The taste of the donuts is excellent and reminds me of old donut shops growing up when I was a kid. The dough was fluffy and tasted great, and the flavorings and icings were very flavorful but not too sweet like some of the places today. The owners were very friendly and you could see the pride in their place. I highly recommend anyone that enjoys donuts to try this place. I am so happy that we did. They have the cutest little clipboards with pencils where you fill out an order form with the different options and then hand it over and they make it right up! The first was chocolate with chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle, the second key lime, the third (my absolute fav the cinnamon sugar!), the fourth a maple with bacon pieces (Bobs pick!) , the fifth chocolate with coconut with a maple drizzle, and the final was of course chocolate with rainbow sprinkles (my kiddos fav!). I spent near $30 and most of it went to the trash as they were hard and not fresh at all. There was only one young man working, and while nice, he seemed bored and uninviting. Needless to say, I wouldn't return unless they get a covered donut display at least.

Only after concluding her call did she grudgingly acknowledge us, but it was with a bad attitude. She was immediately snappy, offered no greeting, apology or explanation, and rushed through our order. By the time she finally spoke to us (rudely no less), I was ready to walk out due to time constraints. I didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism from a place I frequent often and enjoy eating at. Sadly, it'll be back to Gold Star Donuts for us until the customer service team can improve on this. The donuts are great, but not good enough to wait 10 minutes for such poor treatment from staff.
