This is our go-to location if our movie is not playing at nearby Alamo Drafthouse. Online ticket purchase is easy. There is a service fee but you collect stub points. They also have an option to prepurchase snacks but there is a fee so just wait in line. It's pretty quick. I did have a coupon code for my nieces popcorn and snacks. Win win! The popcorn is delicious freshly popped. I love the self serve butter station. Easy to use and convenient if you need more butter. Soda machine is hit or miss. They run out of the popular sodas and the ice slowly dispenses. Drinks are AYCD. Movie quality of our last show wasn't as great as other theaters. Sound was extremely loud probably to compensate for the sub-quality of the picture. read more

Possibly the worst movie theater I've been to. We keep giving them chances because they're so close to us but they keep being terrible. No A/C during the middle of the summer, gigantic industrial fans drowning out the movie, power outages, broken screens. You name it, we've experienced it here. It's a shame. AMC has seen better days but this location in particular has really "fallen off the train" when it comes to service/maintenance. Went to see How To Train Your Dragon and the place was almost deserted with concession stand virtually deserted on the second level where most movies are shown. Also the place did not turn on the AC during the entire show and it was mid 80s outside. The theatre room was stank, humid, and hot. I know AMC (the entire movie biz in fact) is struggling but if this is how they are going to treat their customers, they will go bankrupt. I'd stick with Regal Cinemas instead. Visited the AMC cinemas after a long gap to see a movie recently. With access to the new Ashburn Metro stop, there are more parking restrictions in place but the garage was free for 3 hours, long enough for the movie. Still not many people even for a Friday afternoon but the people living in all the flats, houses etc have a convenient place to see movies of their choice. read more

Very nice bar in the lobby where food can be ordered, even without going to a movie. The theater is so comfortable with reclining chairs. Even though one of our chairs was broken, so I didn't recline. I went to report the broken chair and let me tell you I was very disappointed, with the employee I had to deal with, not helpful at all. Terrible customer service, I had to ask to speak to a supervisor. The food was overpriced. Theather its very nice and very clean, it's never overly packed. Located in a really nice plaza. This is a great theater at a prime location in Loudoun Station, right down the street from the new(ish) metro station. Local farmers market runs on Sundays 9-1 on the same street where other shops and venues are at; feel free to check it out if this is of interest. Parking -- I should seriously talk about parking, since other reviews have chastised this AMC location for its "inconvenient" parking areas which (seemingly) are not free. So, let's set the record straight once in for all: parking in the lot directly in front of the theater is *free* for movie-goers. I don't care how long it's valid for, all I know is that I'm not going to pay to park to watch a movie at any theater, and this is no exception to the rule. In fact, this AMC theater used to be my go-to location for a *long* time, even before the metro opened up in Loudoun Station, and the parking garages started charging for metro parking, and before all these stupid, unnecessary "pay to park here" signs at the uncovered lot out front started popping up. Long story short: those "pay with the app" signs are mainly to scare off metro-goers who are on the lookout for free parking. If you park for retail or shopping, you should not park in this lot. Instead, go past the roundabout and you should see a much larger p-lot, those have reserved spots for 2-hour retail parking, you can use those ones. For AMC theater movie-goers: park *anywhere* in the attached lot in front of the theater, and once parked feel free to throw your car keys as far as you can, just to stick it to them (just kidding on the latter, hang on to your keys, you'll need them later). Basically, I want to reiterate it's *free* parking and this lot was once reserved for the AMC theater (before the shops and metro sprung up), and in the half-dozen or so times I've come to the movies here, I've never once paid for parking via the app, and have never been towed due to that. It's honestly very tempting to subtract a star because of the conflicting signs for parking which are meant to deter the populace but only serve to be unnecessary confusing, but I am not in a petty mood so I won't do that. Experience -- Once you overlook the horrendous scare of the *free* parking for movie-goers, the theater experience is actually rather splendid. Ambiance and location, are a solid 4.5 stars by themselves. Tickets can be purchased either via the AMC or Atom app. I suggest signing for AMC stubs membership (at least free tier), that way you get perks, such as a free large popcorn on your b-day, which I literally just redeemed today. The theater lobby is not as spacious as some others -- such as the Dulles Regal one -- but it's right about the sweet spot. They have a counter person to check you in via QR code, food and drinks area in the lobby, and auditoriums either straight ahead or up the stairs. I've been here to this AMC a few times -- as mentioned -- and I came today evening for a showing of the new MI movie. I was in one of the auditoriums up the stairs. I snagged 5$ tickets due to a discount deal and free large popcorn (b-day treat), which I redeemed at the counter. I did see popcorn strewn around on the floors as other reviews mention, and two folks heading into the same auditorium spilled some popcorn bc apparently I scared them a little in the dark, but honestly if you wear shoes you're not going to notice it at all. The auditorium I went to had recliner seating, and it was warm enough to accommodate me bringing t-shirt and shorts. I would rate the theater and movie-going experience overall as "excellent". On a final note, I would have been glad to rate this AMC theater as 4-stars and call it a day, but the amount of petty negativity and misguided 1-star reviews that I saw, was enough to sway me, so I have given an (uncustomary) 5 star in an effort to counteract what I perceived as unnecessary negativity from reviewers. anted to purchase the Captain America snack pack. So I purchased it for the nostalgia of the packaging. The snack pack did not have ANYTHING whatsoever of Captain America! So I politely tell the representative that I got the Captain America snack pack thinking they must've overlooked the order. He told me the Captain America snack pack consists of 2 large drinks and a large popcorn. The bucket is $50 and the cups are $25. I then ask why does the advertisement show themed packaging and he said that's just the way they do it! If ever there was false advertising, this was it. Pics below are of what they advertised versus what we got. I only purchased $40 combo so my son would get the experience. Then we get in the theater and 2 of the seats don't recline and one had the back broken. The down escalator was out of service and the working escalator looked like it had never been cleaned before. I didn't see any tarps for renovations, but I'm hoping it's planned in the near future. For this theater to be in Ashburn, I'd expect more attention to detail. read more

