Love our AMC theater. Some of the best movie theater popcorn I've had. The staff is cordial and friendly.

So this location needs a upgrade! My seat was shredded and I had to sit two seat over because the leather was cracked missing pieces and dented in the controller wasn't working neither! It smelled like old mop water in the theater also I bought the chocolate covered raisin and pretzels and they were old and the chocolate was white I tried to return them and they wouldn't let me I spent $21 on candy I couldn't eat I was angry! We had a good experience seeing Zootopia 2 the Monday after it opened. A friend had pre-purchased and reserved our recliner seats in advance. The theater wasn't full, so we were able to put coats, bags, etc on an empty seat. I don't go to the movies often (less than once a year), so I'm still impressed by reclining comfy seats and the huge concessions options. I did choose a frozen treat ($6) which was slightly freezerburned and of course over priced. We also smuggled some other food/drinks in which wasn't even difficult to do. Others near us had full fast food dinners and brought in blankets. There's currently some construction at the entrance, which might make accessibility difficult. read more

Went back with a group after getting online tickets. I'm disappointed the stubs program no longer waives the processing fee unless you have the paid membership, but I get it. Lots of parking. Food was also ordered online in advance. It was all fresh and ready around the same time. We had chicken tenders, vegan impossible nuggets, waffle fries, icees, pop, and of course popcorn. They had commemorative Yoshi popcorn holder figures for the new Mario Galaxy movie. Lines moved fast, staff were polite, and the temperature was good. The seats were large cushy recliners in good shape. Wheelchair users should plan to sit in back or walk down the steps as there is room to leave the chair safely out of the way (which one of our number did) as it's all stairs down the aisle. I loved it here. The staff is so friendly and patient. The lobby is a little small so if you don't like to be in big crowds then maybe prepare yourself. That might just be me though. I don't know. Anyways I saw a movie and everyone in the theater was very respectful, however someone next to me had their ringer on the whole time. It was really annoying. Not the Theaters fault though. Also, be prepared, because if you want to truly be immersed in your movie, your immersion might be broken by the children in the hallway. During my movie, it was a very emotional scene, but the children outside of the theater were so loud that it ruined the moment. Again it's not the AMCs fault though. It was just unfortunate. Probably my favorite theater in the area. All others are kind of run down. Otherwise you're driving at least 10 min away to Easton or Lennox. Yes going to the movies is pricier than ever if you include any food or drinks BUT you're coming for the experience. Jurassic Park or Marvel Movies demand big screen. It's a movie theatre lol. and with AMC stubs/insiders/matinee you're saving hundreds in a month alone. If you're just free balling and buying like 3 tickets on opening night, and a full course meal you don't get to complain it's 60 dollars. Just this Month alone, August 9th 2025, I've seen Weapons, The Naked Gun, and have a reservation for Nobody 2 and have spent maybe 10 bucks? Some of these negative reviews are just downright lies. People bring in outside food all the time, like drinks, chips or sodas. If you're bringing in a Big Mac from McDonalds of course there will be an issue. The website and app are accurate and have never given me an issue, like other reviews suggest. Adult/17+ movies require an ID like every other theatre if you don't look like an adult or have your account already linked when buying tickets. Staff is friendly and fast, they will be happy to fix an issue or reimburse you for an issue with or movie/other customers being rude during a movie etc. you can buy a popcorn on opening night of a Marvel movie for example and it will be ready in under a minute. This place sucks. They ruined my birthday, all I wanted to do was see wuthering heights. My friend and I tried to go here and they wouldn't let us in because we didn't have our IDs on us and we pre-bought tickets. We ARE 20 years old!!!!!!! DONT GO HERE. My friend even showed her digital drivers license, a photo of it, and her college student ID. Didn't know we card at movie theaters now, is this a night club? Their managers and staff suck and are on power trips, so sad young people these days need to get real jobs. read more

There was a security chud taking his job way too seriously. For getting payed 15 per hour, I was honestly surprised how much he cared. i was just trying to enjoy masters of the universe and he was pacing the theatre making me feel uncomfortable and unable to fully enjoy the movie. This was all because I was struggling to find the theatre number. Absolutely terrible and needs to be fired. I would like to add that I have trouble seeing. read more

