This used to be my favorite theater, but my recent visit on National Popcorn Day was disappointing…read more I asked a simple question about the annual popcorn tub special, and the manager was unfriendly, gave a rude response, and made no effort to look into it. On top of that, during recent visits I've noticed the popcorn hasn't been as fresh as it used to be. Between the decline in quality and poor customer service, this experience was really off-putting. If this is the level of service being offered now, I'll be choosing Cinemark going forward, where the popcorn is better and the customer service is more welcoming.

The biggest disappointment this go around was ordering a large popcorn, which comes with one free refill. Popcorn always tastes great and I realize this is where they make their money but to be honest once you get through the first third, it seems like everything on the bottom was broken up pieces of popcorn like it's been rough house too much and has started a breakdown. I dumped the rest of this popcorn and then went and got another refill but if I'm gonna pay that much for popcorn, it probably should've been the best popcorn ever! lol!

It's a touch out of date, and doesn't seem very busy (but to be fair that's on a summer weekday afternoon.) Still, no complaints about the movie quality or sound. Just the amenities are not quite up to par with other places in town. Comfy seats. Friendly staff. Small selection of snacks, but hey, enough to get you through the movie. Odd that the men's and women's restrooms are on opposite sides of the lobby; one of each on each side would be more convenient. Checkin was weird- we bought online and I figured we'd scan in at the theater itself, but we had to wait in line with people buying their tickets and then get our code scanned. Just took a little longer. But don't worry, we still had time to see the half-dozen previews. I'm being snarky and nitpicky. It was fine. I'd come again. Prices, even without our discount, are reasonable- competitive, anyway. Parking was easy. The place was clean.

Others near us had full fast food dinners and brought in blankets. There's currently some construction at the entrance, which might make accessibility difficult.

Lines moved fast, staff were polite, and the temperature was good. The seats were large cushy recliners in good shape. Wheelchair users should plan to sit in back or walk down the steps as there is room to leave the chair safely out of the way (which one of our number did) as it's all stairs down the aisle. We were accused of taking photos however my idiotic friend forgot to put his phone on silent and it simply looked like we were. So we were wrongfully kicked out and didnt even get a refund. We only watched around 30 minutes of the movie. Never coming back going to the place I know best, Marcus Theatres.

They just put all the prices together. So if you want say pretzel bites, then those pretzel bites are around $6.50 or if you want candy and soda together with them it's about $20. We went to see the movie goat. The surround sound and the view from the middle of the theater was great! The bathrooms were pretty tidy. The parking lot had enough room for everyone. One of the best finds was a Photo Booth that had a printout with goat themed multi picture view as a souvenir you can get. The Photo Booth takes credit cards or exact change cash. It's $8

So I got my cake mixing bowl and headed to this location. Most theatres have $5 fill up any bowl/purse/bookbag, or Lowe's bucket you have. The staff was great about it and even wanted to fill up the bag I had the bowl in. LOL! I got there in a flash, as the traffic was not that bad and parking was ample. I was happy to get there early enough for an hour to chill before the next showing, and I just played on my phone, and people watched for 50 mins, but they had arcade games if you got kiddos. I had a great seat for the show, but there was a guy who smelled like an ashtray, and I was like, LORD, I am the only one over here in row E. This was something that I should addressed and moved somewhere else. Next time. My ticket was free, so I could not complain too much. Sent was comfy, and the acoustics were great! 4 stars!
