Lynette started working on it right away, staying late that night, and coming in early the next morning to work on the modification to add my daughter. The next day Laurie was back to work and she too jumped right on it. She and Lynette spent many hours in hold, making calls, and sending emails to add her to the cruise, our pre and post hotel nights in Barcelona, and worked on figuring out the transfers and other details that needed to be dealt with. Laurie and Lynette went above and beyond to satisfy us as their customers. It all worked out and my daughter will be able to join us! That's exciting for us. The space is also used for event planning; weddings, business meetings, fundraisers, banquets, and other special events. Looking up at the ceiling in the Foyer, the Grand Dome is eye catching and adds to the ambiance. It is my favorite part of the building. I recently ventured to this location for the Mining for Silver event. Mining for Silver is a silent and live auction fundraiser that focuses on supporting Milwaukee's south side neighborhood. Taber and Rachel were both great to work with, coaching us on our poses, giving us funny prompts and making us laugh all day long. Not only is Taber professional, but super relatable too. Which makes taking pictures less stressful. Our ring bearer has autism and she really worked with him to get him comfortable for pictures. Jewel listened to our family situation, our belief system, and our history as a couple to make sure the ceremony was personal and flowed the way we wanted. She offered suggestions so that we were happy with who was involved with our ceremony (my mother's new husband wasn't involved and wanted to make sure that only my father was part of the ceremony). She was very patient and reassured us how flawless our wedding day would be when our events manager at our venue started to take over when she shouldn't have.
