Did not secure the plastic shield on my 2019 Toyota Camry. It ripped off on the interstate on the way home. Missing the front screw, the other three were secure. Just ordered replacement from Toyota. $286.44. Part only. I had to jack up the car in the driveway to remove and again when the part comes in. Plus go to the hardware store and find a replacement bolt and nut to properly secure the engine cover assembly. The reason i don't use quick change places. Tired of the oil change notice on the dash, and three week wait for dealership opening. Hugely expensive oil change. $125 to VIOC and $286.45 to Toyota plus i get to be a mechanic. read more

1.5 quarts over filled and tried to sent me in my way. Had to request to be fixed. Then get home which is 10 minutes away and found the oil filter to be loose and leaking. Good thing I live close or this would have been a catastrophe. Also found oil all over the engine bay and dripping down the headlight. Terrible experience. Honestly I knew going here would be over priced and half assed. Willing take responsibility for the issues considered I choose the place. SMH read more

My last visit two weeks ago ends my twenty year relationship with this company. The technician attempted to up sell an unnecessary service ... falsely stating my front tires showed "significant wear" and I needed a tire rotation. The problem is my tires were twenty days old and needed no service whatsoever. I'm disappointed to discover how dishonest the company is and to realize I can't trust them going forward. read more

SUCH A SCAM. I am 18, a got a brand new battery for my 2020 car less than 2 and a half years ago. When I went in for my oil change, they tried to tell me my battery would die on me at any moment and they HIGHLY recommend I get it replaced. Being uneducated on my car, I called my Mom for guidance and it was the biggest BS she ever heard. I went to AutoZone less than 10 minutes down the road and they said they see this happen often with this Company. They checked my battery and they said it's good for another 3 YEARS!!!! They said yes and waved me into the Bay when it was available. Lydia and Brandon did an awesome job! Lydia was professional, kind, patient and very helpful. She answered all of mine and my mom's questions about the vehicle, and she even look up the carfax on the vehicle for me. Brandon check the oils and the under carriage of the vehicle and said everything looked good. They were both professional and honest. Just drove into Ohio from New Hampshire (16 hours). Before I left I tried to get an oil/filter change on my BMW. I went to a few different providers in NH and no one had the oil filter etc. However, this location was so professional and prepared. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle everything it needed to get it going in proper fashion. Outside of being kind of expensive, I really like coming here. It's a well run shop. For a bunch of young guys they know what they are doing. My older bmw took 24 minutes for an oil change (and yes they had the oil filter). Plus no wait on a Friday. Interesting enough they have cameras both below and above the hood so you can see what they are doing with your car. That's different. Only one suggestion: a cold bottle of water while you're sitting in your car. read more

So I have a problem. I don't take care of my car. When it comes to oil changes I don't realize I need one until my boyfriend gets in the car and brings to my attention that the entire car is shaking -- oh maybe it's time for a tune up? In the middle of a crazy busy day I knew I had to get this done. I had an old coupon for this place so I decided to check it out. I drive up to a three door garage and they welcome me with open arms! Super friendly and aware that I have no idea what I am doing, they guide me through the entire process. While getting my oil changed, the noticed my wiper blades were dead and pretty much falling off. They kindly offered to replace them (hardware and all) for around $23 bucks. Um, yes please! I can seeeeee again weeeeeeee! The oil change literally took less than 15 minutes. I checked in on yelp for the $7 off discount (score!) and he mentioned that if I texted XXX I could get updates with coups. I said "I actually have a coup, but it's old." He said, "If you have a coup, I'll except 'em, even if they are old." WHAT?! This day just got awesome. $20 more dollars off. I don't know how this happened in my life...? My total came down from $73 to $48 and it was pretty much the best day ever. FRIENDLIEST people I have ever met in my life. I will drive all the way back to Amelia to go here. These guys are the best! Oh and did I mention that as I was getting ready to drive off, the manager noticed I had some sap build up on my windsheild. I like getting my oil changed at this Valvoline as the do it while I wait in the comfort of my car. The employees are always very friendly and the get the work completed quickly! I learned on my last visit I can stop by any time before my next oil change is due to get the fluids topped off and tires filled up for no extra charge. Fortunately, I went home and tested the voltage myself rather than being played for a sucker. Well. ...I looked over the only review WHILE I was getting an oil change. I'm sorry that the only review so far is negative/s excluding the girls. There was one from 1/14 Here is the brief review. Drove in on a Fri aprox. 6pm. went straight in .was going to only get an oil/lube .The usual. .they informed me a turn signal light and running light was out. Said fix it ..cost: aprox. $15 (had one of the same bulbs replaced $20 plus dollars. at auto repair shop. Offered a few extras in fuel additives. .said no. Checked and proper tire air. Windshield washer top off. Checked belt/s. They asked me to run the CTS for 2 min so oil pressure and oil lubed up in engine. Got in and out and on my way Total time about 20 min on a Friday. I feel for the guy that had problems big time. But this shop was top notch and professional all the way. Even had time to show management the bad review. I do appreciate reviews but when one hears of a great place ...gets busy as hell. But there is the review of mine. If you see an old fat bald guy pulling in ...let him go ahead of you...you still will be in and out...jiffy. Oh ps. Had my truck in for a oil change was up sold a transmission flush, front and rear diff flush, transfer case flush and a air filter car only made it 7 miles every fluid was leaking on the truck that was replaced had it towed to the dealership all the plugs where lose also all the grease boots where blown out due to to much grease being put contacted the store was blown off by the assistant manager called the 800 number they had the store manager come look at it took fluid samples manager was very misinformation about how many miles on a trans when you should not perform a trans service district manager conformed this after another few days was informed that there was oil and fluid in the truck when it left so there was nothing they would do for me even with all the pick of the floor of the shop covered in all the different fluids it had leaked out told them that this answer made no since since the plugs being looses and leaking out fluid has nothing to do it they filled the fluids. I contacted the better business beau the submitted a claim and the store never responded back to them Take your anywhere else this place is a Joke and will not take responsibility for there mess ups read more
