Levity has undergone a bit of a metamorphosis in the last year or so. It was okay before, very much a wine bar with a limited food, mostly pizza, menu. The staff was okay, but not particularly attentive. In the last few months, it has become more of a traditional bar, still with the wine offerings, but now also a full bar. The menu has changed to mostly grilled cheese sandwiches from Montana Melt, and with other traditional bar finger foods. The staff is still okay, but still not particularly attentive. Overall, as long as your expectations are not high, the change has been a positive one, unless a wine bar only is a preference. Still, there's a mix of activities during the month, the bar staff is knowledgeable on the offerings, as long as you can get their attention after the first drink, and the food is still good for what it is. Overall, Levity is okay, nice for a get together to relax and chat with your friends without the crazy you sometimes find at a traditional bar. read more

This is a great place to have good food, nice wine & beer selection. The staff is attentive & knowledgeable. We've been there for dinners, afternoon wine and on the weekends for live music! Always enjoyed it immensely! read more

A two star review reflects that most everything in this place is 4 star. Drinks, music, food and ambiance. However the gal that says she runs the place is a negative star. Everyone else is kind and helpful. Our special gal glares at you and exudes negativity. You could put $2000 in a machine and she will snarky comment that drinks aren't free at that bet. Oh sorry miss IRS I just blew through $200 at max bet and had .35 left to clear the machine and switch to another. My God, find better things to worry about. Micromanaging and bad attitude makes good customers go elsewhere. Never have I seen such a negative and angry person in a retail setting like this. read more

Ran into this place while in Billings. Ladies had the salad with chicken, my buddy had the stuffed mushrooms and I had three tacos with chicken. Everything was delicious. Good vibe and good drinks. read more

Very disappointed, our waitress was not welcoming nor was anyone else. We walked in and no one greeted us, she immediately demanded our ID's before we even had a chance to look at the menu. We ordered 3 glasses of wine and none of them had the correct pour amount. I highly do not recommend this place. read more

I really wanted to like this place. But when you're trying for the feel of a wine bar but I leave smelling like cheap pizza, there's something off. Wine selection is ok, nothing exciting and frankly even the staff didn't seem excited to discuss it with us. I get that you want to serve food, but please improve your ventilation or stop serving frozen pizzas that stink up the whole place. I didn't even eat pizza and just the smell of it cooking from the back permeated the whole space and I had to air out my coat when I got home. Decent, but pricey, wine and beer selection in the store. I might give it another try, but we'll see. read more

Our plan was to go to a movie but it was sold out so we had an hour to kill before the next showing. We decided to walk around and kill time. We walked into Levity and there was live music, a wine tasting and great food. Not sure if this was a random night we went back a couple days later and it was still top notch. The Wednesday night wine tasting is great! I love being able to try several kinds and then get a discount on a bottle after ! My friend and I were able to sit in cozy chairs and have great conversation in a dimly lit, very nice atmosphere. The meat and cheese boards were fun and a perfect complement. I think I would also enjoy the live music nights. The prices and food selections were just right!! We were able to take our wine and finish it over in the casino to put a few dollars in the slots.
