I knew that a headlight was dim, and feared that cost. We have had problems with the Buick Enclave headlights so often; we have had wok done on them five times and the cost was, generally, $600 each time. I get a call that we had an engine mount bolt that needed to be replaced (no problem) and they were looking at the headlight. When I arrived the headlight had needed to be replaced but I was informed that the previous repair had been done poorly (the gentleman at the desk had the parts available for me to look at). My license plate lights were inoperable, light assemblies missing. He saw this only once, my car won't pass. He called the dealer they had the them. I found this all to hard to believe, then he told me i may have slammed my truck. I am 74. He gave me numerous excuses. I said I am calling the dealer. That was when he said about me closing the trunk. I went to get it, he said it would cost 250$ they had to take my bumper off. I picked up my car an stuck my hand in the hole and pulled out the whole light, on both side! I said to Brett are these the lights, he said, I don't inspect cars. Why did i bring my car here! I left my reattached the lights in a clip that is tight,I called Brett and thought I hung up, we said about they were ripping me off. He said he heard us talking about him, I said SO! He said we don't want your business, I said I would never go back there. I am writing BB and the AG and yelp. He said no don't do that. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. He used his MUCH BETTER jack to get my car up and put the spare tire on in maybe 1-2 minutes. I was back on the road and was still EARLY to my appointment.
