I stopped in this morning for breakfast just as they opened. The restaurant is large with an open layout and a very fresh look. French instrumental music played in the background. I had a relaxing visit. For breakfast I tried their Broccoli Quiche, a personal sized serving, and I chose a salad as my side. It was a good breakfast, the crust was flaky, the filling tasty. At the moment they offer 5 different types of quiche, including the classic Quiche Loraine. I hope someday they expand the breakfast menu to include my favorite, Croque Madame. While everyone is free to charge what they believe their services are worth, customer service should still be professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, I was met with an attitude from the very beginning of our conversation, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Because of that experience, I decided not to book. My family has hired private chefs for every vacation we've taken in Florida, and we've always had wonderful experiences. First impressions matter, and this one left me feeling completely turned off before we even had a chance to discuss the menu or the event.
