Whenever I come here for a 3D movie, they hand me these dirty nasty glasses with oily finger smudges all over the lenses. It's usually hard to clean that off, so I end up watching the movie through cloudy streaks in my vision. They charge extra for this premium experience, but it's actually the most disgusting way to watch a movie.

This AMC has 14 auditoriums, including one for the IMAX shows. The IMAX auditorium looks good from the outside and gives you a premium feeling. The sound and the screen are good too; there are no letterboxing or pillarboxing on the screen. Moreover, you can feel the audio vibrations on your seat. But my main gripe from this auditorium is the leg pitch. It's hardly around 25 to 28 inches, which is very tight even for a medium built person. I almost kicked (unintentionally of course) the person sitting in front of me quite a few times. Thus, the seating arrangement is not at all comfortable and I would recommend any other IMAX theatre than this one.

Went to see Lilo & Stitch movie with the kiddies. They had such a wonderful time. They actually stayed up the entire time and dance at the end of the movie. They enjoy their large popcorn and shared with each other. And slush drinks!! Very lovely friendly staff. The drinks where so good!! Shout out to the bartender. Would be back soon.

This is my preferred theater as they have quite a few of the latest blockbusters on premium screens and chairs period. The staff is pretty friendly and it's really a nice location, especially since the remodeling during covid. All of the auditoriums have the Deluxe chairs and some of the smaller ones even have little tray tables attached for your food and drinks. On their main floor, there is a bar, full service! Concessions offer regular movie snacks and light bites as well. Be sure to reserve your seats ahead of time to make sure you get the view you'd prefer. Don't make the mistake of sitting in someone else's seat it will not go well, LOL.

My go to favorite theatre! Accessible, Clean, Huge, and super friendly. So went to see early afternoon showing of TRON the first day in opened in 3D IMAX. MOVIE WAS EXCELLENT and satisfying except the glasses and effects made me so sick. On the way out staff was so nice, as they waited for us to exit and start cleaning they wished us a nice day. I was so nauseous and made my way to Guest services explaining that I felt like I had motion sickness and did not feel well. One guy immediately looked it up and confirmed it is a real thing, the female asked if we could get me a drink or somthing and that I should go sit down. My date was already getting me a drink. Everyone was soooo nice. Once I felt better we got our free refill and picked up some merch that was on sale. Having a blue dot meant it was only ten dollars! Helloooo picked up three awesome speakers that are normally 39.90!!!!! Got tiki cups too. Bought from Alex who was extra nice and asked an got us a bag feom the back! Super cool person with great vibes. LOVE AMC!

convenient AMC location in the heart of the macys/penn station area. 14 screens of medium size .. weird layout unfortunately where the bathroom is on the middle floor where there is no screens so if you need a bathroom break During a movie, you will be gone for at least 3-5 minutes. refill soda machines and concessions on the first floor. 1-8 is on the lower floor (8 is the dolby) and 9 to 14 is on the upper flr (13 is imax) .. less rowdy than the AMC empire 25 on 42nd

I have been coming to this AMC as long as I can remember and they changed so much throughout the years with the new chairs. I remember first time coming here, they only had cushioned chairs that were not allowed to recline or sleep in. Good thing they converted the chairs into the reclining red chairs that can go all the way down like an actual bed. They were very long and soft. Most of the red ones that I sat on had a lot of wear and tear though but I still think they were the most comfortable compared to the original standard chairs and the latest ones I just said on a couple of days ago. They now have the black leather ones, which I do not have a fond of. The reclining sucks in this one. There are 4 buttons in total including a heat button option, which does not concern me. I don't really like heat. As I tried to recline the black chair all the way down, it doesn't go down as much as I would like it to. The farthest I got it down was when my pelvis was sinking in the middle with my upper body and legs all up in the air, which was not a nice feeling. I had to not recline in order to feel comfortable. Too bad they removed the red chairs! Those were my favorite! Food was the same old same. Fountain coke tastes so good in AMC! I love the fountain coke here compared to bottle coke. It is very addicting and fortunately you can refill! There are so many refillable machines outside of the movie theater. They got chicken tenders still on the menu and those chicken tenders are really big pieces and can be shareable! Very juicy and not dry at all. I love the nacho chips with the warmed cheese dip. The cheese dip is what make the nachos so tasty! This location is really popular and big. Bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor and they have many stalls in the women's so you don't need to wait in a long line. They got IMAX rooms here too to enjoy the movie even better! Going to catch my next movie in the IMAX!