I've been coming here for well over a decade. I saw them when their seats sucked, when they improved. Staff change overs. Adding a bar. Going digital. Opening nights, only person in the theater, renting out a theatre during Covid. As far as theatres go - it's nice. The staff is good. It stays relatively clean (I mean, opening nights can get hairy, and sometimes other people are the problem, never the staff!). I don't get the food - but we do grab the standard pop corn and snacks. The issue - my one and only issue - is their 3D. I finally had to walk out due to a black bar at the top of their screen that just left me and my son with a headache. It was simply not tolerable for us. But - they gave us readmission passes. And we love coming here, so that's as good as a refund. And I get the vibe that most people that ask to speak to a manager are assholes, because they definitely were on the defense and I was just trying to be as chill and relaxed as possible. So people, be better. They're all pretty damn young. Don't be an ass. read more

This is only the 2nd theater we've been in with the lounge chair format. On 12.29.25, we went to see Marty Supreme at the 6:15 showing. 1) We're had no idea our screen had open caption (dialogue typed at bottom of screen). 2) The workers were not necessarily friendly or engaging; in fact, when we got the physical tickets they were somewhat "rushed" (there was no line). I guess we've were interrupting their conversation. We're in our mid 60s, and the young man didn't ask if we had any coupons or discounts until WE asked for senior discount. 3) There seemed to be numerous staff members (especially younger ones) who were just happy to stand around and talk and laugh than actually work. The theater was atrociously dirty. I know its a theater, BUT there was nastiness EVERYWHERE. NO ONE seemed to be attending to counteroffer, floors, restrooms, etc. They were all too busy socializing. The pop dispenser area...dirty and sticky. The condiment area where you get napkins, butter for popcorn, salt....dirty. I'm talking an all day dirty, not just from the last patron. 4) We didn't necessarily see anyone who appeared to be management giving directives. There was a lady seated in a taller chair at the ticketing area where we got tickets, but she was engaging with the younger staff and didn't appear to be management, as she was joking in a similar manner with her coworkers. It was like no one knew what work needed to be done and no one was telling them to do it. IF some of the staff were off work, possibly waiting for a ride or waiting to leave, then they needed to leave or at least take off or cover up their work attire so they didn't seem like they were simply being lazy. Very disappointed in this experience at this location. Next time we'll be returning to the Cinemark at Polaris. If I buy tickets online, why and I waiting in a non moving line 10 people deep to scan in?

Parking: First time at this theater, it was initially confusing to find the parking lot, but I did find it. So, if you're on Yelp looking for the parking lot based on the reviews, the lot is there, just keep driving around and you'll find it. There might not be enough parking at this theater if several hit movies are playing at the same time. Staff/Food: When we entered the theater, we stood there for a while and no one came to scan our barcode tickets... so we just walked into the building. Then, we stood in line for popcorn, the employees glanced at us, then kept talking to themselves.... So, we got into another line for food and that lady helped us right away. Popcorn, drinks, and candy tasted good Restrooms: Trash bins were overflowing with paper towels, sinks had water all over countertop. Restroom just gave a dirty feeling. Very obvious the employees don't care to clean. Ambiance: Theaters are usually a great date place for new couples, but this theater is not. Too dirty and poorly managed staff. This theater is good for friends, or couples that have are married and just happy to be getting out of the house. Movie played well, seats were comfortable and temperature was good for jeans and a t-shirt. Management at this theater needs to do better at managing their employees. read more

Absolutely love this AMC location -- it's my go-to. It's usually cleaned and seemingly well-managed. The only exception typically appears to be the bathroom. When I went tonight, the first women's restroom I tried had no toilet paper in any of the stalls, so I had to to to the other one. People often forget to flush here as well, and there's always toilet paper on the ground. Other than that, the workers are all very friendly. Occasionally the line for snacks can take a while, but this time, we were in and out instantly. They have kiosks you can order on which does significantly decrease the line waiting time, but when you order with an actual person, you get your drink cups and popcorn faster. As for the actual theater itself, I'm a huge fan of the reclining chairs. I've never been uncomfortable here. This time I even brought a blanket and felt more comfortable than I am at home! read more

The Most Awful experience for AMC. Our seats bought on Feb 2nd were sold to others. (We have the same seats, so they already seated) And the theatre didn't email us, text us or inform us in person for any seats changing. We have no seats to see this movie. One of the nicer AMC in the area. I love the popcorn. Seats remind me of the AMC in California.

