing to file warranty claims if necessary and submitted a very well documented report about the condition of the units.