Come to this AMC location frequently given the convenient location and easy to get to. Theater re-done a couple of year ago and spacious seating. Reclining and heated seats. Note: Dolby and IMAX not heated and IMAX seats don't recline. The IMAX theater has plush rocker seats. The sound quality is good but a bit too loud. AMC A-Listers can see up to 3 movies a week. Great benefits! Don't forget to visit the concession stand for snacks before the show...get there early. AMC Stubs and up members has its perks...birthday reward and points for concession and regular ticket purchases. They have the gourmet popcorn and other promo offers. Check the AMC mobile app. They also have Express pick-up so you can order ahead. MacGuffins Bar is open for 21+ and over.

I went to check out the Barbie movie at the 34th St Theater and was annoyed from the time that i arrived. With such a big premiere such as the Barbie movie, you would think they would have had adequate staffing knowing that the movie was sold out everywhere. There were 2 people behind the counter and 1 bartender behind the bar, and lines were so long and moving so slow that I sat down 30 minutes after the movie began. And let's not talk about the big roach/ waterbug running around the counter. So gross!! I won't be back! Ig: @Thefunfluencer

You may have heard about the successful company that helped destroy movie theaters by pivoting to "content" meant to promote purchases of high-end TVs and nice couches. (Related, I went to Best Buy and didn't recognize anything. Is that a thermostat? A stereo? A smart garden hose?) This company was so successful, that after Knives Out was heralded as single-handedly reviving non-Marvel film, its sequel was withheld from the theaters it allegedly saved. (BTW, if you were planning to tell me to watch the amazing 53-part Quibi streaming series about The Golden Age Of Hollywood, don't bother). But after Netflix helped destroy theaters, it did a nice thing. It's one of those ironic moments like the purse-snatcher scene in Jay Kelly. It signed a lease that helped the Paris avoid the fate of the Ziegfeld and a million others, in a world where the AMC theaters that destroyed all the independents have been suffering themselves. So, while it was vile that Netflix thought Roma should be seen on TVs, it was nice of them to show it at the Paris, especially for the unusually vibrant sound. I saw Train Dreams Saturday. I suppose, like the kid in Squid and The Whale, I am a philistine. I wish I could praise its morose existentialism but I'm not quite on board. However, I did appreciate the majesty of the northwestern fires and falling trees in this venue. There was no assigned seating; not sure if this is just temporary, but if they keep that policy I might be obliged to overlook Netflix's evil and upgrade to 5 stars.

Passes we were told that could be used at any other Regal. The experience starts off with us stating "we're trying to get redeemable tix for the 10pm Obsession" The manager goes, "10pm for that movie? We don't have a 10pm" SPOILER: They had a 10PM showing of Obsession Instead of actually assisting or helping, she pushed back with every question we had - treating us like we were dumb. Claiming it was already redeemed when we knew it wasn't. Making us feel like we were trying to rob the place. Bro paying for the tickets wasn't a big deal, we just wanted to use the redeemable passes we got. Long story short, nothing was redeemed. Manager was more interested in setting an authoritative position rather than assisting customers. We're in communication of Regal customer service online and hoping it gets resolved. Could this have been a redeemable pass error online or at the previous location where we originally got the passes from? Yeah 100%. We truly don't know why it's not working, but don't make your customers feel like they're a bother to you when they're trying to understand or figure something out. Like wtf? Is it so hard to say, "Sorry don't know why it's not working properly, could be many reasons. Here's what we can do for you" ??? NOTE: we got these redeemable passes at a different location where one of the customers was smoking a cigarette inside our theater as the movie was playing. We left our seats immediately and notified the staff, theater staff gave us these passes for the inconvenience.
