Recently got a TB test for employment on 2:30pm Thursday. Was told to come back within 48 hours which would be Saturday. Even confirmed this with the nurse. I show up Saturday at 3pm and sure enough the doors are locked. Beyond this it's been impossible to get a receipt for billing purposes. Extremely frustrating every visit I've had with this place.

The staff in the surgery prep have been wonderful. Thank you Angela, Laura & Linda. Even the anesthesiologist Dr. Palladinetti was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. My aunt felt confident about going under. Everyone has been professional, friendly and very helpful. The last time I was there my aunt ended up staying overnight on the 5th floor robotics/surgery for a couple nights after her hip surgery. All the nursing/cna staff were fantastic. Thank you Janet, Ashley, & Darlene. Shout out to PA Carter Kenton who was fantastic. They all seemed to work together for my aunts benefit. It was amazing to see. They made sure my Aunt left there in good shape for recovery. I can't say enough good things about all the staff. Even the folks in the Cafe were great. I've never used the emergency room. So I can't really say too much about that.

They spent a good 40 minutes running tests and determined she had a UTI and throat infection before calling in an antibiotic prescription to CVS which we picked up 15 minutes later. Amazing. I said no, I had heart tests done and no mention of it. No more questions, just sent me to the ER. They could find no Afib at the ER, after 7 hours. Went to my doctor. He said I didn't have Afib. If the doctor (he) had asked, I have tachycardia, and when I get an infection, it can cause irregular heartbeat. All he did was sent me to the ER. He couldn't be bothered. The woman doctor that I had seen several weeks before for a bee sting reaction before was great. To improve: get a new male doctor, and a people person for your receptionist! The word is out that it is a bad place to go for care.

Then they ask what you are there for, "in front of everybody" and gives you a piece of paper to fill out. As if you just didn't tell everybody the most important information. Maybe they haven't had any HIPPA continuing education classes since the change over but that has NEVER happened before the change over. If I wanted everyone to know my information I'd announce it myself. I'll be going to Choice One from now on.

We were on vacation when our son had pain in his ear. I called after dinner and she answered and…read moresaid she could come to our place in twenty minutes. She asked a few questions and told us what it was most likely to be, then checked it out. She was thorough and good with our son. Sure enough, she was right, and with a prescription, this was a quick and easy housecall. She accepted a credit card through Square, but would have also accepted a check. She said she was only here in Bethany Beach during summer months, so we lucked out there. If we lived closer to her office in NW DC, we would consider her for a family doctor. It was so nice to deal with a down to earth doctor who was not rushed and had great people skills. As promised, she sent an invoice about a week later so that I could file for health insurance reimbursement.
