Wife had an ok experience here. She was very happy with her spa pedicure, but the tech seemed inexperienced executing her manicure. For the price, expected more. Definitely still recommend going to pedicures. They also offer drinks that were very tasty. Definitely give those a try. read more

I made an appointment, but felt completely rushed during my manicure. I had a regular manicure and within 24 hours my nails started chipping. By day three I had to take the polish off because they were totally chipped. When I do it myself it lasts at least a week. My pedicure was ok, but she cut one of my toenails super short, so it looks ridiculous. A person can't do anything about it when they cut it too short so why complain, I just won't go back. It's a beautiful salon with pleasant staff, but my experience fell short. read more

My husband purchased a pedicure for me as a gift before I was scheduled for surgery. I have had thousands of pedicures in my life but this one hands down was the BEST! The service was absolutely amazing. The people there were kind, courteous and just a sweet bunch. I went in as a walk in and was seated immediately. This was my first time to N&N Nails. Yelp stated this is by appointment only, however, I had no problems being a walk-in. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Honestly, this is your typical nail salon with typical options (manicure and 4 different types of pedicures starting at $30). I didn't have any discomfort which sometimes comes from not having a mani or pedi in a while. The only issue I had, which was big enough for me to not know if I wanted to go down to 3 stars or not, was how the manicurist sat me. Instead of getting the pedicure then moving over to the manicure table, I was given the manicure while seated and getting my pedicure at the same time. While this is probably the most efficient way (I basically got an hour long pedi and mani instead of 30 minutes each), I had issues with my right arm and hand getting tired when having to reach across my body and hold my hand in place for the manicurist. I gave N&N four stars due to the kind workers, cleanliness and great job on my nails (French tip pedi and mani). If you don't mind reaching across your body for your mani, or, if you are better at asking for them to do it differently than I am, I definitely recommend N&N! read more

I had gone here for 7 years when Nic owned the salon. I had an issue with my CC being compromised but he was took care of it. I could always get a solution with him. Now that he is gone it seems to be a lot different. The quality of gel polish has depreciated greatly. For instance my last pedicure/fill was chipping off in 10 days. They sell the fact that it should last twice as long as the reg polish. Obviously they are compromising on the quality. The last time I waited for over an hour for my appointment and made myself late for a dinner engagement. They take people ahead of you even if you have an appointment and you are in a pedicure chair waiting, Sitting and soaking! Im done! Today I go to new place and find the polish is NOT gel as charged for $80 for nail fill and cheapest oedi!! read more

I've had very bad experiences at a salon but this one takes the cake. I got to this salon at 11:50 and was told it was going to take them about 10 minutes to get me in a chair. While waiting, for more than 10 minutes, two other people walked in and were immediately seated and serviced. I waited a total of 40 minutes with no one speaking to me or giving me any updates as to how much longer I'd have to wait. I ended up leaving without even getting serviced. read more

I've gone here a few times since moving to Omaha, I do the shellac and recently got a pedicure. They make me feel like an inconvenience when I just want a shellac manicure, nobody wants to do it, they are told to do it, which is annoying because I always tip well. Also, lately the shellac chips within days of getting them done. The pedicure I got yesterday was awful, the young tech rushed through it and slapped red polish everywhere, he even had it all over his hands. Will not be back. read more

Well I decided to try out this salon because it is closer to my house. I wasn't very impressed with the pedicure I got although the pedicure itself felt really good the shellac didn't look very good. And then to top it off not even 5 hours later all of my shellac came off. I have never had that happen to me before. The shellac I had on previously from a different salon stayed on for over a month. Definitely not worth the money I paid and once they open today I will be going back for a refund. read more

I love the work they do, but just know they let you make an appointment but it doesn't mean anything to them - they'll always take walk-ins to fill your spot right before your scheduled time. Im currently 40 mins over my scheduled time and they still let another walk-in go before me simply because she got here "first". When I asked about it, they were fairly rude and told me it is what it is. Story short - everyone is a walk-in no matter what and loyalty as a customer is not rewarded. read more

Spacious nail salon in big Home Depot shopping center. The staff were very friendly, and it was a good price for a pedicure ($25). I thought the basic pedicure included a lot (scrub, orange and other scrubs on legs) and the technician who did my pedicure was thorough and professional. I made an appointment and they were ready for me when I showed up. Overall, it was a great experience and I will return for more pedicures! read more

I'll admit this review is coming on the heels of poor customer service, but I will try to be fair in my overall experience. The good: great colors, quick service (once started), the techs are well skilled in shaping the nails, and they offer a punch card with a free pedicure once full. The bad: horrible job keeping up with the order of the customers, they do a rush job of mass acetone removals when multiple customers arrive at once (which doesn't end up saving you any time), and I've had a nail tech tell me the shape I wanted wouldn't look good (I'd rather he just let did it and let me be the judge). read more
