Car wash biz heating up around West Chester. I was so happy…read morewhen this place opens. But I feel like it's starting to slide a little bit. I just purchased a premium car wash, a $25 wash, but it up paying $48 as it gives me for visits. So I'm happy. But after I go to the car wash, I noticed there's zero tire shine applied to buy tires. I'll bring this to the attention of a employee. He is a 30 something, a little on the Husky side and balding. He was very nice, but offered no resolution. He stated that their tire shine applicator is hit or miss. Well it looks like I got a missed this time. Again no resolution. So I guess I have to go home and apply some tire shine purchasing some at the store on the way home. Not very good customer service. Also about a third of the vacuum is here have very little suction. I am guessing as to other people were complaining and one of the vacuums on my driver side had almost 0 section please note I do come to this car wash several times a week with my company car, and I've noticed the zero suction on mini vacuums several times.

On 3/24/22 at 12:14, I drove my 1 month old Toyota Highlander in for a car wash. We have 3 cars which each have monthly subscriptions that we have had since the car wash opened. I have been through many times. On this day, something went wrong snd my car suddenly jerked left snd went off the track. 3 employees had to help extricate me from the car wash. My car unfortunately suffered several deep scratches in the left side of the car. The employees remained calm and filled out the appropriate incident reports. I was confident the company would take care of the damage. I was wrong! 2 days later I was notified by Rachel Sprague, the general manager that it was my fault. She stated I must have steered the car out of the track. When I told her my hands were not in the wheel, she stated I should have been paying attention. What?!?! I contacted Brittany Wiese the area manager who stated that they would not cover the damage because there was no equipment malfunction. Again blaming me when all I was doing was going through the wash the exact same way I had done many times before. I had been a loyal customer and had told everyone I knew about how convenient this place was to clean your car. NOT ANYMORE! If they can not pay for damage caused by their car wash - STAY AWAY

I paid a lot, tipped generously, and even donated to the charity of one of the workers yet they didn't even bother to vacuum or wipe down my car. I don't have the money to throw away like this, and now I can't even go back because I have to work today. This was an absolute waste of my time and money. Seems to last longer and on the plus side I stay dry since all I do is look and stay out the way. I'm usually short on time so that can be a relevant factor in choosing a good facility. So I passed by this shop several times and observed some serious car washing/detailing going on. I stopped and spoke with a gentleman named Mr Chris the proprietor. That particular day I was on my way out of town so he gave me a flyer for future reference and let me know he would fit me in whenever possible. Today Bessie finally got done. I chose the mini detail and what a bargain! I'm used to paying twice the amount charged and there's always something missed! Either the vacuuming or the washing is lacking and lackluster. Not here..the service was Awesome Sauce! Today Mr. Chris and Mr. Jimmy worked in tandem and Bessie came out gleaming inside and out. Special attention all the way round, professionalism, courteousness, just a bang up job. I highly recommend you treat your vehicle the next time. Your Bessie will thank you.

I called to inquire about the address and was told the out of town address was correct. The business was hard to find. I was late for my appointment. There was little signage. So I called for help but there was no answer. After leaving a message asking for a call back, I finally found it. Door was locked and no one was there. So I left angry and confused.

It took approx. 4 hours and that's fine because detailing inside of car is no joke. The guy was friendly. I got exactly there at 9am dropped my key in the Dropbox and left. When I picked up the car it looked brand new from inside.. he did a good job in the big areas. Although I haven't had that much time to inspect cleaning inside of the car. I started to notice some soap or liquid stains on the plastic screen where the speed meter is. Also in the cup holder, there are soap and water stains. Cup holder do not look sparkly clean.. I don't know what I paid for.. I thought it was suppose to be detail cleaning.. I have taken some pictures.. I would not recommend this place... not worth the money or time.
