THEN I was very overcharged and when I tried to ask for clarification the owner Cynthia was VERY unprofessional. She started yelling and moving aggressive and she even got physical at one point. They function like a chiropractic office, but a nicer setting. Not quite spa like. It's more energetic rather than chill and I miss the quiet zen from before. I miss the dual purpose too. But, 3. They are taking good care of me. I am healing. 4. I like Dr. Dan, his knowledge and ability are great and he cares. So, I'll keep going just for maintenance because, it helps. I'll find a spa.

I can never get an appointment, the front desk is RUDE (if they will even answer the phone) and forget about trying to talk to the manager or the doctor if you have any concerns because they "don't have time for you." After being pushed to edge I asked for my money back and to break ties with this establishment. I've yet to be reimbursed for over $100 in services that I've asked for and haven't gotten. I'm disgusted with the horrible customer service I've received. Save your money and go somewhere that appreciates your business and won't steal your money.
