We called Dan and told him our budget and the dates we wanted to go and he found multiple options for us. He was very patient as we changed our mind on a couple things. She went SO FAR above and beyond for us... we originally wanted to book a cruise but due to covid regulations we had to cancel, she handled all of our cancelations and refunds there which was a great help, then we decided to plan a custom trip to the Bahamas instead, she got us a fantastic resort, booked our hotel packages, and even got us connecting travel so we could island hop while we were there. I had checked in a few weeks prior to my depart date asking if the car was all good and ready to go since it was not listed on turo, was assured the car was good as it was just being serviced for the trip. Fast forward to the day before my trip, i had texted and asked if the car was ready as i had not recieved a confirmation for pickup. Wheels wise replied and said the car was in an accident and that he would be sending the refund. What a coincidence.. the day we ask about the vehicle, it somehow manages to get crashed. And didnt mention it before hand? This is classic sleezeball tactics to deny all responsibility, as well as canceling the ride and not being able to leave a review. Overall, horrible experience with a shite company and would not recommend. ​
