I came here last night to support a friend who was performing. The show was Voices Carry NY Cabaret. What a fun show this was to watch. Everyone was so good and brought different vibes to the show. I enjoyed the show very much! On the other hand the service was I am not even sure how to describe it. I sat with two friends we were in the back in a comfy booth which was fine. In back of us was also a bigger actual booth. And there were tables in front of us. well it took a while for our waiter to take our order. But the table in back and in front of us had their orders placed already. And we were there on the early side. So finally he came around to our table took our order..fine. Well it took a pretty long time for our drinks to come out. Mind you this was only for the first round of the 2 drink minimum they have at this place. And friends I was sitting with and I did not order drinks that should take THAT long. Friend 1 got a cider which doesn't come with a glass just in a can. Friend 2 ordered a Prosecco and hot tea. I ordered a Roxy which was Prosecco with a little gin, lavender and lemon I think. Well show is about to start and friend 1 and 2 drink comes. No sign of mine. My friend gave me her glass of Prosecco as my drink was probably not coming. We also asked for a round of waters ( how long can that take?!) Well ends up I went to go to the back to the bar area as I saw our waiter back there and asked where my drink was. The bartender said he had made it and neither of them knew where it went. So that was a tad strange. So then I go sit down and like 4 min later my drink comes. I tasted it and it was pretty bad and tasted just like the regular glass of Prosecco. I was a bit confused. But glad it finally got to me. Than 10 min pass by and still one of my friends and I had not been served water. I go back to the bar area and the bartender in a sort of rude tone said I can't take your order sorry. And I was like I just want water but ok. And he said oh you just wanted water well that I can do. I asked for two and he gave me two. So the show ends and now it's time to pay. I told our waiter how late my drink came and it probably wouldn't even came if I did not go up to him and ask for it myself. And I told him my friend gave me her prosecco so that could be on my bill. He seemed not to really understand how we felt about the service and he did take off 5.00 from my bill. Ok a little nice gesture. And I said listen my drink was very late and he said how understaffed they were and how crowded it was. Yes I know it was a sold out show and yes I only saw 2 or maybe 3 waiters but when you see tables around you being served their second rounds of drinks and food I mean come on. And no one came by to ask if we need anything. He also did not say like sorry for long wait or sorry I didnt bring you the rest of your waters. I mean yes we are all human and forget things and yes it was very understaffed but as I just said I saw how other tables were getting their things with no problem.

    Jack Ramp's Unfortunate Cabaret

Last night, I had the very good fortune to see Jack Ramp's Unfortunate Cabaret at the Triad Theater in Manhattan. It was a hoot! This vaudeville-like show was funny and clever, the talent was excellent, the singing was terrific and I especially liked their version of The Wizard of Oz and the singing cowboy. Everyone was very entertaining. The Triad Theater is a hidden gem. It's like a jewel box of a little theater and very comfortable. I was in the balcony. Loved it. Good job by Hannah and their wait staff (thank you!), good bar and drinks, and a hilarious, amazingly costumed, cabaret show. A good night out!

A wonderful, intimate theater with cozy vibes and excellent sound! I've had the pleasure of seeing incredible artists like Hannah Celeste, Matt Baker, and Izze Stein perform here, and every experience has been exceptional. The perfect lighting and top-notch acoustics make every show feel magical. Plus, Hannah isn't just a phenomenal performer -- she's also an amazing house manager who helps make every event run smoothly. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you're in the UWS area!

Amazing theater andive music venue! I went yesterday to see 2 great performances and I was blown away by the acoustics as well as by the staff who was so acomodating and engaged. Looking forward to seeing the next show.

Everything hit the spot. Music/Food/Drinks/ and especially service. Special Thanks to Russell for his above and beyond service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Love this place. Will absolutely be going again..

I wish I would've taken a picture because it was really confusing how to use our priority tickets because there were so many people standing in line they were blocking the sign. Also, you should definitely get the priority tickets. For us it was only $11 extra and it is WELL worth it. The play was amazing! Everybody did such a great job and I really loved Scorpius's character. Of course Tom Felton was there as the original Draco Malfoy, which is the entire reason that we came. If you want to during the play, you can order food to your seat which I thought was cool. The rest of the snacks were good for what they were. We booked through AAA and got a snack bag with popcorn water and a cursed child cup filled with Gummies. Everything was really good. If I could change one thing and I know this is like, "come on" but the seats were kind of uncomfortable. Google says that the Lyric Theatre was redone in 1996. The seats feel like they are from the 1930s so plan for that. Some

The show was surprisingly modern, and completely captivating from start to finish. The energy in the theater was unreal as everyone, including celebrities, came out to celebrate Megan Thee Stallion in her final performance as Zidler. She was hilarious, quick, and owned that stage in every moment she appeared. Even though I've seen her perform on tour, it felt like such a special experience to witness. We soaked in the city, took in some sights, and of course grabbed a slice while we were there. I am beyond grateful to my husband for such an incredible and thoughtful gift. Even though it's a non-traditional spin on the character, she infuses the role with her signature "hot girl" energy and is a total joy to watch on stage. Despite her massive personality, she manages not to overshadow the rest of the cast. I think that speaks volumes about the group's chemistry... she fits right in without upstaging anyone. Since it's a jukebox musical anyway, having Meg perform some of her own hits while the rest of the company joined in was a great touch. Having seen the original cast in the 2019 Moulin Rouge production, which was also wonderful, I'm really glad I got to experience both interpretations.

Since it was one set, they did a good job going from area to area to keep things visually interesting without breaking from the singing.
