I called the claims dept and provided my insurance/agent information. Confirmed that if the agent at this location had passed on my insurance/agent info when I returned the vehicle it would have been handled from day one.

Unbeknownst to her, her son was also securing a ride from friends. Al was courteous on making the early morning pickup arrangements and he was very understanding when my gf had to cancel with him. We just wanted to let people know that Al is a great guy and understanding on the cancellation.

The first of the 2 mechanics was a younger arrogant guy and unnecessary jerk. He wasn't knowledgeable on the equipment he was sent to "work on". The second mechanic was a nice older guy. Would not recommend if you want a project to get done. You'd be better off buying dynamite and a shovel at Lowe's.

I wasted my time, at the time with Mike at the counter and he was rectally inclined on both occasions I tried to mathematically educate him. A friend convinced me to try again, a different employee who understood math said he would get me the lift again when I needed it....free. I went there to talk to him today and he was no longer there, Mike and manager Derek believed that 26 days were a month. Derek was rude to my wife who is a kind sweet woman. I'd rather wipe my ass with a porcupine than deal with these two thieves again.

He was so cool and worked with us on our rental. He is former military so I'm sure a little chinky-eyed trash talker is nothing to him. Ha ha. He was determined to get us a 4WD car even though our booking was for the smallest, cheapest option. He offered us the upgrade, but when I told him it was just too far out of our price range since we were planning to purchase their insurance, he upgraded us for free. When I told him the upgrade price on top of the added insurance was just too much for us, he understood but was determined to get us a better car since snow was expected throughout the week. There is nothing he could have done to make the experience any better. Talk to Marc when renting here....especially if you're a fan of Dallas.
