The Peter Parker and Iron Man drink! Both were delicious! But beware, the cups are packed with ice and not very strong. Taste great though!

The Regal Warren Theater is still the best movie theater experienced in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area. They recently did a bit of a refresh to recover their seats, which was a much needed update. While I still miss the old days of the more diverse food menu, everything they have on their menu is delicious and they execute it very well. You can't go wrong with the burger and fries, and I recommend a side of queso on the side for your fries. The popcorn is also superior here compared to other theaters. It's always fresh popped and buttered well. The service in the 21+ balcony is always excellent. It is worth it to get the unlimited plan if you go to the movies at least twice a month.

Directors Suite chairs have seen better days! People, please stop scratching things up!

This place was the pinnacle of movie theater experiences when it opened. It was so unique compared to other theaters in the area! Sadly it's time for this old gal to experience a refresh on the chairs, bathrooms.....mainly the chairs. Every level of chair in this theater needs a refurb. The arms of the chairs in the Directors Suites alone make people question why they are paying extra to see movies up there. It used to be fancy but now it's kind of sad. Don't get me wrong, we are still going to see movies here because we have Regal Unlimited Passes, but I feel sorry for anyone paying the regular prices. It's not as fancy and special as it used to be.

It's been a long time since I've been here to watch a movie. My wife and daughter wanted to watch the new Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim and the Warren Theater was the only place with a decent showtime. This place is a nice theater and has some really nice rooms. We had stadium seating which seemed kind of odd since most theaters have reclining seats now. It was still a nice experience and would come back.

The seats were very uncomfortable and the movie didn't start until 30+ minutes after start time.

My friends and I went bowling and it was a lot of fun. I like they have non-traditional options for bowling as well as traditional. I also tried some of the food and it was pretty decent, a little expensive, but nothing too crazy. I got the southwest egg rolls and they were pretty good. The dipping sauce it came with was very good. I am comparing them to Chili's however and Chili's is still my number one for this type of food. My friend had chicken strips and said they were good others got pizza and loved it so I think across-the-board the food is good. I've had their funnel cake fries before and love those. I like that it's a fun environment and that there's lots of options. Our lane for bowling was having some issues and I mentioned it to the guys and they gave us some extra time which I appreciated, but this is a really fun space for all ages and all people.

The chairs recline all the way back and they have swivel trays in-front of you with a service call button. Very comfortable and convenient. They also have an arcade, escape room and bowling. Cinergy is also right across the mall making this a great night out. Retail therapy and a movie! You should check it out!

This place is totally different than what I'm used to as it pertains to movie theaters. Flaws: Number one, this place is totally easy to get into. There was no attendant at all to check tickets when we arrived. We pretty much had to check ourselves in. So if anyone wanted to watch a free movie they pretty much could get in without paying. The popcorn was ok, it wasn't fantastic. There seemed to be no salt at all on it. Breakdown: Ok, I have to remember that every State is different during the covid situation. Even in Georgia or the places I've been to like AMC theaters allowed you to get your own refills, your own butter and things of that nature. Now coming to a different State was like a culture shock as it pertains to a movie theater. I really wasn't sure if I could get a refill even though I did get an icee and I knew there wasn't refills on that. I just wasn't sure if you were allowed refills as everything was behind the counter. All in all, the experience was ok. If I had to, I would visit again.

So... simply purchased new tickets for different time (about an hour later) and called the "customer service line. There I was told due to large volume of calls, they were not adding more callers to the call line, BUT their AI assistant could help. So I tried. And when I entered the requested "order number" it told me it couldn't find it. OK, maybe I made a mistake. So I tried again. But the same thing happened. And the same thing happened to the third time, and the same thing the fourth time. After roughly 5 tries it said I could hang up for they could transfer me to a live human. Of course I selected a human. That's when Iwas told again they were not adding more people to the line, but the AI assistant could help me. After another round with the AI system I hung up. And called again later, and again 20 minutes later, and again an hour later. At no point could I reach a human, and at no point could the AI system recognize the number that it needed. I eventually hung up and quit trying until the next day. The circumstances were exactly the same that next morning. Finally, I gave up deciding I'd call later in the day. When I finally the system again the next day, the AI system could suddenly understand the ticket number I was giving them. But it told me then that the movie passed, so there was nothing they could do. no refunds, not even a "tough luck, buddy". They them passed me back to a human, but again, the humans weren't accepting calls and just suggested I return once more to the AI system. I declined. Cinemark, your system is crap. Is that intentional! Sure felt intentional.
