I loved it here. The staff is so friendly and patient. The lobby is a little small so if you don't like to be in big crowds then maybe prepare yourself. That might just be me though. I don't know. Anyways I saw a movie and everyone in the theater was very respectful, however someone next to me had their ringer on the whole time. It was really annoying. Not the Theaters fault though. Also, be prepared, because if you want to truly be immersed in your movie, your immersion might be broken by the children in the hallway. During my movie, it was a very emotional scene, but the children outside of the theater were so loud that it ruined the moment. Again it's not the AMCs fault though. It was just unfortunate. So I would recommend you go during a week day if you can. Anyways it was still amazing

Parking: First time at this theater, it was initially confusing to find the parking lot, but I did find it. So, if you're on Yelp looking for the parking lot based on the reviews, the lot is there, just keep driving around and you'll find it. There might not be enough parking at this theater if several hit movies are playing at the same time. Staff/Food: When we entered the theater, we stood there for a while and no one came to scan our barcode tickets... so we just walked into the building. Then, we stood in line for popcorn, the employees glanced at us, then kept talking to themselves.... So, we got into another line for food and that lady helped us right away. Popcorn, drinks, and candy tasted good Restrooms: Trash bins were overflowing with paper towels, sinks had water all over countertop. Restroom just gave a dirty feeling. Very obvious the employees don't care to clean. Ambiance: Theaters are usually a great date place for new couples, but this theater is not. Too dirty and poorly managed staff. This theater is good for friends, or couples that have are married and just happy to be getting out of the house. Movie played well, seats were comfortable and temperature was good for jeans and a t-shirt. Management at this theater needs to do better at managing their employees.

Absolutely love this AMC location -- it's my go-to. It's usually cleaned and seemingly well-managed. The only exception typically appears to be the bathroom. When I went tonight, the first women's restroom I tried had no toilet paper in any of the stalls, so I had to to to the other one. People often forget to flush here as well, and there's always toilet paper on the ground. Other than that, the workers are all very friendly. Occasionally the line for snacks can take a while, but this time, we were in and out instantly. They have kiosks you can order on which does significantly decrease the line waiting time, but when you order with an actual person, you get your drink cups and popcorn faster. As for the actual theater itself, I'm a huge fan of the reclining chairs. I've never been uncomfortable here. This time I even brought a blanket and felt more comfortable than I am at home!

The staff was great about it and even wanted to fill up the bag I had the bowl in. LOL! I got there in a flash, as the traffic was not that bad and parking was ample. I was happy to get there early enough for an hour to chill before the next showing, and I just played on my phone, and people watched for 50 mins, but they had arcade games if you got kiddos. I had a great seat for the show, but there was a guy who smelled like an ashtray, and I was like, LORD, I am the only one over here in row E. This was something that I should addressed and moved somewhere else. Next time. My ticket was free, so I could not complain too much. Sent was comfy, and the acoustics were great! 4 stars!

I was here on a Friday afternoon to see Wicked. Purposefully choosing a theater showing time…read morebefore kids would be out of school and for which few tickets were sold. I had heard that people in theaters were singing along loudly to the music and I wanted to avoid that at all costs. I also didn't want to sit near anyone so I wasn't distracted. I liked being able to see the status of seating and tickets sales online and the ability to buy my ticket that way - but wasn't too happy about the service charge I had to pay to do so. Anyways, I got to the theater a few minutes before the posted start time. I waited at the ticket window only to find out that I could go right up to the ticket taker and they would scan my e ticket. Lesson learned. When I got to the theater, I was the ONLY person there. PERFECT. Unfortunately, a bunch of ladies came in right before the previews started and talked loudly through the entire preview screening. I guess that OK as I wasn't watching the previews - I just kept playing on my phone until the movie started. Once the movie started, they shut up and kept quiet the whole time. For those that don't know - Wicked (part 1) is 2 hours and 40 minutes run time - plus the previews. I have a chronic hamstring issue and quickly found out that these seats were not good for that pain. I spent the WHOLE time squirming and readjusting my sitting position as I never found a good way to sit. Yet another reason no one was sitting near me as I would have drove them nuts. In the future, I don't know if I'd come to see a movie here again. I know that Crosswoods has leather recliners and I am able to sit comfortably in them. I had considered seeing Wicked there - but there times/seating was not attractive. The movie experience itself was great. No complaints about picture or sound. The movie kept me engaged and I only thought about how long I'd been there a couple times and was tempted to check my watch - but I did not. However, by the time the movie ended, I was about at the end of my attention span and ability to sit any longer. The e ticket option - now that I know that I can skip to the ticket taker - is quite convenient. Parking was good at that time of day but I know it can be challenging for more popular show times. Food and drink prices are insane so I brought my own bottle on Diet Mt Dew in. Restrooms were good and I somehow managed not to have to use the facilities during the movie - but I sure needed it as soon as the movie was over. Again - location good. I find it easier to manage than going to Easton Town center which is equally near my house. So if you're looking for a nice, casual movie theater with no bells or whistles in seating, this is your place. It just might not be the place for me again, unless somehow my hamstring magically heals. Doubtful since it's been problematic for almost 10 years.

For our visit, they were showing the silent version of The Phantom of the Opera with a live orchestra. This was our first visit to this theater so we got there early to look around. There is a convenient parking garage located directly behind the theater and if you remember to ask, they will validate your parking ticket for $2.00 (we did not remember to do this so we paid $11.50 for three hours!!). They were showing this film on Halloween night, which was also a Friday night, so the University District was hopping! It was fun to walk around and see all of the costumes and various parties going on before heading into see our movie. Since this was a special showing it cost us around $55.00 for our tickets, but we ordered them in advance and were able to pick the seats we wanted. They allowed everyone inside the theater 15 minutes early, so there was quite a long line waiting once we were near the theater door. We saw others carrying soda and popcorn, but couldn't figure out where the concessions stand was! We were barely able to figure out where to find the bathrooms, so we gave up on the popcorn once the door opened for the movie. Once the door was opened, we went in and found our seats. Very comfy seats!!! We sat in the fifth row, so the screen was higher than our seats, but oh so cozy. The show was fantastic, the live orchestra did a smashing job! Very enjoyable visit!!

The bar area is spacious and open anytime. The theater itself was on the smaller side but still plenty roomy, with very comfortable chairs. Each seat has a narrow table in front for food and drinks, which was a nice touch. The surround sound system was solid. Parking is mostly located behind the building and can be pricey when enforcement is in effect. Unfortunately, the theater can't assist with parking since it's not their lot.
