Returns are always easy here, and I like that they had the coupon for $2 off $5 purchase there. Today I got a made to order sandwich and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I adjusted "the Cuban" to pesto sauce instead of the original mustard and replaced dill pickles with cilantro and onion. The sandwich bread was not regular white bread but a nice roll which was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They did not skimp on the ham & pork either! More than I expected. The overall sandwich was juicy, warm, and flavorful. Very worth the $7.49, and much better than other sandwich shops out there! I also got a chocolate chip cookie which they don't always have because they sell out! It was warm, gooey, and decadent. There was ample chocolate and it's a nice guilty pleasure. I wrote a positive review a few years ago it was great. It was the "Walk-Out" you didn't have to worry about your bank cards. But recently within the last month or so I have seen charges that had me scratching my head. Now this Amazon Go is no longer a Walk-Out store you have to pay at either the 2 point of sells machines or at the turn stiles. Well I am not sure how the turn stiles work but I have and my wife who has only used her card once for a BBQ pork sandwich and two Icee's. She should have been charged less than $11.00 but she was charged in addition to that a charge of $7.00 and $49.00 she was not happy. I went back to the Amazon Go store and was told to call online customer support. There is no one here who can help. Was cool that I could link my Amazon or swipe my card and then come in and grab anything for a fast and speedy check out. I came here really late and was wanting a bite to eat. They had some wrap and sandwich options. There were other things available with a seating area and microwaves. She ignored her and the asker had to go get a manager to get the other employee to step up. She wears a mask and a hat so her face is all practically covered and is not kind or friendly to customers at least if she is you cannot tell by her face. The good: super easy spot to do Amazon returns and you usually get a promotion with it. They have a pretty decent selection of snacks, drinks, alcohol, etc. for when you need to quickly run in to get something. I would say the selection is slightly better than a gas station. The premade food is fine in a pinch but nothing to right home about. The sandwich bar is good - you order and can customize on a screen. Have come for coffee a few times but it seems like one of more off the machines is usually broken or missing options. Have used the free coffee promotion but don't find it worth paying full price for. Prices are fair for some things but very high compared to regular Amazon for some of the household goods, medicine, etc. read more

This convenience Stop store is run by amazon. You scan the code on your Amazon app to go in. They have a variety of snacks, sandwiches, prepared food, wine, beer, and toiletry. The cameras in the store keep track of what you pick up, and when you leave the store it automatically sends you the receipt. Very seat itself my daycare between a couple of hours and a day to be sent out. As a Prime member, you got free Starbucks coffee. There is plenty of parking. The whole concept is very cool and very convenient. I wish we have one in the Portland area. read more

I'm torn about Amazon Go. On one hand, its convenient for returns if you live close by. It's also an cutting edge concept store with limited sundry items, convenience food, and assorted odds and ends like laundry detergent and batteries. On the other, it's Amazon. :| There's a cold case with various sandwiches, puddings, etc. There's one of the million-drink machines that spits out sugary carbonated beverages and Zero waters. And there are reasonably priced sandwiches and deli food made to order. Scan your Amazon code (it's the same as your Whole Foods code) at the security gate to enter. Once inside, anything you pick up is accounted for and charged to your Amazon account when you exit the gates. The first time we tried this, the accounting of items we walked out with was wrong, and if I remember correctly, it had to do with sandwiches we ordered at the deli. Contacting Amazon customer service fixed the mistake. Today the itemized receipt in the Amazon app was correct. Pro tip: always check your Amazon account to verify you actually bought what they say you did. I've found the people working in the store can be friendly or very stand-offish. For instance, the first time we came, the deli workers weren't very friendly or helpful. This time, the nice lady at the returns counter was amiable and quick with several returns. If I lived closer, I would probably use this store to purchase items I needed quickly, like coffee creamer and yogurt (by the way, they carry La Fermière which is tres tres bon!). I don't recommend the deli unless you're there already and have no other alternatives. read more

It wasn't busy at all on a Saturday morning to get a cup of hot coffee. I was unaware that if you don't want to use the cashier line you need to scan in your Amazon at the entrance door as you walk in. I didn't look around but from what I saw there was a big selection of merchandise although the serve yourself coffee area is very tine and needs to be bigger with a sign. I think it's a great concept, very impressive and I will be back to try the 'no checkout line' purchasing! read more

Came to make an Amazon return and received a $2 credit, so I looked around, thinking I could pickup the gallon of milk and bananas that were on my list. But it is more like a gas station minimart than a grocery store. Prices are very high. The busiest part of the store is the coffee station where a bunch of people were buying breakfast sandwiches. No bananas, and only half gallons of very overpriced milk. But with my $2 credit I decided to get the milk and go on my way. I would not bother to stop here for groceries again. read more

I am here almost every single day for coffee. I absolutely love that I can walk in by scanning my palm at the door, go to the espresso robot, tap my order in walk out the door without checking out. You can get any espresso drink from latte's, mocha's, cappuccino's, iced latte's, chai, etc for less than $3. The workers are always friendly and helpful. Overall, it's really nice to have this store nearby. Until today, returns have been a breeze. Today, they had a sign on the returns counter that 'due to staffing shortages', please use the returns kiosk. The line was 8 people deep with the machine being disabled by someone shoving an oversize box into it. No one responded to get it working again so I decided to come another day.