This theater is terrible. Our movie was canceled today due to problems with the "projection". We were handed movie passes with the option to refund, however when we attempted to obtain a refund, the system would not allow it. (For all customers) The attendants struggled to find options, communicating to the manager on walkies. The manager should have come to address the situation in person. I felt bad they were stuck having to face a long line of unhappy customers. In addition, this place is DISGUSTING. the amount of filth on the surfaces such as windows and particularly the escalator made us uncomfortable to touch anything. Cmon AMC. You can do better! There is no air conditioning in at least several of the theaters. The temperature at the seat was around 80 degrees.

What a shame. This place use to be clean and one of my favorite movie theaters. This place is dirty and disgusting now. Took my kids to go see a movie and the floors were sticky and dirty, the popcorn was cold and the seats were beyond repairable. It was the worst theater experience I've ever had. I get that the pandemic hit a ton businesses hard, but I was not expecting this newly built theater to be in such bad shape. Highly recommend spending a few dollars more and heading to Alamo Drafthouse. Much better experience. Skip this theater and never go back. Just look at my photos and you'll see why. read more

Worst theater experience EVER. The movie theater was so unbelievably hot, and after 45 minutes of enduring the equivalent of the Sahara me and my friends had to leave the theater. We were greeted at the entrance by a friendly young lady. The concession area was clean and so was the theater. We sat in theater #11 and all of the chairs looked new. Sound system was great too. We felt the negative review comments about the theater have been resolved. The parking lot is free for the first three hours. Long enough for a just movie but I agree that it should be longer to give time for dinner too. I'm not going to knock AMC for the lame parking lot policy though. read more

I read all the negative reviews and decided to give the theater a chance. Turns out the reviews are spot on. Parking may not be free. The large parking garage next to the theater charges $7/day after three hours and AMC does not comp the tickets. So if you want to watch a movie and grab dinner/drinks, you'll be paying $7 to park. Many other town centers are free and none of the shop or restaurants would justify that parking fee. Theaters are dirty. I visited on a Monday for a 5 PM showtime. When I walked into the lobby, the only people there were the several AMC staff behind the counters. No customers anywhere. As I start to walk into the theater, popcorn is all over the floor, along the entire path into the theater. When I get into the theater, I see four other people and only one has any popcorn. Clearly the theater wasn't cleaned for some time. Theaters are really cold. I don't think the heat was ever turned on. I wore a sweater, a jacket, and a head cover and was still cold inside the theater throughout the movie. Was just an uncomfortable experience. I will not be returning to this location as there are plenty of options in the area. read more

