I tried for over a week to contact the business through all means even going there so I could see about using my gift card another way and no one would answer me and the masseuse (who is the sister of the owner) would not answer anything about the business just a suggestion for a masseuse elsewhere. I understand things happen and businesses close but to just take people's money and never respond to them is extremely unprofessional.