Brought my daughter and niece here while visiting for the holidays. Parking is a little odd. The theaters are on the small side and the seats aren't comfortable at all. Popcorn was terrible but I do like the fact that you add your own butter. But the butter didn't save the taste. The freestyle Coke machines are a big plus. Even if I lived in this area I wouldn't come back but it's also not the worst theater I've ever been to. read more

My husband and I bought tickets for a movie, popcorn snacks and a drink each at the bar. During the movie the manager came up to us and accussed my husband of bringing outside bevetages in and said there were complains about us talking during the movie. We were literally sitting there holding hands watching zhe movie. We barley spoke and if we commented on the movie it was a wisper. We felt completely insulted, when we left to ask for a refund there was another family saying they were approached and accused of bringing in outside snacks. When I called to complain I was hung up on, upon calling back the manager who answered the phone played dumb. My husband is 52, I am 46 both professionals. I know everything is more expensive now but geez $60 for 2 adult and 2 kids tickets, anyhow I'm not even mad at the ticket prices so much so as how gross this theater is. The floors are sticky, there's trash everywhere, and it freaking smells weird. Idk how to describe it, but maybe like garbage and bo? And the walls are so thin you can hear everything outside. I thought I was going to treat myself before going to work. I sat two hours through this movie only for the projector to break!! We were told it would be back up, so we waited. Ten minutes later, we were told we can see the next one 1:15 pm or get a refund. All seven of us got our refund plus a guest pass!! read more

Nice theater but they need to update the seats IMO. I've been here a few times since moving to the area and all I hear in each movie is the sound of someone moving the arms of their seat to get situated. FWIW, the staff here is always friendly and helpful, just wish they'd close the doors at the start of each movie but I can always take care of that myself. I AM DISGUSTED!!!! my kids also bought food and asked for a refund and they took the popcorn in the drink and didn't give them their money back. They also had horrible service refining my kids tickets. Yes my kids were under 17 but no where on the website did it say they had to be above 17 so ridiculous. The last time I reviewed this, I talked about all the issues they had. I am happy to say they have fixed many of them. The seats have been repaired in most of the auditoriums, and they are keeping it cleaner. I still find spilled soda inside my cup holders and some broken seats on occasion, but it is improving. The staff are more friendly, and I would say it is a huge improvement, so at this point, I would recommend checking out this location again. One of the rudest greeting staff and ticketing counter I've ever interacted with in my life. Absolutely filthy seating. Me and my children's seats were coated in sticky pop. As we moved around the other seats they were all in similar conditions or coated in dirt / crumbs / falling apart. Front booth staff were so rude to me and my children I was taken back. I don't know if you guys have ever been to this theatre BEFORE the remodel.. but it looks so good now! .. granted a bit of wear and tear in the year or so since. The prices for concessions are still high. At times you can get a small drink and small popcorn coupon they give up. Says it for teenagers but I don't think they card you. Cheap summer movies for the kiddo to keep them busy. Concessions delivered to your seat and you can also get adult beverages at this location. $5 on Tuesday with their AMC points card All of the theatre rooms have the reclining seats. Gross! Dirtiest theatre I have ever been to. Bathrooms were disgusting with paper everywhere and many stalls out of paper. The condiment station was gross and not being kept up with. The doors were left open during show and it was very loud from people in hallway. Also very expensive $100 for 4 people to go. $60 for tickets and $40 for 1 large popcorn and 4 drinks. read more

