I went in with my friend to get ice cream and cigarettes, my friend chose the Lochmead farms half gallon vanilla , which was ten dollars, and I went with the double fudge brownie. At first the clerk seemed helpful and friendly , giving us his suggestions on the ben and Jerry's flavors and stated he had only tried the vanilla and liked it. So we paid and left. My friend was already eating his amd I tried it and was very surprised how good it was ( normally I don't like vanilla plain ) so I was excited to try the one I had purchased. When I opened it it looked a little freezer burnt but I still tried it , hoping it was just the top . It wasn't. The entire half gallon appeared to have melted and been re frozen. We both agreed after a few small bites that I should go back and exchange it for a different flavor. It was less than 5 mins that I walked back in the store and the same clerk that was had so much to say about ice cream told me that he didn't know know what I meant when I described how it tasted because "he doesn't eat to much ice cream" . And that his boss told him that if someone brings something back that is opened that he couldn't take it back and said "it's really my boss saying no , not me". I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted to exchange it for something that was the quality I expected, and that makes me wonder, if I hadn't taken a bite and brought it back,was he just going to put it back in the freezer for the next customer to waste their money on and hope that they wouldn't notice till later on and not want to take the time to return it? I know it's just ice-cream, but I barely have money to spend on essential things that I need , so spending ten dollars on something that I just had to throw in the trash was really upsetting and I feel like he should have let me exchange it. I don't believe that is really the poilicy, because it doesn't make any sense. Also. On a side note, I asked him if I bought 2 packs of cigarettes if it would be cheaper, he replied,yes, you sace$2.50 on 2 . One pack ca n e to $10.77, so how am I saving $2.50 when he told me that two packs were a little over $23? Seems like they are just trying to rip people off because they know most of us are to busy to dbl check the prices. read more

Terrible car wash here. MGMT came out to look at my vehicle that was washed. Numerous missed spots of dirt on vehicle/windows. No refund/rewash. He wanted to wipe down all the dirty spots which there were many. That's the worst thing you can do to a vehicle is to wipe down dirt which creates scratches. Just went though the car wash and it completely missed the entire back. Not just a few spots but missed it 100% I realized it when I got home and drove back and the car wash guy was nowhere to be found. The lady inside was very nice though. Had to wait for almost 10 minutes total for the guy to be found and when I told him the issue he said "Well I guess I will have to spray the back". Not helpful at all and didn't care. Even the 2nd time through it looked terrible. Probably the worst car wash I've ever been through. Their old equip was 100 times better. Thank you to the lady inside for being very nice and helpful. Use at your own risk! My mirror was destroyed when the attendants failed to fold my side mirror in, and the drying blowers blew my mirror off. The management failed to acknowledge their responsibility, even telling me the car wash is a "...use at your own risk". Furthermore the station managers told me to make an insurance claim against my auto policy. When I explained this wouldn't solve the issue they would only give me an email address to address my grievances. After communicating via email I heard nothing for over a week. As a note my issue happened just after the brushes ripped a roof rack off the car in front of me. Clearly the attendants were either poorly trained and or distracted. read more

The person at the register wiped her nose then handled groceries and customers change without sanitizing their hands. The manager on duty was also not wearing a mask. Great car wash! Really nice guys running it. My truck was super filthy. It came out pretty clean but still had a few spots. So I attempted to pay for another go. He refused. I tried to tip a second time. Again he refused. The kid complemented me on my truck, started hand washing the dirty spots, hit the wheels again, and sent me through the wash a second time. She came out super clean and shinning like new. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. I'll be stopping by today for a much needed wash. Hopefully they've opened up again. Be sure to tip them. They're likely minimum wage. I've heard of some car washes where all they earn is tips. But those are mostly large operations detailing vehicles with illegal immigrants working out of customers sight. In fact, I busted a very well know detail shop in Seattle. I planted an expensive looking watch, a cheap Skagen, between the seats and took a pictures of it. When I got the car back I immediately looked for it. Then asked if they had any of my stuff in an envelope. No? Could you please ask the guy who cleaned the interior if he "found" anything. He claimed no in his best English. I asked for and spoke to the manager. He claimed I was trying to get out of paying. I then furnished the photos. He went back to talk to the guys. Five minutes later he returned with my sparkling clean watch. He claimed it was sucked into the vacuum. That's odd. It was so clean. A few weeks later I did the same a second. This time in my truck with a different Skagen. This time I put a red dot on the watch to show if it gets washed after getting sucked into the vacuum again. The whole scene played out again with a different manager. This time I was told the guy got fired. Obviously you can't fire someone who's working off their trip from south of the border. I no longer visit that detail shop. I think they were busted after one of the news networks did an investigation and reported them. Shortly after they advertised "under new ownership". Likely signed over to the wife under her maiden name. In other words a paper swap only to kick the bad press. I didn't think to call those operations out before. Next time I come across one of those operations with greedy owners taking advantage of illegals, I'll be sure to call them out here, on Google, and report them to the authorities. read more

