Food service and a movie theater are not compatible! Food smells and chomping is annoying to those who aren't eating. And the serving often interrupts the movie for all patrons! We really enjoy this location for many reasons! This is a nice clean theater as most AMC theaters are. It also has the dine in option and a bar, so it is really nice being able to enjoy a beer or wine with a movie. They also have great reclining seats and customized popcorn. I enjoy the caramel corn. We look forward to going back soon!! read more

My times in the theatre have been ok however the no longer have the 2024 popcorn buckets and don't intend to have them. I stopped in to buy a popcorn bucket yesterday. The attendant took my cash and processed the sale. When he went to get the bucket from the back he then told me they were out. The manager had to process my refund however said that they should be back in stock today. When I called today I was told (Jason answered my call) that since they didn't want to get stuck with buckets they couldn't sell they were not stocking them any more so if you didn't get your bucket sometime earlier than now you are SOL until the 2025 buckets come in in, I was told, in November of 2024. Salina may still have the buckets so despite the drive we will go there or just not patronize this theatre because they choose not to stock them past a point in time which is not publicized. read more

They are rude about asking you to wear mask and medical experts on how to wear them After being chased down by employee and we was not even close to anyone.. manager comes over can't hear him thru mask I told him I couldn't hear him. He got fiery mad. read more

There is quite a large difference between my usual theater in Salina and this one, unfortunately this one charges an extra 4$ a ticket... because it's fancier and they serve you at your seat...unfortunately due to COVID they don't serve you at your seat while still charging the same. Also don't bother renewing your stubs premiere membership, this theater will not let you skip or provide any benefit for having the membership. I would have rated one star but you know it's COVID and they got two stars for being open on the first place. read more

Nice clean theater, the reclining seats were real nice with sliding small tables for your food. The only downfall was the glass in the front I guess protection from the ledge. It had a reflection from the lights on the reclining seats. It was a bit of a distraction from the movie. I thought it was going to turn off the seat lights during the movie, but nope it didn't. It was cool that you can order food while inside the theater while in your seats and they'll deliver to you or they can text you to pick up your food. They provide the menus for each seat. The chicken tenders were delicious with the onion rings and fries. They do have military discount. read more

I'm A HUGE movie fan!! I love AMC theatre because I am a broke college student and they have this deal on Tuesday nights where you can watch a movie for $5!! You can get popcorn and some other food items for $5 also!! The theatre is located in the mall and it's pretty well kept. Very clean place and I've never experienced any problems there! there are some movies where you can have food served to you and other showtimes where you can't so if that matters to you then I would make sure you are going to the right one! Once again, I'm a big movie goer so this place is awesome with that Tuesday night deal! read more

The place was definitely clean for the most part. The movie area was well kept and organized. My daughter and I were able to find our seats with no issues and you didn't need to try to look over anyone's head to see a movie. The items in the bathroom definitely not well kept as the toilet paper roll was literally on the floor. Yuck! Paper towels were out for the most part and a paper towel holder was broken. I like the fact that we could get free soda and icee refills during our time there. The large size in the icee was good especially since I paid what I paid...it needed to be good. I'm not ordering the pizza again. So not worth the price and it was one of the cheaper prices but still...not ordering again. I tried to find tables to put our food on but apparently this theater did not come with them or I was doing something wrong. The chairs were comfy but I thought it being an IMAX for the Little Mermaid that the chairs would at least recline. Too bad all theaters cant be the same since the movies are technically new still while in theaters. Although the person that brought our food was really nice and asked if we needed anything else....you should have brought napkins. I should not have to say anything. These should come with every meal whether its just popcorn, soda and especially with burgers and pizza. I am wondering if there is a way that since people pay what they do for the movies...so we don't have to leave the theater to fill up our cups if we could somehow call from the seat...push a button and someone will come and fill our drinks and take care of us...that would be awesome...but then if this were put into place it would cost even more. Food quality and execution of dishes has declined. Ordered bacon Brussel sprout which were hard. Ordered chicken strips for my kid. Chicken was good but his "fruit cup" had what looked to be 2 small strawberry's cut up and they forgot the ranch. Literally 3 elements to the dish and it was not done properly. They are open during Covid so that's great. They need major updates. The seating isn't that comfortable, I felt the screen wasn't as big as I am used to. This day and age the chairs need to all be recliners. I didn't do the imax, and I may change my review after trying that. At this point my 75 inch tv and recliner is a better deal at home. read more

This movie theater is really modern with reclining chairs not all rooms have the dine in service and the menu options are a bit on the pricey side staff is somewhat helpful pretty good customer service. read more

This is a horrible theater food sucks and high priced more then others chairs sucked everyone upon entry was just rude no customer service here! Also unless your a member dnt ask for even a water cup for a child! I'm so disappointed! We knew leaving paradise to live in Kansas period would b like moving from heaven to hell but trying to give it a chance and coming here today with the kids was the wrong move! My friends and I went out for a good time on a Saturday night. We bought our tickets together because two of us forgot our wallets. When we give our tickets to Luke he was rude, unfriendly, and ruined our night. It was my friends last night in the states and all she wanted to do was go see this movie. When Luke asks us for our IDs we politely tell him we forgot them. Im 27, my friend is 26 but my friend who bought them is 20 and we were astounded by the question. He tears up the tickets and very aggressively says we HAVE to have our IDs in order to see the movie. He says nothing more and my friends finally ask if we can get a refund and he says no and asks us to leave before he called his manager. Luke ruined our night! We will never be returning! Luke can not handle himself in a customer service position and I'm amazed he was hired at all. read more
