We came here to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home and it was my first time at this theater. I was surprised to see that they did not have self-serve kiosks and just had one person at the front desk to purchase tickets. Snacks, drinks, and popcorn were the same as any theaters charging $5-$6 for a drink and $5-6 for candy and popcorn. We just purchased a drink and used their self-serve drink machine. Theater is a bit confusing when you're trying to find which number to go to as they don't have the name of the movie on any of the signs, just the number. Theater was not fairly large in size and the seats were pretty gross as I sat in a seat with dried up drinks or candy, maybe even both. There was not much leg room and nothing felt clean. Movie was good, theater was not. I don't know if I would come back. read more

This theater has been outdated and dirty for years now and I knew it when I got tickets for me and my wife to see a movie she's been wanting to see. I didn't want to drive to Tulsa so I settled. The condition of the place was not the surprise. The surprise came when the movie was over and my wife had to use the restroom. I was waiting outside the restroom entrance when I saw a theater employee with pink hair and a beard walk out of the men's restroom and head into the women's......no announcement or anything. I stopped them and told them my wife had just gone in there. They gave me a thumbs up and walked away around a corner. My wife came out and I told her what had happened. She said they must have gone to the other hallway and came into that bathroom entrance because the employee was in there when she came out of the stall. Then she informed me the same worker had come into the bathroom when she was in there after we first arrived!!!! We spoke to the folks working at the front counter who informed us that the employee should be announcing when they are coming in to check the bathrooms. So there is policy set but this employee doesn't conform to it. I'm sorry, but pink hair, a beard and the starting of breasts don't make this ok in any way shape or form. Make sure to accompany your little ones. read more

Outdated still using stadium seating not enough leg room. my legs went to sleep trying to avoid kicking the chair in front of me. Theater 5 has a blown speaker and every now and then you hear the crackle. The employee working was very nice to the guest. read more

This theatre has wonderful staff, they are quick and kind. Girl selling tickets with glasses (think her name started with an S) was very helpful and nice! The theatre itself needs some work done, the seats are worn and scratchy. The drink machines are not in fantastic condition and should probably be replaced sooner rather than later. Who ever oversees the large maintenance projects like replacing the seats and drink machines needs to get on that ASAP. Seems like corporate needs to stay on top of renovations. read more

This was our first movie in the theaters since Covid, February 2020. First I will list the good things about our experience: * I used the AMC app it's very user-friendly and I was able to purchase our tickets with no problem and virtually walk in hassle free. * The popcorn was great. *The movie, The Black Widow, was outstanding. Now the reason(s) I gave Owasso 12 a one star rating: * The theater was filthy, the floors were sticky in the lobby and also in front of our seats. *Our seats were also sticky the armrests of our seats were sticky. *The bathroom trash was overflowing and it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned since the beginning of Covid in 2020, or maybe since the theater opened. * I mean literally the tiles in the restroom were so corroded with sticky and dust and sticky dust on top of the sticky, it was disgusting. *The counters were awful they were dripping water onto the floor and the back of the stall door was sticky and grimy. I was very disappointed in the state of the theater Especially since they've had so long to clean it without people being able to go to the movies. I will say the staff was friendly and helpful but the overall feeling of the theater was run down and sad. We will definitely be going to Tulsa from now on -the convenience just isn't worth how dirty I feel when I leave. read more

Two matinee tickets for under $9.  Large refillable drink almost $7.  The prices seem in line with most movie theaters these days but this location has been thoroughly enjoyed and it's showing. An update is needed!  The bathrooms are dirty, carpets are sticky, seats are stained, some are even somewhat broken.  The screens and sound system seem to be of decent quality but if Owasso had any other theater choice I think this one would be out of business.  I do have to give credit to the teen we purchased our tickets from.  For 2 years I've been having to tell the cashier to look up my AMC Rewards by my email because my phone number never worked.  He was the first to offer to fix the look up method! read more

I have never been in a dirtier theater in my life. The seats were black and crusty and grbage on the floor in the theater and lobby. The snack counter was disgusting, sticky and greasy. The glass display cases look like they weren't wiped in a year. We were grossed out and will never be back. We'll drive an extra 10 minutes to Tulsa. read more

