He sent us an invoice very soon after he visited our home. His pricing was very reasonable and he was flexible with timing and payment. We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. Our floors are beautiful and I can't stop looking at them, even five days later. If/when we need to do anything with the rest of the floors in our home, we will be reaching out to NT Hardwood Floors again.

I called Joe at First Cut Lawn Care on Friday March 29th and he answered with a pleasant Hello and How can I help You voice. No need to leave a message since he promptly answered my call. I was calling about Core Aeration because this service was advertised in Yellow Pages and not on Yelp. We chatted about 15 minutes and He was informative about service and price. I gave him my address and he looked on Goggle Map to see My home with a estimate of $85.00 for front and backyards. I agree with the price and to set the lawn project up as soon as possible. Due to the weather conditions, he informed Me that he would call Me two days ahead with a time to perform the job. Then I would have to "Flag The Sprinklers" 24 hours before hand. He called Me to set up on Friday April 5th with a day and time. Joe arrived on April 9th, Tuesday promptly with a Core Aeration machine. He was organized on where to start the process with the sides of my property then work on the backyard then to finish the front areas. He was kind enough to cleanup lose plugs in my driveway and street area near mailbox. Attached Are Several Photos of the Core Aeration project I took while the project was being done. Great Service and advice from Joe about Seeding for the holes after 7 days and also 2 weeks till 2nd Fertilizer Treatment. He showed professionalism from start to the finished project completed in a total of 40 minutes. The price of Core Aeration was the same as his initial estimate over the phone for $85.00 based on square feet of My home property. I am excited to watch the roots of the grass grow deeper and stronger after seeding next week and applying fertilizer on April 25th. If you are interested in Core Aeration which helps the lawn break up soil underground in your grass for the expanding new growth. I would call for an estimate to perform this in either Spring or Fall for greener results every 3 years. My Overall Communication, Service Requested, Resulted in Quality and Value. He was very Efficient in the work completed with Core Aeration.