This had been my go-to theater thanks to the lower ticket prices for matinee showings. But, my most recent visit this past weekend has convinced me to find another theater. The theater does not look it has been cleaned in years, the floors throughout the theater are filthy and sticky. If the floors were this bad, I can only imagine what the theater was like, thankfully it was too dark to really see. It's not like there's a shortage of good theaters around here, AMC Loudoun Station 11 is going to lost out to its competition if doesn't shape up. read more

It's Saturday, March 30, 2024, and I have to commend the staff at AMC Loudoun Station 11, specifically, the theater manager, Jesse, and staff members, Leslie, Mairghany, and Arzo for their above and beyond exceptional customer service. The team members helped me locate my iPhone after it became lodged in my seat during the movie. At the conclusion of Dune Part II (GREAT MOVIE *****), I could not find my phone. I knew the phone was "there" because I put it in airplane mode during the previews but could not find it after the movie ended. These team members lifted multiple seats, turned them over, and checked the cushions, seating folds, and crevices -- TWICE. Leslie was a remarkable staff member, who with her wonderful persistence found the phone lodged in between a section of the seat's framing. It is not very often you find young individuals, and a manager willing to go out of their way to provide tangible, hands-on help. I am so grateful and completely appreciative. read more

Lackadaisical staff, filthy floors. The tile floors were sticky and visibly filthy all the way from the front doors to the theaters. They have a bar, my family wanted to buy some drinks for the movie. No one was tending the bar, we were told the manager would have to open the bar (this was mid-afternoon) and to come back a little later. We took our seats in the theater and near the end of the trailers ~20 minutes later I returned to the front to find the bar still closed. I asked the same guy who I had asked before and he said "oh, the manager is on the phone for the next hour, but you can get drinks after the movie." Seriously? Who hangs around a theater after the movie to get overpriced beer? Poor service, poor cleaning. read more

It's a decent theater with reclining seats. I recently watched The hustle movie with my mom. I was able to get the tickets online in advance and pick the seats. They do charge a convenience fee if you buy online. But we went on a busy day and I'm glad we booked online since it was a full show when we watched this movie. Some movie rooms are bigger than others. It's depending on what movie you are watching. The bathrooms are not very clean. Hope they clean them more often. The parking is limited in the street parking and parking lot. They do have a garage near by. The garage parking lot was complimentary. The snack and drink options are the norm like most theaters. So Yelp decided to remove my honest previous review so I'm re writing my review because my experience was terrible and I feel others should be warned. I came here last weekend to see mortal kombat. The guy in the front told us the wrong theater room and when we went to take a seat we noticed that the screen was completely black. After 10 minutes my husband went to ask what was going on because again, the guy in the front told us the wrong room. He flagged a different staff member down who then informed him that something was wrong with that theater room and it was actually going to be held in a different auditorium. Come to find out we were given the wrong information by that employee as well! We finally get someone to tell us the right auditorium and the seat they gave me was broken. I could not recline the chair back at all. The move theater overall was really dirty and the concession stand was also unkept. The popcorn was so salty I couldn't even eat it. This is not a really old theater so I had better expectations. I will not be returning and don't recommend this place. read more