Most filthy disgusting movie theater I have ever been in. Whoever is in charge should be fired immediately. Everything was filthy - theater seating was so dirty that we had to pick our seats by finding the least sticky and sometimes wet seats. Oh boy, should have asked for a refund immediately but we really wanted to see the movie. I see from other reviews that this has been going on for quite some time but no changes. I guess they just don't care if we go or not. People should not attend as it is a health hazard. I came home and took a hot shower and hope no roaches or bed bugs attached to my clothing. Gross. That describes this theater. Concession area is disgusting, theater seats & floors are filthy, front door glass is so dirty you can't hardly see through it. The few arcade games were either broken or empty of prizes. Very disappointing! I will drive to Tulsa for movies in the future. Seriously, just two stars. I have been to this theater more times than I can count or remember. Most recently the problems have just been comical but also serious enough to withhold my business. My wife attended once without me and the movie stopped working and they refunded the money.- These things happen. Then twice since then my wife and I have attended together and experience similar problems both times. Technical difficulties are understandable but you fix them immediately. A single customer should not experience technical difficulties 3 out of the 4 times they attend. Movie tickets and concessions are not inexpensive luxuries, as a business the customer is owed a service based on payment. I fear that this theater has failed at this concept. Can they get better? Yes most certainly. Will I come back? Most likely. Do I expect a reliable service for my money? Yes. Owasso theater here is to a better and brighter future for you. -Cheers! read more

We have lived in Owasso a year now and always went to the Warren but my wife says hey its just a kids movie just go to a matinee its cheaper and it can't be as bad as they say. Well we were in theater 8 and it was not as bad as some i have seen. But the seat next to us was ripped with a big hole and allot of the stuffing missing. The floor was dirty and you can see the masking on the side of the screen was just hanging there. The movie they didn't even use the whole screen it was clear that they didnt have it mounted right. The lobby when you walk in is very small and is in need of serious updating. In fact the whole theater could use a major update. IM sure the only reason people go here is because its in Owasso and the next closest theater is in south Tulsa. This looks like at one time maybe it was decent. Someone needs to basically close this place down and do a total overhaul inside and reopen. Its not the worst place i have been but its in the top 5 thats for sure or should i say bottom 5. read more

A friend and I recently went to this theatre for the first time, which will also be our last. I am usually very understanding of popcorn on the floor, etc. but this was a little more than I could handle, this theatre was truly disgusting! First off, the bathroom stall wouldn't lock (on several stalls, not just mine), and they were very low on soap (barely got enough to wash my hands with). When we sit down, my chair was broken, no biggie, we moved and noticed someone had tore up the upholstery on the walls and it had writing all over it. When we found another "clean enough area" friends chair had an old spill on it, there were old crumbs/spills in the cup holder, the window in the back had handprints all over it and my friends shoe was sticky all night. Cheap no-frills theater that offers the newest movies. If you want to see a new movie and don't want to pay $10 or more a ticket this is a great option. They don't have the fancy reclining seats but the cost is dramatically cheaper here than all the theaters that do. Unfortunately AMC took the theater over about a year ago so I'm waiting for them to inevitably jack up the prices. read more

This theatre needs an update or makeover! Stairs are only on one side of seating rows. If you are on opposite end of stairs and need to get up and go to bathroom or concessions, you have to walk and hopefully not trip in front of 8 seated people. Smells bad too. read more

I would recommend Owasso Cineplex 12 because of the great prices you can't beat going in into watch a movie for two adults at a nine dollar rate however there are some downsides to that. Most of the times that I have gone to see movies the voice doesn't come through the screen and that's a big issue. sometimes the movie starts and they have issues correcting it in time. they are very polite and very friendly they refunded us money for one of the movies that was into the movie about 3 minutes without sound. The staff is very friendly specially the person who takes your tickets as you're going into the movies. He always has a smile on his face and is a very good member of the team read more

It's cheap it's coo that's all I need. In this economy I don't want to go to a $10 movie for just 2 hours. YAHH I'm talking about them 5 dolla movies. The staff is pretty chill too. I recommend it to anyone who isn't stuck up and doesn't needs the reclining seats. read more
