The man, Ed, was respectful and was productive from the moment he started the job. He was efficient with his time. After he replaced the pressure vacuum breaker, he had to test the sprinkler system. That was when he discovered the leak in one of the sprinkler lines, and he identified which heads needed to be replaced. He was transparent with the required work and the additional cost that was associated with it. I really appreciated that about him and his irrigation company.
