He started preparing my natural nails by filing them down, then abruptly stopped, walked away, and left me sitting there with my nails unfinished. No one else at the salon stepped in to help, apologize, or offer to finish the service. I left with damaged, unfinished nails and felt completely disrespected as a customer. I understand that technicians may have recommendations, but customers should never be pressured into a service they don't want. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and poor hygiene were unacceptable. I came in excited to treat myself and left feeling frustrated. The photos speak for themselves. I did and I was given a date a month out. When I said that was unacceptable I was told the stylist was very busy. I said I too was very busy. I was specific with my requested service which I paid for, and spent a lot of time in the salon to get, and I did not get it.
