Hoffman only offered a " partial " refund, making me pay $100 for the shipping. $100 to receive and return a defective item. I would never do business like this or with Hoffman again. I had just found one of my items. Then I had questions about trying to find The proper springs for my Hoffner B-Bass guitar. At that time, the only person around was at the front desk. He knew absolutely nothing about bass guitar strings-or Hoffners. And when he didn't know the answer, he told me that "Any of the strings would work"! This was completely unacceptable!