I wanted to thank the staff for all their help with our last visit. We had mistakenly purchased 3D movie tickets. Due to chronic vertigo, there's no way my daughter or I could watch a 3D moving. The lobby desk offered to fix this for us, even though it was our mistake. He was able to switch us to regular tickets at a later time, no complaining - just SUPER helpful. Also, the manager helped me resolve a gift card issue that we had. I was so grateful that he could do this for us. It probably saved me a 30-60 minute phone call. The one suggestion is to have someone keeping the floors and pop/popcorn service areas clean. It was very messy, hence the 4-star review. Not sure if they were short-staffed, but all the staff we interacted with during our visit were helpful and kind. read more

Went with my girlfriend yesterday to see a matinee movie. The regular "fresh popped" popcorn ($9.09)was cold and stale. It had been sitting for at least a couple of hours. The smallest diet coke cost me $6.79 each. Total for drinks and popcorn- $24.37!!!! Got to our seats and we couldn't read the seat numbers at all. Then sat down and both recliners didn't work. The projection screen was very dim. The movie started 25 minutes late. So, for a small popcorn and 2 small drinks - $24.37!!!! Tickets- $26.52 I spent $50.11 for a fucking matinee!!!! I've never been fucked in the ass until now. How can anybody feel this is acceptable????? read more

This place is the closest AMC to our home so always preferred. From last couple of visits , I found the maintenance is going down. Floors and seats are sticky. During my last visit, there popcorn machine made the fire alarm go off and we all have to run out. I know everyplace is short staffed but so as is the crowd. Spoil yourself with lounge seating; recliners with stepped levels so the days of someone too tall sitting in front of you impacting you in anyway are O-V-E-R. I highly recommend 3 things: 1) join their "Stubs" membership and have your fees waived for online ordering your movie tickets, with seat assignment, online. 2) download the link for your ticket(s) to your phone using the link (you can have the ticket sent via SMS text message during checkout) 3) consider a weekend (before 12pm) movie for great savings. I believe a similar offer is valid on Tuesdays - but weekends are my free time. That "Stubs" membership? Also scores you upgrades on drinks and popcorn - you receive a "large" for the price of a "medium" and I believe you get a free refill on the popcorn. Speaking of popcorn; this is a theater where you add the butter-flavor-topping to your popcorn yourself, in addition to filling and re-filling your own drink. I indulge in concessions about 1/3 of the time. As much as I adore popcorn - I make it at home (I have a few tips there too) but am not typically interested in popcorn before noon. It's just not (always) brunch food to me. I've read a few reviews with complaints of the cleanliness of this location (Dublin) - I do not go to the movies often, but do not recall there being any issues. Tip for making popcorn at home ... purchase the following ingredients: 1) butter-flavored coconut oil (contains no butter) 2) white popcorn (Amish variety or your favorite brand) 3) "Flavacol" (buy this and all items on this short list on Amazon) 4) flaked sea salt (Maldon is my favorite brand - but any will do) Directions / Recipe: 1) Heat up a covered saucepan (2 quart) and melt 2-3 tablespoons (please don't judge me) of butter-flavored coconut oil in the pan. 2) Add 3 kernels of popping corn and put the lid on top of the pan. Measure out 1/3 - 1/2 cup popcorn and add to the pan after the 3 kernels pop (this indicates the oil is hot enough to pop the corn. 3) Add out 1/2 tsp (or follow package guidelines) Flavacol on top of the popcorn and shake to distribute after replacing the lid. 4) Continue moving the pan over the heat while the popping continues. Once the popping slows (more than 1 second between pops); turn off heat and lift pan with hand over lid toward a bowl and release lid as you tip the pan into the bowl. 5) Crush the flaked sea salt between your fingers and sprinkle over the popcorn in the bowl. Store leftovers in a sealed container or plastic storage bag. read more

I went to this theatre to see Avengers Endgame. I like the feel of the place. It is just the right size, in my opinion. I liked that the have a bar area to order drinks as well as a concession stand. While here I tried the gourmet popcorn. I wish that there were 3 sizes b/c the 2 options that are currently available are just too much for one person. I also did not appreciate the fact that you can only mix flavors on the large size and not the smaller. The sea seating for the actual theatre were great. I really like that more movies are moving towards reclining chairs. It makes the movie watching experience more enjoyable and comfortable. Grade: A- read more