After filling up at your station today I did some comparisons on gas buddy and realized just how much you are price gouging. Seriously, $0.40/gal higher than all other stations within a 2 mile radius is ridiculous! I told my family to never buy gas at your station and will tell all my friends as well. Bird pooped on my windshield and windows. I bought the best option for a carwash with the hope that it will all come out. Went through the wash and came out with poop still on the windshield (it was pretty obvious). I let the attendant know and they politely and graciously let us know to go back through the wash again. He also let the guy soaping what needed to be done. Both were very friendly and definitely wanting to help to make io me it better. This was a tough business to review... The service inside the gas station was great. What really impressed me is how nice the inside of the gas station is. It is clean, modern, has a Baskin Robins ice cream, a nice seating area and a very relaxing feel to it. This is 5 stars for a gas station interior. There is more to this though then goes into just the inside of the store though and that is where the stars get taken off. 1st- This station is clearly one of the reasons why gas prices are so high. From living in this area for the last 4 years, this station has almost always had the highest prices out there, sometimes upwards of 40 cents above other brand name stations. This to me is unacceptable. 2nd- The car wash is good, but for a cost of a deluxe wash at almost $15.00 with tax, that requires a gas purchase at their already high prices, this better be the best out there. Sadly it is not. My car had dirt still around the license plate frame and edges. Granted , I understand a machine does most of the work; however, they do have a rep at the start going a wash on the car and the back to hand dry it (at least in the deluxe washes) There is no reason they cant take care of this. Would I go here again, no. I simply can not support a business who charges so dang much. Yes, they have the right to set the high high prices (above the competition), but as consumers we have to vote with our wallets and say good bye to high prices. read more

Buffalo Chevron is an example of the worst Customer Service possible! I used to be a customer 2 times a week at their espresso stands, and wanted to support local business. I even bought their 6 pack groupon for 6 Car Washes right before they remodeled ($42.00) After they were done remodeling they wouldn't honor their Groupons? I emailed them 3 time to give them a chance to recitify the situation. 3 times No reply from my emails.... Which says to me (F*ck you) To put it in perspective.. what I was spending with them a year.. 2 coffees a week x 52 weeks = $500.00, Gas 1 x month = $47 x 12 months = $564.00/year. That's $1064.00/year... Just from One customer! It looks like you've done this to many other customers from your Yelp Reviews also. BTW this is the First Negative Review from me on Yelp. It too bad you treat good customers this way as there is Diamond Car Wash just down the Street and many other gas stations in Mill Creek to patronize. Just remember 3 Strikes.... YOU'RE OUT! We just came to your facility to get our daughters car washed (I had taken mine in earlier). I was down the street getting dresses altered and was on the phone with her because there's no one out there manning the car wash. This is the second time in a row that she's been trapped in the car wash with no one out there. She had a soccer dinner that she's late to now. She is only 16 years old and wasn't sure what to do ..I asked that she start honking but both times she has had to go inside the store and request that someone come out to help her after ten minutes OT more of waiting for an attendant to come out. This is frustrating so on my way home I stopped off to go talk to the clerk and ask for management. She was beyond rude and defensive telling me that she's not going to have "someone sitting out there all day doing nothing so she has him stocking the cooler". I asked that if no one is going to be outside for the car wash that they put up a note so that my daughter quits getting stuck inside of it and she scoffed at me and said she's "not going to do that." She said when it rains no one comes to the car wash (keep i mind it was not raining when my daughter was there!!) nor was it raining when I went in to talk with her. I asked who manages the car wash she couldn't give me that information. She refused to help in anyway and was combative and unprofessional. We have been members of the car wash for many months now I would like to cancel at this point. My score comes 90% from the car wash experiences I've had for a few years and 10% comes from the convenience store. Car wash: The customer service here is by far exceptional because the teenagers, who you'd think would act somewhat like they hate their job are in fact better at interacting with customers than you'd find at a Target store or...most places. And the teenagers at this place do a very good job, seem to realize they're getting paid to do a good job, so I'm all for that and I'm a repeat customer too. Very good price & service to value. Pricing: Get five punches on the Car Wash/Express Stand card and you get a basic car wash free which is by far significantly better at cleaning your car than most auto-car washes but a few smidges below Brown Bear. Convenience store Cleanest bathroom in gas station history! The entire facility outside and in is very clean and is a great place if you drop in for a drip coffee before going headlong into a 2 hour Monday thru Friday traffic commute to Seattle on a rainy day. read more

