Well the first time didn't come out to her expectations, she had my come back no charge - get that - for free and got another product to try to take away the horribe job which still was there on my face hidden under bangs. I have been seeing Amber for about a year now and I am absolutely addicted to my lashes! I was hesitant to get them at first but they have changed my life. I don't need mascara and I wake up looking fabulous I come in to get touch ups every two weeks. At first it was hard getting used to. I would sleep on my face and accidentally rub my eyes making some of them fall out and I had to LEARN how to take care of them. Now I don't touch my eyes, I sleep face up which is good anyway so you don't get wrinkles "hehe", and now I barely need a touch up at two weeks! Amber did an amazing job on my lashes! I had a horrible first experience at another salon where the glue burned my eyes and felt like there were needles poking into my eyelids the whole time they were on. I got them done for my engagement pictures and my photographer had to photoshop my red eyes. After the photos i started to pull out my lashes! Yes horrible first expeeience from that other location. I was interested in getting a service from Amber, I made my appointment and she asked me for the kind of eyelashes I used to get in, she explained me that she can work with different materials because the ones I got could cause reactions, after I agreed to use her products, she cancelled my appointment because she said we are not a good fit and I don't agreed that she cancelled, I was willing to try the service and she continue cancelling my appointments and referring me to another place. My review is long overdue. I've been seeing Amber for the past year? maybe longer. I love my extensions. They look/feel natural every time I go out I have people ask me all the time if my lashes are real (I mean this is why you get extensions right? to have it look real?). Anyway, I also ride a motorcycle; so every now and then I'll have my visor open and my lashes feels so darn natural and it DOES NOT get in the way at all. Personality wise? Amber is awesome! she's super welcoming and makes me laugh every time I visit her. I remember going to her the first time and I was running about 15 mins late; she advised me that she might have to reschedule if it's longer than 10 mins late, as she had other clients and she wanted to make sure she didn't do a crappy job and send me on my way. I get it - my fault. But I was glad she was honest and straightforward being that she's a perfectionist and she doesn't want you leaving with a half-ass job right? I appreciate that. On another note - she definitely makes time and squeezes you in if you have an emergency lash problem. I texted her in the middle of the night - asking her if she could book me within the week because I had a wedding to go to - I mean it's a week too early before my next appointment and I wanted to make sure my lashes are as full and beautiful.
