I came here to see Wicked and was pleasantly surprised with amount of security and safety we were met with. Im so glad to see how secure this theatre was at night time and felt very safe. Additionally the theatre was very clean and quality of viewing was immaculate. The seats within my theatre reclined and heated, a nice touch for the cold weather. ( The photos were taken without flash and prior to the movie)

Went here to see Wicked for Good. We arrived early so we can order snacks. It was pretty simple to order on the kiosk. Then after showing our tickets & waiting in a line of other guest who ordered food, we saw they had a tv with our receipt numbers displayed in a queue. The seats in the theater were nice, they recline and are heated. We saw the movie in IMAX and it was crystal clear.

Free parking w validation once you get inside the theater (get it validated after you see the movie bc you only get 2 hours and after that it's $5 per hour I believe). This theater is modern and I love the reclining seats. It's new and clean and it is in an area with so many other stores. The staff are so friendly. Love the vibe! I will return. This is as of 7/9/25.

Put the original icon back. Place is under construction but I'd hate to see the final product. A fee for ordering tickets online, concession & ordering Is a comical fiasco, place your order near ticketing all for them to hand you a cup & fill it yourself. Now the icing on the cake. I've always sat in the rear of this theatre & now there's a huge bar which distracts you. I won't be back

    Concessions area is much smaller

I can't say enough good things about our visit to the Logan Theatre…read more It felt like going back in time to see a movie in a good way, along with all the modern comforts of today like a huge snack, bar, and an actual full-service bar. This place shows great movies, and still really has a TON of the charm that unfortunately, the music box and other places have lost, plus even without having the newest electronic seats that other theaters brag about, the seats here are actually really comfy. We will definitely go back and I can't wait for my next visit.

I saw the Blackhawks win a Stanley Cup there a decade ago and have vivid memories of the crowd spilling out of the theater onto Milwaukee Avenue to celebrate. But honestly, this place is TRASH as a movie theater. The screens are uniformly way too dark. Go see a vivid superhero movie and it looks like it was shot through a dark scrim. That's OK, though. The sound will deafen you even as you see nothing but a dark grey muddle. The cheapness extends to the amenities. They use nasty-ass bottom-of-the-barrel liquid soap in their bathrooms. Have a slash, wash your hands, continue eating your popcorn and congrats -- you now get to eat soap-flavored popcorn. The horrific synthetic small of this pink industrial slime will not leave your fingers for DAYS. Were you hoping that a neighborhood movie theater would have staff on hand to control the feral moviegoers talking on their phones and causing a ruckus during your film's climax? Haha, good luck with that. The AMC a mile away on Western is one of the worst places I have ever seen a movie. What frustrates me about the Logan is that it COULD be GREAT ... but simply isn't. All because they're cheap about their projection equipment and basic amenities.

The theater I went to was very clean and the reclining chair was warm and comfortable. Wait staff was courteous. I ordered my ticket online on their website and there were no problems with it. I loved that I could order a tall glass of water. THANK YOU for that. I haven't been to many places that just offer water that isn't in a plastic bottle. Viewers were very respectful. The theater was dead quiet through the whole movie and everyone followed the rules. Good vibe, good crowd. Good size screen and good arrangement. I can't wait to come back. I might even be back tomorrow. Best cinema experience I've had, and the best viewing crowd I've been in too. A tip for when you're ordering: When the movie started, it was too dark in the theater to scan the QR code again. Thankfully I could get the tab screen back up. Do not close your browser window on your phone so you can go back to it if you want to order more!

(Pro tip: it's on the third floor). Even with validation, parking was $10 which feels pricey. The theater itself is cool with their video of vortex (VHS/DVD rental area) and throwback movie posters throughout. The theater we were assigned to was extremely hot throughout the entire movie which made for an uncomfortable experience. Food and drinks are now ordered via a QR code and servers bring your food and drink orders directly to you at your seat. One plate of food - chicken tenders and fries - took almost an hour to arrive! Not sure what happened there. Overall, the food was fine, we had mozzarella sticks and popcorn as well. I wouldn't say anything was mind blowing, but it was good. After the movie, the women's bathroom lights were out so it was super dark and the door to the stall I was in didn't close. All in all a sub par experience. Sounds like Alamo needs a lil maintenance.