This is in regards to the new Baskin Robbins that recently opened up in the Chevron. I've seen the sign for a new Baskin Robbins here for a few weeks now and was excited to check it out. Unfortunately though...it was COMPLETE disappointment. The selection is much smaller than a tradition Baskin Robbins, but did have all the popular flavors (I expected that though). So the guy that serves you isn't trained AT ALL...he's literally the same guy that sells you gas... I ordered a Turtle Cappuccino Blast and he was COMPLETELY-WILDLY confused. He went back and forth between holding the blender and reading the book of how to make a shake at least 20times. By the time he was finished, 15minutes had passed and the drink was maybee 3/5 full, and he filled the rest with whip cream...he handed me the drink...didn't say anything and then told me the total...when I asked him to add in the chocolate turtles, he said he didn't have any..and the conversation ended there.... Overall...service was NOT good and the drink was gross. So..lessons learned..never go to a baskin robbins that not a FULL baskin robbins. I definitely won't be back here...even if it's for a simple scoop of ice cream. read more

LOVE the car wash (but I do not patron the gas station itself) They do a pretty darn good car wash here (discounted if you purchase a certain number of gallons of gas) complete with a microfiber shami for you to use to wipe up the interior of your car. I even gave in and spent a couple of dollars (in quarters) on vaccumming around the corner... aaaahhh clean car (which will last a whole whopping couple of days in this town). read more

Baskin Robbins Review: I was unsure about a Baskin Robbins in a gas station, but I've been here a few times now and I'm happy to say it's been wonderful. Good thing since I'll never go into the Mill Creek Baskin Robbins again. (That owner is both rude & incredibly stingy) THIS BR has friendly, hard-working employees, they accept (and send) coupons, and they give generous servings. They had all the good flavors. I ordered deluxe sundaes for my kids and the kid serving our ice cream worked super fast and made the sundaes beautifully. My son said "It looks just like the picture!" (The Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Premium Sundae) While we were being helped another friendly man came up and asked if we were being helped (there were three of us). The store (and seating area) is clean and pleasant and it's a great location. We'll be back. read more

Went thru the car wash and as soon as I left 2 blocks my tire air sensor dropped to 11lbs then 4lbs I was 3 blocks away and hit nothing in the road. I called them to alert them at the carwash and the person claiming to be mgr would not give his name. He attacked me saying it was impossible and he would bet his life on it. I told him I was trying to alert them, he kept being rude telling me it's impossible. He gave me an email address buffalochevron@gmail.com to contact. So I changed my impossible flat and when we checked it filling with air there was no nail there was a puncture a clean puncture not from road debris. I have been in area a long time, I remember when there was an actual Buffalo Farm. I will no longer patronize any of the businesses here. No customer service they are bad now. I tried the Gmail and as expected no response. Debris can come off a vehicle and get trapped in the track so it is not impossible. read more

Clean gas station and plenty of pumps...however...be ready to pay quite a bit extra per gallon. I've seen prices $.40 higher than the Chevron on 19th/110th which is 2-3 minutes away-when you've got 26 gallons to fill once a week minimum, that adds up fast. Also they charge higher on cigarettes as well-by almost $1 a pack. If I'm in a jamb I'll swing through & get maybe $5 in gas but I refuse to fill my tank or buy cigarettes here. So basically they're losing about $1200/month just from my husband and myself. read more

Scratch the entire side of my car with deep scratches into the paint. I was rudely told there was a sign to relieve them of liability. Manager never called me back. But my car wasn't clean after wash so they offered to let me go through again. I will not return nor recommend them again! read more

For a quick drive thru car wash, this is a great option. I drive a large SUV and was surprised by how clean they got it in a short amount of time. The price is reasonable, ($12.99 for a deluxe) and they are really quick. They even cleaned the nooks & crannies of my wheels. If you're looking for your car to appear like it just came out of the detail shop this isn't your place; but if you're looking to get your car clean without dragging out the hoses and equipment this is an excellent option. The service inside & outside were great as well. You can even pull up to the vacuum station and for a buck get the inside cleaned as well. (elbow grease provided by you) They even have an air freshener option there. Great place, I'll be a repeat customer! read more

I am a local and have used the Buffalo Chevron car wash several times. Recently bought several Deluxe washes from groupon e.g. from Buffalo - I had a few days left to use them, but wanted to make sure I got the value - I called Buffalo Chevron and the proprietor let me know I could only get the value paid - not the value of the groupon ($17.00 each in my case). Take it for what it is worth - I think it is shady especially when asking before they expire. read more

The carwash at Buffalo Chevron is lacking in consistency of good service. The employees are generally high school aged children. That's not what I have an issue with. My issue is that there are usually 2 employees working at a time. That is not enough. You have 2 starting at the beginning with the pre washing and tire scrubbing. Then 1 of them proceeds to run back and forth to do the HAND DRYING. Not quite sure I'd call it that. Before you are even HALFWAY THROUGH the blow drying at the end, they gesture for you to pull out of the carwash so they can HAND DRY your vehicle. Not even close.... A very inconsistent wipe around your vehicle, not even a 2nd glance at the soap left on your hood or windows from the pre mature departure of the blow dryer, and they want to send you on your way. I think that they need to have at least three to four people working at the same time. I will find it hard to go back there knowing that they will say this inconsistent. read more