Came to the London 11 for the premiere of Captain Marvel, mostly because they have insanely comfortable recliner seats (with lumbar support and everything). Purchased tickets in advance on the AMC app so there was no waiting in line. We just rolled up to the ticket taker who scanned the digital tickets and sent us on our merry way to theater 7. For those who haven't been to this movie theater, it's two stories. Theater 7 is upstairs (there's an escalator and handicap access via elevator) at the far end of the hallway and is one of the biggest, if not the biggest of the theaters. The overall atmosphere of the theater is modern with a nod to Art Nouveau. Very pretty and elegant at the same time. There's a bar area for adult drinks in the evenings and concessions with all the usual goodies. There's concessions upstairs as well, but I've never seen it open so buy your treats and popcorn downstairs or plan to have to run back down. If you're planning to visit this theater I recommend buying advance tickets as they do tend to sell out so getting tickets the day of means that you will likely be sitting in the front row. IF you can get tickets at all. read more

Today seems to be the day I have seen a mass amount of people wearing pajama party, but at this movie theater. There maybe some kinds that spend the night at the birthday girl or boy's house, but I am not 100% sure on that. This movie theater has two floors from what I have seen from the first floor. I have never been to the second floor as of yet, but I like the look of the theater so far. I found the staff to be polite and helpful during the times I had a problem. There is a bar right by the entrance that I haven't seen get much use, but the day is young, and the drinkers are sleeping for now. The theater has 13 movie screens from what I saw online. They have Girl in the Spider's Web, Overlord, A Star is Born, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, The Green Book, Creed II, Fantastic Breasts: Crimes of Grindelwald and more... I have not bought food from there, but eventually I will. The types of food have been upgraded since the early 80's and 90's. I am glad things have changed even if prices have increased. This theatre was beautiful when it first opened now it' looks like a place you would find in a low income neighborhood. The place is run down and dirty. They barley have any concessions yet 3 employees behind the counter doing nothing. They should be cleaning as the theatres are disgusting. Seats are stained and torn with trash everywhere. We had tickets to go and see another movie today and I cancelled them. Taking my family to a different theatre and won't be going back to this one. The management should be fired. read more

Went to see Uncut Gems a couple of weeks ago. Great Movie . Horrific theater experience. *Literally 30 minutes of straight up commercials before the previews. *One of our seats didn't work. * Theater was dirty AF. Its looks like no one had bothered to clean it all weekend. It was disgusting. *At some point they turned the heat up because ( without exaggeration ) it was 90F by the time the movie ended. *The human pustule next to me was on his freaking phone doing god-knows-what the whole freakign movie. I blame the theater because , while there were ushers, none bothered to tell this guy to stop catching pokemon or tweeting or posting recipes or lying about his weight on Tinder. First and last time visiting this theater. Made spur of moment decision to go to a movie and decided to buy dinner there. Nope...all they had was popcorn and nachos. We couldn't see the previews because the lights stayed on for all 20 minutes of the previews and at the start of the movie...until I went in the lobby to get someone to turn them off. There is literally zero parking now that the garage next door has dropped their gate and charging $7.00(!!) to park. The future Metro garage and the metro won't be running for months! I'd like to state that this review is for the manager at this theater. It is mind boggling how people with the worst customer service are hired for these type of roles. When I came up to the counter, the manager was on her phone watching a video. Seems as if I had interrupted her session. The manager I had to deal with on receiving my ticket voucher that I paid for back was rude and didn't care about the customer. She only cared about her "sales" and made it clear that giving me back a refund would hurt those numbers. I was unable to get my voucher back as the manager said it had already been processed and because the previews had just begun that she wouldn't be able to help me. She said that she could only make exceptions if it was their fault. As I understand this may be the case, the situation did not merit her to be rude about it. As I continued to press on that I wanted a refund for the one ticket, the manager said that she would call corporate and ask if they would be okay with me getting my voucher back. She said she would definitely give me a call the following day. It's been a few days since. I am a loyal customer and have spent plenty of money at this venue and other AMC's. I have been a member of their stubs program since it began. It's really troublesome that this is the type of service offered to their loyal customers. This was my go to theatre. on recent visit was first met with a dirty theater with trash in seats. When told employee at ticket stand, was told "they make more trash than we can clean". They did call for someone but no one showed. Then all 3 of our seats were broken and didn't recline. Lastly after lights dimmed, the side light flashed during the entirety of the movie. Went to the movies at AMC, ordered popcorn and a soda, piddles of water on the floor around the soda machine. Walking to the movie theater top floor sticky and dirty.
