The owner is Mike, and is a complete asshole! He couldn't have acted more like I was bothering him, simply by showing up for my appointment and not being prepared to just leave my car and go away. Actually had me sit outside on his cheap metal bench, in the winter temperatures, because he was more concerned with his remodeling he was in process of when I showed up, TO MY APPOINTMENT. I actually ended up confronting him,(in front of his girlfriend and contractor who was doing the remodeling for him) and asking him if I was bothering him. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Awful customer service! The owner (Mike) is horrible, and their services are too! The stereo I bought from him, I found online for less than half what Mike charged me, and according to him, he made nothing on that sale. B.S.! I went to "Jays" for my wife's tint, and again when I got a new car. Johnnys carwash, down the road will do the same "detailing" that I paid Mike almost $200, for about $20 and they WILL clean door jambs and mirrors! And that's the truth! NEVER AGAIN!

A highlight of Center City Collision is their communication- they call twice a week to give a general update on the car's status, as well as were quick to respond to my (many) calls and emails. I was referred to Center City Collision by my insurance as a in network body shop, so taking my car their would facilitate the repairs. Paul communicated with my insurance company the whole time and I was never concerned with that aspect of the process. Additionally, he promptly sent me an estimate of the parts and time needed for the repairs. Unfortunately the parts for my foreign car were slow to be delivered, but they were quick to repair the damage (in the timeline given during the estimate) and when a needed part hadn't been noticed in the repair process, they had it overnighted and offered a rental car. Lastly, my car was spotless when I picked it up. So while the process was long and had a hiccup, this place deserves 4 stars for their customer service.

They then refused to send the quote into the insurance company until I promised to do the work through them instead of my repair shop of choice. I again asked that they send in the quote, they said they would, then later the State Farm agent told me they contacted the location and that the quote would not be sent in. I was lied to; this practice is just wrong, and CARSTAR wasted my time - all over a minor repair job. You've earned a 1 star review; I hope losing a customer was worth it.
